技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于制备饮料、尤其是咖啡的机器的注入组件。
更具体地是，本发明涉及注入组件，所述注入组件包括支承和导引结构，所述支承和导引结构在运行中为固定的，并载携有邻接件和相关的中空容纳件，所述容纳件能够容纳一定数量和剂量的物质，所述物质可能预包装到胶囊或类似物中，用以制备饮料；所述邻接件以及容纳件能够呈现相对的关闭位置和相间隔的打开位置，在所述关闭位置处所述邻接件以及容纳件能以不透水的方式彼此耦合，以限定注入腔室；邻接件提供有使水和/或蒸汽得以注入到注入腔室的装置；电控制驱动装置，能够使所述件在打开和关闭位置之间产生相对位移。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提出这样一种改进的分配组件。
根据具有上述类型的注入组件的本发明实现了这种或其他目的，其特征在于，容纳件包括
第一本体，可移动地设置到所述支承和导引结构上，所述第一本体移动以靠近或远离邻接件，以及
第二本体，啮合到所述第一本体，并能够从第一本体中脱离啮合，所述第二本体中形成有孔，所述孔用于配合限定注入腔室，在所述注入腔室的内部设置有多个穿孔的针状物，所述针状物用于刺穿胶囊的壁。
在一个实施方式中，所述第二本体具有握紧元件，能够手动地握紧，以使第一本体与第二本体相啮合或脱离啮合。
根据另一个典型特征，所述邻接件以及容纳件中的一个部件提供有径向突出的环形密封元件，在关闭位置处，所述邻接件以及容纳件中的一个部件部分地穿透另一个件，以使得上述环形密封元件在所述件之间形成基本上的径向密封。

在图1中，根据本发明的用于制备饮料、尤其是例如咖啡的热饮的机器的注入组件，由标号1整体标示。
注入组件1用于安装到用于制备饮料的机器上，所述用于制备饮料的机器为公知的类型，因此不再阐述。
虽然现有说明书和随附附图描述了用于具有胶囊的机器的注入组件1，但是本发明同样适合于这种注入组件，即所述注入组件中具有例如未预包装在胶囊、囊(pods)或类似物中的松散的物质。
在实施方式示出的例子中，注入组件1包括支承和导引结构2，所述支承和导引结构在运行中为固定的，并包括两个彼此相对的端板3、4，并通过一对优选为圆柱形的平行连杆5相互连接。
结构2支承彼此相对的邻接件6和相关的中空容纳件7。
容纳件7包括本体8，所述本体中限定有孔9，所述孔能够容纳用以制备饮料的一定剂量的物质，尤其是容纳例如在同一申请人的申请号为WO2008/015642的国际专利中描述的胶囊或囊。
邻接件6连接到板3，同时容纳件7可移动地设置到连杆5，所述容纳件移动以靠近或远离邻接件6。为此，容纳件7上提供有两个平行的通孔13，彼此相联和导引的连杆5能够延伸通过所述通孔。
容纳件7的相对于邻接件6的位移由电线性驱动装置便捷地控制，所述电线性驱动装置在图1中由标号14整体标示。

便捷地是，邻接件6的外部设置有径向突出的环形密封元件18。在关闭状态下，邻接件6的端部穿透容纳件7的本体8，以使得密封元件18径向地抵压本体8的开口，从而有利地形成基本上的径向密封。
参阅图1，便捷地是，容纳件具有纵向中心钉19，用于插入到相对应的开口或底座，所述开口或底座位于处于相对关闭位置处的邻接件6上。
图2和图3示出了容纳件7的优选的实施方式。
容纳件7包括两个主要的本体8和108，所述本体彼此不同并彼此耦合和分隔(尤其如图3所示)。
本体108可滑动地设置到彼此相联和导引的连杆5，所述本体的正面具有保持构件22，所述保持构件为基本上呈U形的突出带的形式，具有从本体108的正面分开的半圆形的下部22a和上端部22b，以用于限定相应的凹口底座22c。
与用于分配饮料的下喷嘴25相通的开口24(图3)，形成在保持构件22的最底部。
本体8形成有孔9，在所述孔中设置有端板26，所述端板设置有穿孔的针状物27，用于穿透胶囊的端壁，使饮料得以获取。用于将使用过的胶囊从孔9中排出的驱动弹簧28，连接到板26。
本体8具有前圈8a，在所述前圈的后方形成有环状凹槽29，当所述本体8、108耦合在一起时，所述环状凹槽与本体108的构件22的半圆形的下部22a啮合。本体8也具有一对相对的侧边突出物30(图3)，所述突出物用于啮合到本体108的凹口底座22c的内部。
流出口与出口喷嘴31(图3)相通，用于啮合到本体108的开口24的内部，所述开口形成于本体8的孔9的最底部。
在本体8的上部形成有朝上的握紧突出物32，用于由使用者握紧以使得本体8从本体108中脱离啮合，从而将本体8从包含有组件1的机器中移除。
能够移除本体8可能性特别有利于促进孔或腔室9以及相关针状物27的简单的周期性清洁。
将本体8再次耦接到本体108上也是极其快速和简单的。
显然地是，在不影响本发明的原理的前提下，实施方式和结构细节可相对于仅以非限制性例的方式的描述和阐述作大的改动，然而并不脱离如随附权利要书所限定的本发明的范围。

Claims (5)

1.一种饮料机制备机的注入组件(1)，用于制备饮料、尤其是咖啡，包括支承和导引结构(2)，所述支承和导引结构在制备饮料的操作过程中为固定的，并安装有邻接件(6)和与其相联的中空容纳件(7)，所述容纳件(7)能够容纳一定数量或剂量的物质，所述物质可能预包装到胶囊或类似物中，用以制备饮料；所述邻接件以及容纳件(6，7)能够呈现出相对的关闭位置和相间隔的打开位置，在所述关闭位置处，所述邻接件以及容纳件能以不透水的方式彼此耦合，以限定注入腔室；邻接件(6)设置有使水和/或蒸汽得以注入到注入腔室(15)的装置(16)；电控制驱动装置(14)，能够使所述邻接件以及容纳件(6，7)在打开和关闭位置之间产生相对位移；
其特征在于，所述容纳件(7)包括：
第一本体(108)，可移动地设置到所述支承和导引结构(2)上，所述第一本体移动以靠近或远离邻接件(6)，以及
第二本体(8)，啮合到所述第一本体(108)，并能够从所述第一本体中脱离啮合，所述第二本体中形成有孔(9)，所述孔用于配合限定注入腔室，在所述注入腔室的内部设置有多个穿孔的针状物(27)，所述针状物用于刺穿胶囊的壁。
2.如权利要求1所述的注入组件，其中，所述邻接件以及容纳件(6，7)中的一个部件(6)具有径向突出的环形密封元件(18)，在关闭位置，所述邻接件以及容纳件(6，7)中的一个部件(7)部分地穿透另一个部件(6)，以使得环形密封元件(18)在所述邻接件以及容纳件(6，7)之间形成基本上的径向密封。
3.如权利要求2所述的注入组件，其中，所述环形密封元件(18)设置到邻接件(6)的外部。
