为了实现上述目的中的至少一个和其他可从以下说明书中显现的未声明的目的,本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的容器,一种根据权利要求7的用于超级卫生或无菌填充所述容器的装置,以及根据权利要求14的用于超级卫生或无菌填充所述容器的方法。容器的实施例在权利要求2-6中提出。装置的实施例在权利要求8-13中提出,方法的实施例在权利要求15-17中提出。

所述用于排放所述容器的设备包括用于沿与所述容器定位方向平行的方向传送所述容器的传送机构。

具体实施方式
根据本发明的容器的实施例将在以下描述。此外,将描述根据本发明的用于在无菌或超级卫生条件下填充容器的方法的实施例和根据本发明的用于在无菌或超级卫生条件下填充容器的装置的实施例。
图1示出了折叠成M形的容器卷1,其包括两个相对的侧壁形部分2a,2b和设置在所述部分之间的折叠的底壁形部分3。优选地,容器卷1由柔性的层状包装材料制成。该包装材料可包括聚烯烃材料的核心层。该核心层可进一步包括填充物矿物材料,有利地,该填充物矿物材料可由白垩(碳酸钙)组成。

在容器10的底袋9在容器10制造期间被杀菌的情况下,底壁13的边缘部6的部分8a,8b应该通过气密接合面接合在一起,以确保可维持无菌状态。
以这种方式被杀菌的容器10可在无菌条件下由已杀菌的包装材料制造而成。可替换地,包装材料可在制造过程期间被杀菌。
然而,优选地,容器10在其制造之后被杀菌。
这种杀菌可例如通过电子照射来实现。隔室5和应用的底袋9的例如通过电子照射实现的杀菌可在容器10卷被卷至卷轴上之前发生。可替换地,杀菌可在容器10卷被卷至卷轴之后发生。

因此具有无菌隔室5的容器10以及应用时具有无菌底袋9的容器10首先经受外部杀菌过程。该杀菌过程可例如通过将容器10的表面暴露于过氧化氢、臭氧、紫外线或其结合而被提供。暴露于过氧化氢可通过将容器浸入过氧化氢池中或通过喷洒来实现。
当容器10已经经受了外部杀菌时,其填充管11被打开。这可通过将容器卷沿线性路径移动来实现,其中切割工具52与所述卷啮合以切掉顶带,从而打开容器10的填充管11。切割工具52可包括能旋转的刀具,该能旋转的刀具与砧盘一起形成切割钳。
然后,通过打开的填充管11将液态产品引入容器10来填充容器10。
在容器10的填充期间,其底壁13将被敲开。在制造容器10的过程中底袋9已被杀菌的情况下,底壁13被敲开将不会导致污染的危险。底壁13被敲开是由于其边缘部6的部分8a,8b已通过被设计为在填充容器10时破坏的接合面被接合在一起。更具体而言,当填充物由于重力或可实施的压力被引入容器10的隔室5而撞击容器10的底部时,接合面被破坏。
即使底袋9没有被杀菌,在容器10的制造期间底袋9的密封会相当大地降低污染的风险。
当填充完成时,填充管11以任何合适的封闭过程重新封闭。
根据本发明一实施例,容器10的外部杀菌、打开、填充和重新封闭步骤在无菌或超级卫生条件下进行。
现参考图5和图6,其示出了根据本发明的装置40和对应的用于在无菌或超级卫生条件下填充上述类型的容器10的方法。
图5示出了装置40的示意图,其包括无菌室50、杀菌单元60和排放锁定腔70。无菌室50与杀菌单元60、排放锁定腔70两者均连通。
杀菌单元60包括用于所述容器10的外部杀菌的杀菌设备62。
无菌室50包括用于打开、分离、填充和密封容器10的设备。
排放锁定腔70包括用于排放容器10的设备。
装置40进一步包括移动构件(未示出),其设置为用于容器10的传送。
