Abstract
一种缸体铸造生产中的排气方法,除由砂型型腔排气工艺外,其不同之处在于增加了缸体缸筒砂芯排气的工艺方法,该工艺是在温度≥1430℃的铁水浇注到缸体铸件浇注后,在≤16秒内将缸筒酚醛树脂砂芯产生的气体排除型腔,与前工艺方法生产缸体相比较,砂芯产生的气体由原来的85%排除型腔提高到97%排除型腔,铸件的侵入性气孔、冷隔等铸造缺陷明显减少,同时彻底解决了缸体油道水压实验后漏水废品,使缸体的合格率由原来的93%提高到98%,特别适合于缸盖、缸体铸造生产中排气之用。

[0002] 目前,我国铸造行业在生产汽车发动机缸体的的排气工艺只是排出砂型在浇注过程中产生的气体和型腔中的气体,对缸筒砂芯的气体不进行排放,铸造的缸体内存在一些气体,缸体内的气体排不彻底影响了产品的质量,因此,造成了废品率高,浪费大,生产成本

[0012] 以普通的缸体生产铸造工艺为例,铸件铁水浇注后,在砂型型腔排气工艺的同时增加了缸筒砂芯4的排气工艺方法,该工艺是在温度> 1430°C的铁水浇注到缸体铸件浇注后,在< 16秒内将缸筒酚醛树脂砂芯产生的气体排除型腔,缸筒砂芯4产生的气体一部分由砂型出气冒口 6排出,同时缸筒砂芯(4)产生的另一部分气体通过出气棒3再由出气针 2排除砂型,使砂芯产生的气体95%排出型腔。

1. 一种气缸体缸筒砂芯排气装置,由上模砂型(1)、缸筒砂芯、上模(5)、砂型出气冒口(6)组成,其特征在于所述的缸筒砂芯的上端连接出气棒(3),出气棒(3)的上端连接出气针O)。
