Abstract

一种平开式安全窗,包括窗框、窗扇、铰座、连杆机构和报警器,其中在窗框与窗扇之间设有磁控感应管和磁片,磁控感应管与磁片相互移动,磁控感应管连接报警器;具体结构是窗框与窗扇之间通过窗铰连接,该窗铰包括铰座、连杆机构和报警滑块,其中铰座固定在窗框上,报警滑块设置在铰座上;连杆机构由固定杆、活动杆、连杆和辅助杆组成,固定杆一端铰接在铰座上,活动杆与窗扇固定在一起,其中报警滑块内设有磁片,铰座底面设有磁控感应管。当窗扇开启到一定角度时,报警滑块的磁片使磁控感应管内的两个簧片吸合,由此接通报警器的回路,报警器发出警报声。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种平开窗,特别是一种具有多角度定位功能的多角度窗扇定位平开窗。 
背景技术
人们在外出或熟睡时,出于防盗的原因,一般都会将住房内的窗户关上锁紧。这样一来,住房内就没有流动的新鲜空气,使住房内闷热异常,气味难闻。为了解决这一问题,由钢条焊接成的防盗护栏开始出现并盛行。防护栏一般安装于窗户外,在发生火灾等危急情况时,室内的人无法从窗户逃生,防护栏亦构成了消防障碍,给消防工作增添了不少麻烦。此外,由于平开窗一般并不包括定位装置,故此在刮大风时,窗扇便会有容易被强风猛烈拉开或关闭而构成危险。
由于安装防护栏存在明显的副作用,人们于是利用各类报警装置来防盗。目前,人们运用最多的是在窗户上安装热释红外探测器的报警装置。有人入侵时,红外探测器探测到人体散发出的红外热能产生报警信号。但该装置容易受外界因素(环境、气候、宠物等)的变化产生误报警情况,严重影响了人们正常的日常生活。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种多角度窗扇定位平开窗,通过在窗框与窗扇之间设置定位机械结构,实现了窗扇打开任意角度并定位在该角度的功能,从而克服了现有平开窗存在的缺陷。
实现本发明的技术方案是:这种多角度窗扇定位平开窗包括窗框和窗扇,其中所述窗扇通过窗铰机构和定位机械结构,实现与窗框的连接和开关,并定位于与窗框的任意开关角度,其中:
所述窗铰机构包括一四边形连杆结构、一移动滑块、一齿轮、一铰座,其中铰座固定在窗框上,铰座上设有凹形滑槽,在凹形滑槽内设置有移动滑块,在移动滑块上设有轮轴,在轮轴上装有齿轮,所述四边形连杆结构包括固定摆杆、活动摆杆、连杆、活动杆,其中固定摆杆的一端铰接在铰座上,固定摆杆的另一端铰接活动杆,连杆和活动摆杆的一端与移动滑块铰接在一起,活动摆杆的另一端铰接活动杆,连杆的另一端铰接固定摆杆,其中活动杆与窗扇固定在一起;
所述定位机械结构包括一螺杆,该螺杆设有一轴向平面,在螺杆的圆周面上有螺纹,该螺杆两端分别通过固定座铰接在铰座上,该螺杆通过螺纹与移动滑块上的齿轮啮合实现窗扇定位,该螺杆通过转动后的轴向平面与移动滑块上的齿轮对应实现窗扇开关。
该技术方案还包括:
所述移动滑块上的齿轮设有斜齿,该斜齿与所述螺杆上的螺纹模数相同,所述螺杆两端与固定座之间设有弹簧。
所述螺杆上设有用于转动螺杆的转动扳手。
所述螺杆的一端连接一微动开关,该微动开关连接一报警电路,该报警电路设有蜂鸣器、干簧管及输出接线端口。
所述报警电路包括有太阳能电池板、高容量电容或充电池、微动开关、警报讯号输出接线端口、干簧管和蜂鸣器,其中太阳能电池板联接到高容量电容或充电池作补充电源用、电源输出则串联到蜂鸣器及连接微动开关,微动开关除开启蜂鸣器外,亦同时接驳到输出接线端口,而干簧管则以并联方式接驳到输出接线端口,作用是在窗扇完全关上时作感应输出。
本发明具有的有益效果是:这种窗子开启时既能以机械结构方式定位于任何一个角度,以防上在刮大风时引起窗扇自行猛烈拉开或关闭所构成之危险,同时兼具报警功能。具有安全性好、灵敏度高、结构简单、成本低、安装使用方便等特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步说明:
参看图1,本平开窗由窗框2、窗扇5、铰座3、连杆结构4、定位机构7和报警器1组成,其中铰座3和连杆结构4将窗框2与窗扇5连接在一起,其中铰座3固定在窗框2上,连杆结构4分别连接窗扇5和铰座3,定位机构7连接报警器1。
参看图2,铰座3固定在窗框2上,铰座3上设有凹形滑槽33,在凹形滑槽33内设置有移动滑块10,在移动滑块10上设有轮轴8,在轮轴8上装有齿轮9;
四边形连杆结构4由固定摆杆43、活动摆杆41、连杆42、活动杆44组成,固定摆杆43的一端铰接在铰座3上,固定摆杆43的另一端铰接活动杆44,连杆42和活动摆杆41的一端与移动滑块10的轮轴8铰接在一起,活动摆杆41的另一端铰接活动杆44,连杆42的另一端铰接固定摆杆43,活动杆44与窗扇5固定在一起。
参看图4、5,定位机构7包括一螺杆75,螺杆75设有一轴向平面78(螺杆加工好后再切削出一个平面,即将部分螺纹切掉),在螺杆75的圆周面上保留有螺纹77,螺杆75两端分别装在固定座74里,转动扳手76,螺杆75可在固定座74里转动,固定座74通过连接孔73固定在铰座3的安装孔31上,当螺杆75的螺纹77与移动滑块10上的齿轮9啮合时,可实现窗扇定位,当螺杆75转动后,其轴向平面78与移动滑块10上的齿轮9对应时,可实现窗扇的开关动作。
齿轮9的齿应为斜齿,该斜齿与螺纹77的模数应相同。
在螺杆75两端与固定座74之间还有弹簧72。
参看图6、7,报警器1由微动开关14、太阳能电源接收板13、蜂鸣器11、充电池12组成,螺杆75的螺杆触头71移动触压到微动开关14,微动开关14接通电路及警报讯号接线端口15,干簧管16则对应窗扇底部的磁铁(图中未画出)以及并联到警报讯号接线端口15,蜂鸣器11鸣响报警。
工作原理
当需要打开或关闭窗扇时,将螺杆75的轴向平面78转动到对应移动滑块10上的齿轮9,这时螺杆75与齿轮9不接触,处于分离状态,窗扇可随意开关;当需要定位窗扇时,转动螺杆75,使螺杆75的螺纹77与齿轮9啮合在一起,这时窗扇不能动,被固定住。
当窗扇被固定住时,如有人强行移动窗扇,这时使螺杆75压缩弹簧72,螺杆触头71触动微动开关14,电路接通,触发警报讯号接线端口15,蜂鸣器11鸣响报警;当窗扇完全关上时,干簧管16对应安装于窗扇底部的磁铁(图中未画出)而输出常闭线路讯号。

Claims (6)

1.一种多角度窗扇定位平开窗,包括窗框和窗扇,其特征是所述窗扇通过窗铰机械结构和定位机械结构实现与窗框的连接和开关,并定位于与窗框的任意开关角度,其中:
所述窗铰机械结构包括一四边形连杆结构、一移动滑块、一齿轮、一铰座,其中铰座固定在窗框上,铰座上设有凹形滑槽,在凹形滑槽内设置有移动滑块,在移动滑块上设有轮轴,在轮轴上装有齿轮,所述四边形连杆结构包括固定摆杆、活动摆杆、连杆、活动杆,其中固定摆杆的一端铰接在铰座上,固定摆杆的另一端铰接活动杆,连杆和活动摆杆的一端与移动滑块铰接在一起,活动摆杆的另一端铰接活动杆,连杆的另一端铰接固定摆杆,其中活动杆与窗扇固定在一起;
所述定位机械结构包括一螺杆,该螺杆设有一轴向平面,在螺杆的圆周面上有螺纹,该螺杆两端分别通过固定座铰接在铰座上,该螺杆通过螺纹与移动滑块上的齿轮啮合实现窗扇定位,该螺杆通过转动后的轴向平面与移动滑块上的齿轮对应实现窗扇开关。
2.如权利要求1所述的多角度窗扇定位平开窗,其特征是所述移动滑块上的齿轮设有斜齿,该斜齿与所述螺杆上的螺纹模数相同。
3.如权利要求1所述的多角度窗扇定位平开窗,其特征是所述螺杆两端与固定座之间设有弹簧。
4.如权利要求1所述的多角度窗扇定位平开窗,其特征是所述螺杆上设有用于转动螺杆的转动扳手。
5.如权利要求1所述的多角度窗扇定位平开窗,其特征是所述螺杆的一端连接一微动开关,该微动开关连接一报警电路,该报警电路设有蜂鸣器。
6.如权利要求5所述的多角度窗扇定位平开窗,其特征是所述报警电路包括有太阳能电池板、高容量充电电容或充电池、微动开关、输出接线端口、干簧管和蜂鸣器,其中太阳能电池板联接到高容量充电电容或充电池作补充电源用、电源输出则串联到蜂鸣器及连接微动开关,微动开关除开启蜂鸣器外,亦同时接驳到输出接线端口及干簧管。
