一种能在任意开启角度锁定的平开窗，它包括第一窗框、第二窗框，第二窗框安装在第一窗框内，第二窗框能相对第一窗框平推向外打开；其特征在于所述的第一窗框和第二窗框之间设置有角度锁定机构，该角度锁定机构包括第一窗框和第二窗框两侧的连杆，连杆的下端与第一窗框铰接，连杆的上端安装有滑块，滑块的背面设有啮合齿；在第二窗框的侧边框内设置有能内外移动的齿条，齿条外移时，滑块的啮合齿与齿条啮合，角度锁定机构锁定。本发明的平开窗在打开后能在任意开启角度锁定，防止强风或其他外力推动，在狂风暴雨的天气也可满足室内的通风需求，具有结构简单、操作方便的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种平开窗及其开启角度锁定机构，具体是一种能在任意开启角度锁定的平开窗。
背景技术
平开窗是指合页（铰链）安装于门窗侧面或者窗框顶部，向内或向外开启的门窗，平开窗在开启后通常只是铰链自身的阻尼力实现锁定，一旦遇到大风或其他外力，容易吹动窗户。中国专利局于2019年11月19日公开的，专利号为：201821841878.8的一种带有卡锁结构的平开窗，它包括窗框和转动连接于窗框侧壁上的窗扇，窗扇与窗框之间设有转动连接的调节组件，窗扇与窗框之间还设有用于锁定的卡锁组件以及传动组件，卡锁组件包括固定在窗扇一侧的卡锁壳体，卡锁壳体上滑动连接有与窗框的上下端插接固定的锁紧部；传动组件包括安装于窗扇内部的凸轮，凸轮抵接有滑动与窗扇内的限位块，卡锁壳体上还开设有供限位块水平滑动的通孔，限位块穿出通孔的部分抵接于锁紧部上将其状态固定。这种凸轮抵接限位块来实现对平开窗的锁定，遇到大风的情况或较大外力的情况下，凸轮容易滑脱，解除对窗户的锁紧。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述现有使用的缺陷和不足，为人们提供一种能在任意开启角度锁定的平开窗。
为实现上述目的本发明所采取的技术方案是：该能在任意开启角度锁定的平开窗，它包括第一窗框、第二窗框，第二窗框安装在第一窗框内，第二窗框能相对第一窗框平推向外打开；其特征在于所述的第一窗框和第二窗框之间设置有角度锁定机构，该角度锁定机构包括第一窗框和第二窗框两侧的连杆，连杆的下端与第一窗框铰接，连杆的上端安装有滑块，滑块的背面设有啮合齿；在第二窗框的侧边框内设置有能内外移动的齿条，齿条外移时，滑块的啮合齿与齿条啮合，角度锁定机构锁定。
所述的第二窗框的上端通过旋转销与第一窗框铰接。
所述的第二窗框的侧边框设置有滑槽，滑块活动嵌装于滑槽内。
所述的齿条安装于滑槽的内侧，在齿条的背面安装有压缩弹簧，压缩弹簧的回复力给予齿条向外移动的推力。
所述的齿条前侧设置有一根与齿条相抵的解锁轴，该解锁轴在旋转时，与齿条接触部位的旋转半径会发生变化。
所述解锁轴在与齿条接触部位的截面为半圆。
所述的第二窗框的下边框上安装有手柄，在下边框内还安装有传动轴，手柄、传动轴以及解锁轴通过伞齿轮联动。
一种能在任意开启角度锁定的复合窗，它包括第一窗框、第二窗框、第三窗框和第四窗框，第二窗框安装在第一窗框内，第二窗框能相对第一窗框平推向外打开；第三窗框位于第二窗框内，且第三窗框设置有至少两个，能在第二窗框内左右平移；第四窗框位于每个第三窗框内，第四窗框能相对第三窗框旋转；在第四窗框内安装有窗玻璃；其特征在于所述的第一窗框和第二窗框之间设置有角度锁定机构，该角度锁定机构包括第一窗框和第二窗框两侧的连杆，连杆的下端与第一窗框铰接，连杆的上端安装有滑块，滑块的背面设有啮合齿；在第二窗框的侧边框内设置有能内外移动的齿条，齿条外移时，滑块的啮合齿与齿条啮合，角度锁定机构锁定。
本发明的平开窗在打开后能在任意开启角度锁定，防止强风或其他外力推动，在狂风暴雨的天气也可满足室内的通风需求，具有结构简单、操作方便的优点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本发明为一种能在任意开启角度锁定的平开窗，它包括第一窗框1、第二窗框3，第一窗框1固定安装在墙壁上，第二窗框3安装在第一窗框1内，第二窗框3能相对第一窗框1平推向外打开。本发明还可以在第二窗框3内安装第三窗框3和第四窗框4，第三窗框3位于第二窗框3内，且第三窗框3设置有至少两个，能在第二窗框3内左右平移；第四窗框4位于每个第三窗框3内，第四窗框4能相对第三窗框3旋转；在第四窗框4内安装有窗玻璃。
如图2所示，第二窗框3的上端通过旋转销与第一窗框1铰接，向外推动第二窗框3，第二窗框3的下沿能向外推出，使窗户平推打开。
如图3、图4所示，在第一窗框1和第二窗框3之间设置有角度锁定机构，该角度锁定机构包括第一窗框1和第二窗框3两侧的连杆6，连杆6的下端与第一窗框1铰接，连杆6的上端安装有滑块9，滑块9活动嵌装于第二窗框3的侧边框滑槽7内，第二窗框3打开或关闭时，滑块9能沿滑槽7上下移动。滑块9的背面设有啮合齿9.1，在第二窗框3的侧边框内设置有齿条8，该齿条8与滑槽7相对，当齿条8向滑槽7方向外移时，滑块9的啮合齿9.1与齿条8啮合，第二窗框3就被锁定，无法推动第二窗框3。当齿条8向内回缩后，解除对滑块9的锁定，就可以推拉第二窗框3。在齿条8的背面安装有压缩弹簧11，压缩弹簧11的回复力给予齿条8向外移动的推力。
在齿条8的前侧设置有一根与齿条8相抵的解锁轴10，该解锁轴10在旋转时，与齿条8接触部位的旋转半径会发生变化，当半径增大时，齿条8向内回缩，当半径变小时，在压缩弹簧11的回复力作用下，齿条8向外移出。本发明主要通过半轴来实到接触部位的旋转半径变化，即解锁轴10在与齿条8接触部位的截面为半圆，当半圆的平面与齿条8相抵时，齿条8在压缩弹簧11回复力的作用下，处于外侧位置，当解锁轴10旋转90度后，解锁轴10能推动齿条8回缩到第二窗框3内侧。
所述第二窗框3的下边框上安装有手柄5，在下边框内还安装有传动轴13，手柄5、传动轴13以及解锁轴10通过伞齿轮12联动，只需要将手柄5旋转90度，解锁轴10也能同步旋转90度。因此将把手向上旋转90度后，角度锁定机构解锁，第二窗框3能向外推开，窗户开启到所需角度后，将把手反向旋转90度，角度锁定机构将第二窗框3锁定，第二窗框3固定在当前的开户角度后无法被推动，遇到强风没有关系。
所述的角度锁定机构可以应用于任意平开窗，并不限于本发明的多方式开启复合窗。
本发明的平开窗在打开后能在任意开启角度锁定，防止强风或其他外力推动，在狂风暴雨的天气也可满足室内的通风需求，具有结构简单、操作方便的优点。

Claims (8)

1.一种能在任意开启角度锁定的平开窗，它包括第一窗框、第二窗框，第二窗框安装在第一窗框内，第二窗框能相对第一窗框平推向外打开；其特征在于所述的第一窗框和第二窗框之间设置有角度锁定机构，该角度锁定机构包括第一窗框和第二窗框两侧的连杆，连杆的下端与第一窗框铰接，连杆的上端安装有滑块，滑块的背面设有啮合齿；在第二窗框的侧边框内设置有能内外移动的齿条，齿条外移时，滑块的啮合齿与齿条啮合，角度锁定机构锁定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的能在任意开启角度锁定的平开窗，其特征在于所述的第二窗框的上端通过旋转销与第一窗框铰接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的能在任意开启角度锁定的平开窗，其特征在于所述的第二窗框的侧边框设置有滑槽，滑块活动嵌装于滑槽内。
4.根据权利要求3所述的能在任意开启角度锁定的平开窗，其特征在于所述的齿条安装于滑槽的内侧，在齿条的背面安装有压缩弹簧，压缩弹簧的回复力给予齿条向外移动的推力。
5.根据权利要求4所述的能在任意开启角度锁定的平开窗，其特征在于所述的齿条前侧设置有一根与齿条相抵的解锁轴，该解锁轴在旋转时，与齿条接触部位的旋转半径会发生变化。
6.根据权利要求5所述的能在任意开启角度锁定的平开窗，其特征在于所述解锁轴在与齿条接触部位的截面为半圆。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一所述的能在任意开启角度锁定的平开窗，其特征在于所述的第二窗框的下边框上安装有手柄，在下边框内还安装有传动轴，手柄、传动轴以及解锁轴通过伞齿轮联动。
8.一种能在任意开启角度锁定的复合窗，它包括第一窗框、第二窗框、第三窗框和第四窗框，第二窗框安装在第一窗框内，第二窗框能相对第一窗框平推向外打开；第三窗框位于第二窗框内，且第三窗框设置有至少两个，能在第二窗框内左右平移；第四窗框位于每个第三窗框内，第四窗框能相对第三窗框旋转；在第四窗框内安装有窗玻璃；其特征在于所述的第一窗框和第二窗框之间设置有角度锁定机构，该角度锁定机构包括第一窗框和第二窗框两侧的连杆，连杆的下端与第一窗框铰接，连杆的上端安装有滑块，滑块的背面设有啮合齿；在第二窗框的侧边框内设置有能内外移动的齿条，齿条外移时，滑块的啮合齿与齿条啮合，角度锁定机构锁定。
