Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种偏心铰链,包括滑轨、设置于所述滑轨一端的限位块、以及平行设置于所述滑轨上方的固定杆,当偏心铰链处于闭合状态时,所述第一中心线与所述第二中心线之间的水平间距A大于0mm小于等于10mm,且所述固定杆的一端与所述限位块相配合。固定杆与所述滑轨之间间距的设置,使得固定杆相对于滑轨偏心设置,同时通过限位块对固定杆进行限位,进而能够有效减少窗框和窗扇之间的安装误差且便于安装,本实用新型方便安装,且能够有效减少安装误差。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及门窗铰链技术领域,尤其涉及一种偏心铰链。
背景技术
现有技术下用于窗框和窗扇上的铰链一般都采用固定杆和滑轨上下对齐设计,即固定杆的第一中心线与滑轨的第二中心线相互重合,此种结构设计,虽然便于铰链的加工,但在安装时由于现有技术下的窗扇大多采用铝合金挤出成型,为保证窗扇与窗框配合严实,窗框上的固定杆安装槽均采用偏向一侧设置,因而此种铰链的固定杆无法安装到固定杆安装槽内,进而将影响窗框和窗扇之间的安装精度。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供了一种能够方便安装,且能够有效减少安装误差的偏心铰链。
为达此目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
一种偏心铰链,包括滑轨、设置于所述滑轨一端的限位块、以及平行设置于所述滑轨上方的固定杆,当偏心铰链处于闭合状态时,所述固定杆的第一中心线与所述滑轨的第二中心线之间的水平间距A大于0mm小于等于10mm,且所述固定杆的一端与所述限位块相配合。
其中,还包括设置在所述固定杆上用于窗扇和窗框之间间隙调整的间隙调节组件。
其中,所述间隙调节组件包括竖直卡接于所述窗扇一侧卡槽内的调节块、与所述固定杆一端紧固的第一穿槽件、与所述固定杆另一端紧固的第二穿槽件、以及用于所述调节块和所述第一穿槽件一端竖直壁紧固的调节螺钉。
其中,所述调节块的上端向一侧延伸设置有固定头,所述固定头上倾斜贯穿设置有用于所述调节块定位的机米螺丝。
其中,所述第一穿槽件和所述第二穿槽件分别与所述窗扇上的C形固定槽相配合。
其中,所述固定杆向上折弯设置有第一折弯段和第二折弯段,所述第一折弯段和第二折弯段的顶面上贯穿设置有用于和窗扇紧固的安装孔。
其中,还包括设置在所述滑轨上的滑块、一端与所述滑块相连接另一端与所述固定杆相连接的连接杆、以及一端与所述滑块相连接,另一端与所述连接杆相连接的传动杆。
本实用新型的有益效果:本实用新型包括滑轨、设置于所述滑轨一端的限位块、以及平行设置于所述滑轨上方的固定杆,当偏心铰链处于闭合状态时,所述固定杆的第一中心线与所述滑轨的第二中心线之间的水平间距A大于0mm小于等于10mm,且所述固定杆的一端与所述限位块相配合。固定杆与所述滑轨之间间距的设置,使得固定杆相对于滑轨偏心设置,同时通过限位块对固定杆进行限位,进而能够有效减少窗框和窗扇之间的安装误差且便于安装,本实用新型方便安装,且能够有效减少安装误差。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本实用新型的技术方案。
如图1所示,一种偏心铰链,包括滑轨1、设置于所述滑轨1一端的限位块2、以及平行设置于所述滑轨1上方的固定杆3,当偏心铰链处于闭合状态时,所述固定杆的第一中心线31与所述滑轨的第二中心线11之间的水平间距A大于0mm小于等于10mm,且所述固定杆3的一端与所述限位块2相配合。作为优选实施方式,本实用新型中的水平间距A设置为5mm,以使得固定杆能够顺畅的插入窗扇固定杆安装槽内。作为优选,为使得偏移后的固定杆与滑轨1保持水平设置,限位块2设计成V字型,且与固定杆一端相配合,使得固定杆位置限定。
作为本实用新型进一步的优选实施方式,如图2、图3和图4所示,本实用新型还包括设置在所述固定杆3上用于窗扇4和窗框5之间间隙调整的间隙调节组件,所述间隙调节组件包括竖直卡接于所述窗扇4一侧卡槽内的调节块61、与所述固定杆3一端紧固的第一穿槽件62、与所述固定杆3另一端紧固的第二穿槽件63、以及用于所述调节块61和所述第一穿槽件62一端竖直壁紧固的调节螺钉64,所述调节块61的上端向一侧延伸设置有固定头,所述固定头上倾斜贯穿设置有用于所述调节块61定位的机米螺丝65,所述第一穿槽件62和所述第二穿槽件63分别与所述窗扇4上的C形固定槽相配合。上述结构设计,可以通过间隙调节组件中调节块61和调节螺钉64位置的改变,灵活的调整窗扇与窗框之间的间距,且方便偏心铰链的安装。
作为本实用新型又一优选实施方式,如图5所示,也可以将固定杆3向上折弯设置出第一折弯段32和第二折弯段33,所述第一折弯段32和第二折弯段33的顶面上贯穿设置有用于和窗扇4紧固的安装孔。以此种方式可代替上述安装方式中的第一穿槽件62和所述第二穿槽件63,以此达到便于和窗扇上的固定杆安装槽相配合的目的,从而方便偏心铰链的安装。
作为优选实施方式,本实用新型还包括设置在所述滑轨1上的滑块8、一端与所述滑块8相连接另一端与所述固定杆3相连接的连接杆9、以及一端与所述滑块8相连接,另一端与所述连接杆9相连接的传动杆10。进而形成多杆联动式的偏心铰链。

Claims (7)

1.一种偏心铰链,包括滑轨(1)、设置于所述滑轨(1)一端的限位块(2)、以及平行设置于所述滑轨(1)上方的固定杆(3),其特征在于:当偏心铰链处于闭合状态时,所述固定杆(3)的第一中心线(31)与所述滑轨(1)的第二中心线(11)之间的水平间距A大于0mm小于等于10mm,且所述固定杆(3)的一端与所述限位块(2)相配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种偏心铰链,其特征在于:还包括设置在所述固定杆(3)上用于窗扇(4)和窗框(5)之间间隙调整的间隙调节组件。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种偏心铰链,其特征在于:所述间隙调节组件包括竖直卡接于所述窗扇(4)一侧卡槽内的调节块(61)、与所述固定杆(3)一端紧固的第一穿槽件(62)、与所述固定杆(3)另一端紧固的第二穿槽件(63)、以及用于所述调节块(61)和所述第一穿槽件(62)一端竖直壁紧固的调节螺钉(64)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种偏心铰链,其特征在于:所述调节块(61)的上端向一侧延伸设置有固定头,所述固定头上倾斜贯穿设置有用于所述调节块(61)定位的机米螺丝(65)。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种偏心铰链,其特征在于:所述第一穿槽件(62)和所述第二穿槽件(63)分别与所述窗扇(4)上的C形固定槽相配合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种偏心铰链,其特征在于:所述固定杆(3)向上折弯设置有第一折弯段(32)和第二折弯段(33),所述第一折弯段(32)和第二折弯段(33)的顶面上贯穿设置有用于和窗扇(4)紧固的安装孔。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种偏心铰链,其特征在于:还包括设置在所述滑轨(1)上的滑块(8)、一端与所述滑块(8)相连接另一端与所述固定杆(3)相连接的连接杆(9)、以及一端与所述滑块(8)相连接,另一端与所述连接杆(9)相连接的传动杆(10)。
