本发明涉及防灾害家具技术领域,具体涉及一种自动化避灾用多功能救生安全衣柜。
背景技术
灾害在现实生活中时常发生,其不可预见性越来越严重,由此,在地震发生、煤气爆炸、火灾、矿洞坍塌等灾害发生时尽可能地保障人们的人身安全,能够让人们顺利躲避建筑物坍塌或者危险情境所造成的威胁显得尤为重要,所以防灾家具的发明随之受到更多的关注。例如,地震发生时会产生强烈的振动;煤气爆炸以及火灾发生时会产生高温、浓烟等;矿物的开挖、地铁以及隧道的施工过程中突发的坍塌破坏等都对人类的生命安全产生巨大影响。
当前自动化避灾用多功能救生安全衣柜存在下列问题:一、未发生灾害时,安全装置并没有其他功能;二、一般安全装置未能实现自动化,较为耗时;三、一般安全装置未能向外界发射求救信号;四、许多建筑物防震结构强度不足、可靠性低;五、振动传感器与当地的设防烈度不吻合,敏感度低。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种自动化避灾用多功能救生安全衣柜,能实现自动化,当灾害发生时具有高效保护作用,同时具有良好储物功能。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案实现:
一种自动化避灾用多功能救生安全衣柜,包括柜体与门,门通过合页铰接在柜体上,还包括烟雾报警器、振动传感器、温湿度传感器、控制器、遥控器、步进电机、开门机构、氧气罐与应急物品储存箱;所述柜体顶部设有通风管,烟雾报警器固接在柜体外部,氧气罐、应急物品储存箱与步进电机固接在柜体内部;步进电机与开门机构相连,步进电机带动开门机构动作,实现开关门;所述遥控器、烟雾报警器、振动传感器、温湿度传感器、步进电机均与控制器相连接。
所述柜体与门均采用钢板制作,钢板外层涂有防火涂料,所述柜体包括柜上盖板、柜下底板、侧板、背板、隔板与斜撑,斜撑固接在侧板上,斜撑支撑隔板。
所述开门机构包括槽型滑道、推杆、齿轮轴与小齿轮;槽型滑道固接在门内侧,推杆一端安装在滑道内,另一端固接在齿轮轴上,齿轮轴与小齿轮啮合,小齿轮安装在步进电机的输出轴上。
所述控制器为单片机控制器,包括主控MCU、2.4G无线收发模块、烟雾报警器电路、声音报警电路、温湿度控制电路、步进电机控制电路、振动传感器控制电路、遥控器电路、电源电路,2.4G无线收发模块、烟雾报警器电路、声音报警电路、温湿度控制电路、步进电机控制电路、振动传感器控制电路、遥控器电路、电源电路均与主控MCU相连接;电源电路为稳压电路,其输入端连接蓄电池。
所述主控MCU型号为STC15W408AS。
所述烟雾报警器型号为MQ-2,烟雾报警器通过烟雾报警器电路与主控MCU电路相连。
所述温湿度传感器型号为DHT11,温湿度传感器通过温湿度控制电路与主控MCU电路相连。
所述步进电机控制电路设有步进电机驱动芯片ULN2003A,步进电机驱动芯片ULN2003A与主控MCU电路相连。
所述振动传感器型号为LSM6DSMTR,振动传感器通过振动传感器控制电路与主控MCU电路相连。
所述遥控器包括2.4G无线收发模块nRF24L01和2.4G无线WIFI模块ESP8266,遥控器通过遥控器电路与主控MCU电路相连。
与现有的技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明其外部的钢板设有防火涂层具有良好的冲压性、可焊性和可靠性等性能特点的同时还具有良好的耐热性、耐火性,使得整个安全装置发挥稳定的保护作用的同时又能防火、防爆。
2、当外部环境的振动频率、室内的温度、烟雾浓度达到事先预设好的报警状态时,置于自动化避灾用多功能救生安全衣柜内部的步进电机通过接收来自振动传感器以及烟雾报警器的信号自动将门打开,人们可以快速的躲避其中,并通过人为控制遥控器上的关门按钮将安全装置的门关上,同时,人们也可以通过控制遥控器上的求救按钮发射求救信号,便于灾后搜救人员开展救援行动,从而为人们在灾害发生时提供一个最大程度上保护人身安全的安全岛。
3、柜体顶部设有通风管,使柜体与外部连通,保证柜体内有充足的空气;此外在应急物品储存箱中可以放置适量的食物、水等供人们使用以便等待救援。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进一步说明:
如图1、图4所示,一种自动化避灾用多功能救生安全衣柜,包括柜体1与门4,门4通过合页14铰接在柜体1上,合页14采用后旗型有孔合页,开关门4省时省力。还包括烟雾报警器2、振动传感器5、温湿度传感器、控制器、遥控器6、步进电机13、开门机构、氧气罐11与应急物品储存箱12。
柜体1与门4均采用钢板制作,钢板外层涂有防火涂料,柜体1包括柜上盖板、柜下底板、侧板、背板、隔板10与斜撑3,斜撑3固接在侧板上,斜撑3支撑隔板10。
如图3所示开门机构包括槽型滑道15、推杆16、齿轮轴17与小齿轮。槽型滑道15固接在门4内侧,推杆16一端安装在槽型滑道15内,沿滑道滑动,另一端固接在齿轮轴17上,齿轮轴17与小齿轮8啮合,小齿轮8安装在步进电机13的输出轴上。步进电机13带动齿轮轴17旋转,齿轮轴17带动推杆16运动,进而实现门4的开关。
如图1、图4所示,通风管9固接在柜上盖板,并穿过柜上盖板,实现柜体内外空气的流通。烟雾报警器2与温湿度传感器固接在柜体1柜上盖板外。氧气罐11、应急物品储存箱12、振动传感器5、直流电源7与步进电机13固接在柜下底板上,步进电机13与直流电源7相连。
如图5所示,控制器为单片机控制器,包括主控MCU、2.4G无线收发模块、烟雾报警器电路、声音报警电路、温湿度控制电路、步进电机控制电路、振动传感器控制电路、遥控器电路、电源电路,2.4G无线收发模块、烟雾报警器电路、声音报警电路、温湿度控制电路、步进电机控制电路、振动传感器控制电路、遥控器电路、电源电路均与主控MCU相连接;电源电路为稳压电路,其输入端连接蓄电池。
如图6所示,主控MCU型号为STC15W408AS。
如图7所示,蓄电池选择电压为24V的锂电池,24V电压作为步进电机的输入电压,通过电压转换芯片LM7805将24V电压转换成5V电压作为电路中的供电电压,5V电压再经过LM1117DT-3.3转换成3.3V电压,作为电路的3.3V电源。
如图8所示,烟雾传感器型号为MQ-2,采集的烟雾信号经放大后送MCU作为报警信号的参考。
如图9所示,主控MCU通过输出端口P3.4连接三极管放大电路接蜂鸣器产生声音报警,通过输出端口P3.6、P3.7连接发光二极管产生光报警。
如图10所示,温湿度传感器型号为DHT11,温湿度传感器采集环境温度和湿度,采集信号连接主控MCU的端口P1.0,作为报警的参考信号。
如图11所示,通过步进电机驱动芯片ULN2003A控制步进电机,ULN2003A的输入接MCU的P5.4、P5.5、P1.6和P1.7,ULN2003A的输出接步进电机的四个端子M1、M2、M3和M4。步进电机通过24V锂电池供电,电机齿轮带动门脚齿轮进而作用柜门的开、关与暂停。当振动传感器检测到震动信号,通过MCU的中断信号唤醒MCU自动打开柜门,门打开后触动限位开关电机自动停止。
如图12所示,振动传感器型号为LSM6DSMTR,振动传感器采集到的微弱振动信号经比较器LM393和三极管9013放大接主控MCU的P1.1。
如图13所示,2.4G无线收发模块型号为nRF24L01,其CE、CSN、SCK、MOSI、MISO、IRQ引脚与主控MCU的引脚相连接。
如图2、图14所示,遥控器包括2.4G无线收发模块nRF24L01和2.4G无线WIFI模块ESP8266,按键K1控制电机打开柜门,按键K2控制电机关闭柜门,按键K3控制电机停止,按键K4为发出求救信号。主控MCU连接的按键均采用中断唤醒工作模式。按键K1、K2、K3的信号由MCU控制nRF24L01发出,K4的求救信号由主控MCU控制无线WIFI模块ESP8266向互联网发出。
自动化避灾用多功能救生安全衣柜采用两种报警形式,第一种是声光报警,当振动传感器、烟雾报警器的装置检测到相应信号会立即向主控MCU发送。主控MCU收到其报警信号将立即通过声光报警电路向外界提出警示。第二种是遥控器求救信号,遥控器采用2.4G无线收发模块nRF24L01和2.4G无线WIFI模块ESP8266,K4的求救信号可预先设置好自动化避灾用多功能救生安全衣柜安装地的坐标及地理信息,由主控MCU控制无线WIFI模块ESP8266向互联网发出,也可以设定为以微信或者短信等形式发至固定的终端。
本发明其外部的钢板设有防火涂层具有良好的冲压性、可焊性和可靠性等性能特点的同时还具有良好的耐热性、耐火性,使得整个安全装置发挥稳定的保护作用的同时又能防火、防爆。
当外部环境的振动频率、室内的温度、烟雾浓度达到事先预设好的报警状态时,置于自动化避灾用多功能救生安全衣柜内部的步进电机13通过接收来自振动传感器5以及烟雾报警器2的信号自动将门4打开,人们可以快速的躲避其中,并通过人为控制遥控器6上的关门按钮将安全装置的门关上,同时,人们也可以通过控制遥控器6上的求救按钮发射求救信号,便于灾后搜救人员开展救援行动,从而为人们在灾害发生时提供一个最大程度上保护人身安全的安全岛。
柜体1顶部设有通风管9,使柜体与外部连通,保证柜体1内有充足的空气;此外在储物箱12中可以放置适量的食物、水等供人们使用以便等待救援。

Claims (10)
1.一种自动化避灾用多功能救生安全衣柜,包括柜体与门,门通过合页铰接在柜体上,其特征在于:还包括烟雾报警器、振动传感器、温湿度传感器、控制器、遥控器、步进电机、开门机构、氧气罐与应急物品储存箱;所述柜体顶部设有通风管,烟雾报警器固接在柜体外部,氧气罐、应急物品储存箱与步进电机固接在柜体内部;步进电机与开门机构相连,步进电机带动开门机构动作,实现开关门;所述遥控器、烟雾报警器、振动传感器、温湿度传感器、步进电机均与控制器相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动化避灾用多功能救生安全衣柜,其特征在于:所述柜体与门均采用钢板制作,钢板外层涂有防火涂料,所述柜体包括柜上盖板、柜下底板、侧板、背板、隔板与斜撑,斜撑固接在侧板上,斜撑支撑隔板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动化避灾用多功能救生安全衣柜,其特征在于:所述开门机构包括槽型滑道、推杆、齿轮轴与小齿轮;槽型滑道固接在门内侧,推杆一端安装在滑道内,另一端固接在齿轮轴上,齿轮轴与小齿轮啮合,小齿轮安装在步进电机的输出轴上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动化避灾用多功能救生安全衣柜,其特征在于:所述控制器为单片机控制器,包括主控MCU、2.4G无线收发模块、烟雾报警器电路、声音报警电路、温湿度控制电路、步进电机控制电路、振动传感器控制电路、遥控器电路、电源电路,2.4G无线收发模块、烟雾报警器电路、声音报警电路、温湿度控制电路、步进电机控制电路、振动传感器控制电路、遥控器电路、电源电路均与主控MCU相连接;电源电路为稳压电路,其输入端连接蓄电池。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种自动化避灾用多功能救生安全衣柜,其特征在于:所述主控MCU型号为STC15W408AS。
6.根据权利要求1或4所述的一种自动化避灾用多功能救生安全衣柜,其特征在于:所述烟雾报警器型号为MQ-2,烟雾报警器通过烟雾报警器电路与主控MCU电路相连。
7.根据权利要求1或4所述的一种自动化避灾用多功能救生安全衣柜,其特征在于:所述温湿度传感器型号为DHT11,温湿度传感器通过温湿度控制电路与主控MCU电路相连。
8.根据权利要求1或4所述的一种自动化避灾用多功能救生安全衣柜,其特征在于:所述步进电机控制电路设有步进电机驱动芯片ULN2003A,步进电机驱动芯片ULN2003A与主控MCU电路相连。
9.根据权利要求1或4所述的一种自动化避灾用多功能救生安全衣柜,其特征在于:所述振动传感器型号为LSM6DSMTR,振动传感器通过振动传感器控制电路与主控MCU电路相连。
10.根据权利要求1或4所述的一种自动化避灾用多功能救生安全衣柜,其特征在于:所述遥控器包括2.4G无线收发模块nRF24L01和2.4G无线WIFI模块ESP8266,遥控器通过遥控器电路与主控MCU电路相连。
