技术领域
本发明涉及用于生产卫生制品的技术。
背景技术
“切割滑动(cut&slip)”型的切割单元是公知的,并且多年应用于例如一次性卫生制品的卫生制品生产线上。
切割滑动单元的示例在意大利专利IT 1183882中有所描述,该专利公开了一种制造切割单元的方法,该切割单元能够应用在以限定好的节距切割的连续幅材上,且所述节距由用作支承辊的辊子的速度来确定。
这个专利中描述的单元的重要性是显著的。然而,制品的发展和生产机器速度的增加要求进一步发展该单元,例如在诸如EP-B-0 943 305、EP-B-0 990 588或EP-A-1 864 768的文献中描述的那些单元。
这些文献中描述的方案克服了与切割单元相关的各种缺陷,例如该切割单元要求待切割元件滑动,以按应用节距移动。
特别是,EP-B-0 943 305中描述的方案提供了制作用于切割层状元件的单元,以消除形式改变的问题,虽然需要完全替换单元本身,但是可以克服传统单元中的问题。
EP-B-0 990 588中描述的方案提供了一种管理用于拖曳并保持由头部切割的元件的负压(“真空”)的系统。

当生产卫生制品时,需要为制品或制品部件提供多个彼此上下设置的、带形式的部件,例如图1所示。在此示出的是支撑材料的幅材S,所述幅材沿图中箭头X表示的给定方向前进,材料A的带或料头按节距(即,按预限定的距离)粘在所述幅材上,依次应用在这样的带或料头上的是材料B的带或料头。

除以上提到的定位误差之外,还存在与将材料B施加到材料A上相关联的类似误差。具体地,关于材料A、B的定位(由图1中的尺寸D来标识)受到与将材料A的元件施加到基底材料S上的节距P1相关的误差的消极影响。
这也发生在如图3和图4所示的情况,两个串联单元的其中之一是非传统型切割滑动单元,即EP-B-0 943,305中描述的“无节距”型切割滑动单元。
具体地,图4示出了一种方案,在该方案中首先切割材料A(在施加纤维素纤维材料之后)、实现第一间隔、材料B联接到材料A、切割材料B并实现第二间隔。
本申请的发明人注意到上述缺陷变得越来越严重和普遍。这是由于事实上例如吸收性制品的卫生制品变得越来越薄。而且,用超吸收材料(例如超吸收聚合物或SAP(超吸收聚合物,SuperAbsorbing Polymer)的水凝吸收性材料)来代替纤维(绒毛)制成的吸收性材料的趋势不断增加。这样导致需要非常精细的吸收核和完全不僵硬,因此意味着难以控制。
具体地,类似于图4中所示出的工艺的管理变得非常关键,尤其在第二间隔的区域,在材料B实际上为极薄吸收核的情况下,具有非常高的SAP百分比,即超过核总重的60%。

-施加在底层材料上的吸收核(例如极薄型的、具有极高的超吸收聚合物(SAP,Superabsorbent Ploymers)百分比,如超过核总重的60%)。
这样的材料的特性被认为本身是公知的,因此在此不需要详细描述。
在这个示例中,假设材料S、A和B初始是从各自的供应源(卷)展开的幅材形式。显然,以上提供的信息无论怎样不应被认为以任何方式限制本发明:所考虑的一种或多种材料也可从生产线直接生产,或者以与传统的辊形式不同的方式提供。
一个方案中的附图标记10、12以及另一个方案中的附图标记20、22分别表示旋转刀和用作第一切割滑动单元和第二切割滑动单元的支撑辊的对应元件,第一切割滑动单元和第二切割滑动单元意在将材料A、B的幅材分割成带,并将它们“按节距”施加在幅材S上。
除下文提供的信息之外,两个单元10、12和20、22可以是公知类型的装置,例如对应于在说明书的介绍部分提及的文献中所提供的内容。
例如,这可以是参考图5所示的单元的情况,其中,处理的材料由于例如真空泵30的源产生的负压(“真空”)而保持与支承辊12、22接触(能够滑动)。
源30产生的负压水平也可朝向与运动结构(即,输送机,例如电机驱动带或电机驱动辊子34)关联的真空箱32被传送,所述运动结构移动材料S的幅材,彼此叠置的材料A、B的元件或带施加在所述材料S上。存在于箱32中的负压用于维持材料A、B的带与材料S接触。
材料A、B的带彼此固定和/或固定到材料S上,这可通过不同的标准获得(例如通过粘附工具,由于底层材料S与施加在带A、B之上的表层材料之间的夹层截留(entrapment),通过热机或超声波焊接等),这对于理解在此概述的方案不是必要的。
图5所示的方案解决了消除有关材料A、B的带的定位误差的问题,直接在单元20、22的支承辊22上将材料A的衬片施加到材料B的带上,单元20、22处理材料B本身:在此示出的实施方式是单元20、22参照材料A的前进方向位于下游的情况。
在一实施方式中,单元10、12和20、22可以是文献EP-A-1 864,768中描述的类型,即“无节距”型切割单元,因为未设有形式变化。
在示出的实施方式中,两个支承辊12、22和主幅材(对应于材料S)可均以相同的速度移动,具有完全借助软件来提供“形式变化”功能的可能性。
根据本身已经公知的标准,根据处理的材料的类型和大小,以及有关行程的位置,进行支承辊12、22(以及箱32)中存在的负压水平的控制(管理)。
在实施方式中,能够抓住并移动元件A、B以与幅材S联接的真空度施加到处理材料B的单元,材料A的衬片施加到材料B上。
因此,在此描述的方案允许在移动的幅材材料S上以隔开的位置(图1的P1、D)精确施加彼此叠置的第一材料和第二材料(A和B)的带。
事实上,在第二元件(已经切割或即将切割)仍然在支承辊22上时将第一元件施加到第二元件上,这导致获得所讨论的在刚性结构元件上操作的两个带之间的联接。这样允许避免与传统操作方法相关的不精确,在传统操作方法中施加操作实际发生在幅材S上,并且显然发生在工艺路线中的各个位置,即处于材料S的弹性可能是定位精度(P1+D)差的源头的状态。
在示出的实施例中,装置包括两个切割滑动单元10、12和20、22,每个单元包括供应有各自材料A或B的第一刀10、20,以及支承辊12、22,支承辊12、22适合与对应的刀10、20配合以切割带,该带以隔开的位置互相重叠地施加在移动的材料S的幅材上(图1的箭头X)。
带能够在支承辊12、22上滑动的事实允许间隔功能,因此改变它们的间隔距离(在切割步骤初始为零)。
支承辊12、22(在此以两个辊子的形式示出,但是它们也可由任何其他类型的旋转体来表示)被布置为彼此面对,并(几乎)在切点相对于彼此可协调动作地移动(即,定向为相同的方向)并且将带A转移到材料B上。在此示出的实施方式中,它们由彼此面对的反转的辊子表示,即辊子排列成它们的轴彼此平行,并且如所述的,在关于彼此几乎相切的状态下,支承辊22顺时针旋转,同时支承辊12逆时针旋转。因此,第一支承辊12能够将第一材料A的带传递到第二支承辊22上,将所述第一材料A的带叠置到由第二支承辊(22)支撑的第二材料B的带上,并且一直具有相对滑动的能力(即改变分开它们的距离的能力)。
为了这样的目的,第二支承辊22设有保持装置(真空源30),可按这样的方式来调节保持装置,即支承辊22不但能够保留第二材料B的带,而且可将被第一单元10、12切割的第一材料A的带拉到该支撑辊,允许带A、B彼此叠置。
第二支承辊22因此能够拖曳彼此叠置的带A、B。此外,在带式输送机34的近端被布置成彼此面对的第二支承辊22随后能将彼此叠置的带A、B传递到带式输送机34上。
也可在图6的实施方式中获得图5所示的工艺,由于可能存在各自关联的真空箱33,可以提供在由纤维素纤维CF制成的材料A上进行可能的施加。
除获得更高质量制品的技术优点之外,各种较窄元件之间的定位公差(即定位参数P1、D的最小误差——见图1)允许获得由组装元件A、B和S的工艺更紧凑并因此更廉价的事实产生的另一优点。
在此描述的方案(如果与图2至图4表示的传统方案相比)特别允许免去了三个带式输送机、材料B与材料A联接的系统以及各自的电机驱动装置。此外,更紧凑的工艺路线显著降低了框架以及连接到框架的附件(例如保护性外壳(前、后)电通道等)的成本。
可以在一实施方式中获得应用的具体情况,在该实施方式中,第一切割单元10、12不是(至少暗示假设是这样)切割滑动单元而是切割放置单元,即切割,但是不分离从切割操作得到的材料的带的单元。
这种情况也发生在材料(通常为材料A)为特别脆的核并在该材料上执行成形切割时。
在这种情况下,当刀10切割材料A时,在这个操作中涉及的所有元件,即刀10、支承辊12和幅材A以相同的速度移动。
如前所述,切割可以按直线进行或按一定形状进行。在后一种情况下,可能浪费的材料通过图中未示出的公知技术和装置移除。
切割以后,在材料B仍然位于支承辊22上并且材料B的各个带尚未被对应的刀20切割时,材料A的带或料头被转移到材料B上。
完成转移之后,刀20切割材料B,并且两个联接的材料A、B的带制成的元件被支承辊22分离并被施加到幅材S上。
在不背离如所附权利要求限定的本发明的范围的情况下,相对于已经在此仅作为非限制性示例描述的内容,可进行改变、甚至是显著改变细节和实施方式,这并不会对本发明的原理产生损害。

Claims (12)

1.一种在移动的材料(S)的幅材上以隔开的位置(P1,D)施加叠置的第一材料(A)的带和第二材料(B)的带的装置,所述装置包括:
第一切割单元(10,12),包括被供给所述第一材料(A)的第一刀(10)和与所述第一刀(10)相配合以切割所述第一材料的带的第一支承辊(12);
第二切割单元(20,22),包括被供给所述第二材料(B)的第二刀(20)和与所述第二刀(20)相配合以切割所述第二材料的带的第二支承辊(22),所述第二材料的带与所述第一材料(A)的带叠置,以在隔开的位置(P1,D)被施加在所述移动的材料(S)的幅材上,
其特征在于,所述第一支承辊(12)和所述第二支承辊(22)排布为彼此面对、且能协调动作地移动,并且所述第一支承辊和所述第二支承辊配置为通过将所述第一材料(A)的带叠置到所述第二材料(B)的带上而将所述第一材料(A)的带传递到所述第二支承辊(22)上,所述第二材料的带具有通过所述第二支承辊(22)进行滑动的能力。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述切割单元(10,12;20,22)配置为允许所述带滑动。
3.如权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述切割单元中的至少一个(10,12)不允许所述带滑动。
4.如权利要求3所述的装置,其中所述切割单元中的所述至少一个(10,12)包括带有图案的刀(10)。
5.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的装置,还包括用于所述移动的材料(S)的幅材的输送机(34),所述输送机(34)配置为从所述第二支承辊(22)接收彼此叠置的所述第一材料(A)的带与所述第二材料(B)的带。
6.如权利要求5所述的装置,其中所述输送机(34)包括电机驱动带和电机驱动辊子中的至少一个。
7.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其中所述第二支承辊(22)设有捕获装置(30),以保持所述第一材料(A)的带叠置到所述第二材料(B)的带,所述第二材料的带具有通过所述第二支承辊(22)进行滑动的能力。
8.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其中所述第一支承辊(12)和第二支承辊(22)是并排布置的反向旋转的辊子。
9.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其中所述第一支承辊(12)和第二支承辊(22)设有真空保持装置(30),以保持所述带具有在第一支撑辊和第二支撑辊上滑动的能力。
10.如权利要求5或6所述的装置,其中所述输送机(34)设有真空保持装置(30),以保持其上施加有彼此叠置的所述第一材料(A)的带和所述第二材料(B)的带的所述移动的材料(S)的幅材。
11.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其中所述第一刀(10)和第二刀(20)是旋转刀。
12.一种在移动的材料(S)的幅材上以隔开的位置(P1,D)施加叠置的第一材料(A)的带和第二材料(B)的带的方法,所述方法包括:
切割(10,12)所述第一材料(A),以形成所述第一材料(A)的带;
切割(20,22)所述第二材料(B),以形成所述第二材料(B)的带;
将所述第一材料(A)的带叠置到所述第二材料(B)的带上;以及
一旦所述第一材料(A)的带和所述第二材料(B)的带彼此叠置,则将所述第一材料的带和所述第二材料的带转移到所述移动的材料(S)的幅材上。
