本发明涉及一种简单高效的超高压毛细管汞灯注汞方法及系统,本发明所公开的超高压毛细管汞灯注汞方法是一种先将液态汞通过注汞器直接注入灯管内部后再进行排气的方法,与现有先排气后注汞的方法相比,去除了汞泡这个间接盛汞的器皿,所有与汞泡相关的环节都去掉了,封离灯管的操作也得到了简化。本发明的注汞方法所采用的注汞系统包括:依次连接的用于直接对超高压毛细管汞灯进行注汞的注汞器和对注入汞的超高压毛细管汞灯进行排气的排气车。实施本发明的简单高效的超高压毛细管汞灯注汞方法和系统解决了外接汞泡注汞工序繁琐、费时费力、工作效率低等问题。

简单高效的超高压毛细管汞灯注汞方法及系统
技术领域
本发明涉及灯管注汞技术,更具体地说,涉及一种简单高效的超高压毛细管汞灯注汞方法及系统。
背景技术
超高压毛细管汞灯属于气体放电灯管的一种,由于该种灯管在工作时需要填充必要的液态汞作为放电物质,这种液态汞填充到放电管内部的方式称之为注汞。
现有常用的注汞均采用外接汞泡注汞方式,包括如下步骤:
1、将汞注入到小型石英容器(汞泡)内;
2、将汞泡与灯管都接于排气车的抽气接口上;
3、完成排充气后,从抽气接口处将汞泡和灯管一同封离,
4、封离后再由人工将汞泡的汞导入灯管内部。
该方法在实际操作中,每支灯管对应一个注好汞的汞泡,因为每支灯管的汞量均不同,每支灯管都需要与其注汞好的汞泡一一对应,这样操作时需要对每支灯管与汞泡独立标号进行区分,否则容易混淆;在灯管接至排气车时需要先接汞泡,导致工序繁琐;有汞泡在排气管上在导入汞的过程中很容易弄断排气管;灯管在排气完成后还需要再次将汞泡内的汞倒入灯管内,且费时费力,工作效率低;由于采用了汞泡这一间接容器会产生注汞误差。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种简单高效的超高压毛细管汞灯注汞方法及系统。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种简单高效的超高压毛细管汞灯注汞方法,包括如下步骤:
A:将注汞器中的汞注入到灯管内;
B:将灯管接于排气车上,进行排气;
C:将灯管封离,完成注汞。
在本发明所述的简单高效的超高压毛细管汞灯注汞方法中,所述步骤A进一步包括:
A1:将注汞器的注汞针口插入到灯管排气管内;
A2:控制注汞器启动注汞,由注汞器的注汞针口注入定量的汞到灯管排气管内;
A3:待按工艺要求所需的汞量全部注入灯管排气管内后,将排气管内的汞导入灯管无排气管的另一端。
在本发明所述的简单高效的超高压毛细管汞灯注汞方法中,所述步骤B进一步包括:
B1:将注好汞的灯管的排气管焊接于排气车的一个抽气接口上;
B2:控制排气车进行排气。
在本发明所述的简单高效的超高压毛细管汞灯注汞方法中,所述步骤C进一步包括:
C1:从排气车的抽气接口处将灯管封离;
C2:封排气管。
构造一种简单高效的超高压毛细管汞灯注汞系统,包括依次连接的用于直接对超高压毛细管汞灯进行注汞的注汞器和对注入汞的超高压毛细管汞灯进行排气的排气车。
在本发明所述的简单高效的超高压毛细管汞灯注汞系统中,所述注汞器包括用于盛装液态汞的注汞筒、可在注汞筒中做活塞运动的柱塞杆、与注汞筒相连接的用于向灯管注入液态汞的注汞针口。
在本发明所述的简单高效的超高压毛细管汞灯注汞系统中,所述排气车包括抽气泵和设置在抽气泵上的、进行排气时与灯管相连接的抽气接口。
实施本发明的简单高效的超高压毛细管汞灯注汞方法及系统,具有以下有益效果:本发明所公开的超高压毛细管汞灯注汞方法是一种先将汞通过注汞器直接注入灯管内部后再进行排气的方法,与现有先排气后注汞的方法相比,去除了汞泡这个间接盛汞的器皿,所有与汞泡相关的环节都去掉了,封离灯管的操作也得到了简化。本发明的注汞方法所采用的注汞系统包括:用于直接对超高压毛细管汞灯进行注汞的注汞器和对注入汞的超高压毛细管汞灯进行排气的排气车。实施本发明的注汞方法及系统解决了外接汞泡注汞工序繁琐、费时费力、工作效率低等问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合图示,对本发明的优选实施例作详细介绍。
如图1为本发明提供的简单高效的超高压毛细管汞灯注汞方法的流程图。该注汞方法包括以下步骤:
步骤A:将注汞器中的汞注入到灯管内;
该步骤在具体实现上,预先在注汞器中装入定量的汞,将注汞器中的汞注入到灯管的排气管中,最后将排气管内的汞导入灯管无排气管的另一端。
步骤B:将灯管接于排气车上,进行排气;
该步骤在具体实现上,首先将注入汞的灯管焊接于排气车的一个抽气接口上,启动排气机进行排气。
步骤C:将灯管封离,完成注汞排气。
如图2所示,为本发明的简单高效的超高压毛细管汞灯注汞方法一实施例的流程图,包括以下步骤:
S1:将注汞器的注汞针口插入到灯管排气管内;
S2:控制注汞器启动注汞,由注汞器的注汞针口注入定量的汞到灯管排气管内;
S3:待按工艺要求所需的汞量全部注入灯管排气管内后,将排气管内的汞导入灯管无排气管的另一端。
S4:将注好汞的灯管的排气管焊接于排气车的一个抽气接口上;
S5:控制排气车进行排气。
S6:从排气车的抽气接口处将灯管封离;
S7:封排气管。
为了使本技术领域的人员更好的理解本发明的方案,结合图3、图4、对注汞过程进行说明。注汞系统包括:用于直接对超高压毛细管汞灯进行注汞的注汞器和对注入汞的超高压毛细管汞灯进行排气的排气车。
图3是本发明注汞系统具体实施方式的注汞器的注汞示意图。注汞器包括:用于盛装液态汞7的注汞筒1、可在注汞筒1中做活塞运动的柱塞杆2、与注汞筒1相连接的用于向灯管4注入液态汞7的注汞针口3。在具体操作中,预先将定量的液态汞7装入注汞器中,将注汞器的注汞针口3插入灯管4的排气管41内,启动注汞器将液态汞7注入到排气管41内,再将液态汞7导入到灯管4没有排气管的一端。
图4是本发明注汞系统具体实施方式的排气车的排气示意图。排气车包括:抽气泵6和设置在抽气泵6上的、进行排气时与灯管4相连接的抽气接口5。在具体操作中,将液态汞7注入到灯管4中以后,将灯管4的排气管41焊接到排气车的一个抽气接口5上,控制排气车进行排气。
图5是经注汞排气后的灯管的示意图。在具体操作中,待灯管4完成排气工序后,从排气车的抽气口5处将灯管4封离,然后再将排气管41封住,完成注汞排气过程。

1.一种简单高效的超高压毛细管汞灯注汞方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
A:将注汞器中的汞注入到灯管内;
B:将灯管接于排气车上,进行排气;
C:将灯管封离,完成注汞排气。
2.根据权利要求1所述的简单高效的超高压毛细管汞灯注汞方法,其特征在于,所述步骤A进一步包括:
A1:将注汞器的注汞针口插入到灯管排气管内;
A2:控制注汞器启动注汞,由注汞器的注汞针口注入定量的汞到灯管排气管内;
A3:待按工艺要求所需的汞量全部注入灯管排气管内后,将排气管内的汞导入灯管无排气管的另一端。
3.根据权利要求1所述的简单高效的超高压毛细管汞灯注汞方法,其特征在于,所述步骤B进一步包括:
B1:将注好汞的灯管的排气管焊接于排气车的一个抽气接口上;
B2:控制排气车进行排气。

5.一种简单高效的超高压毛细管汞灯注汞系统,其特征在于,包括依次连接的用于直接对超高压毛细管汞灯进行注汞的注汞器和对注入汞的超高压毛细管汞灯进行排气的排气车。
