Abstract

车用调风式外转子风能发电机主要由定子、转子、风轮、支架、风壳、拨风板和调风窗构成,转子将定子包在中间,转子外壳上设有多叶风轮,定子两端设有支架与风壳相连。风壳将电机罩在其中,前端设有进风口,后端设有出风口。进风口内设有拨风板,使迎面进风斜吹在多叶风轮上,保持其定向旋转。进风口上设有调风窗,根据车速风速自动调节进风量,保持电机风轮转数稳定和安全运行。本电机可安装在现有车辆上,利用车速风速发电储在电瓶组内,再用电瓶的电驱动车行驶、空调或照明,不但减少环境污染且能源低价可得。

车用调风式外转子风能发电机
一、技术领域:本发明是一种车用调风式外转子风能发电机。
二、背景技术:目前的机动车,燃油或燃气势必造成环境污染;电动车用电瓶涉及能源二次转化造价高且有损耗;太阳能车虽有报道,也因造价和阳光强弱所限而未推广应用。
三、发明内容:为解决现有车辆能源上述污染环境、损耗浪费、造价高等技术问题,本发明提供一种车用调风式外转子风能发电机。该发电机主要由定子、转子、风轮、支架、风壳、拨风板和调风窗构成,转子将定子包在中间,转子外壳上设有多叶风轮,定子两端设有支架与风壳相连。风壳将电机罩在其中,前端设有进风口,后端设有出风口。进风口内设有拨风板,使迎面进风斜吹在多叶风轮上,保持其定向旋转。进风口上设有调风窗,调风窗可是百叶窗或拉门式,根据车速和风速自动调节进风量,保持电机风轮转数稳定和安全运行。由于采取上述技术解决方案,本发明可安装在现有车辆上,利用车速风速发电储在电瓶组内,再用电瓶的电驱动车行驶、空调或照明,不但减少环境污染且能源低价可得。

五、具体实施方式:下面结合附图,阐述本发明的一个优选实施例。参见图1、图2可知,本发明主要由定子1、转子2、风轮3、支架4、风壳5、拨风板6和调风窗7构成。转子2将定子1包在中间,转子2外壳上设有多叶风轮3,定子1两端设有支架4与风壳5相连。风壳5将电机罩在其中,前端设有进风口,后端设有出风口。进风口内设有拨风板6,进风口上设有百页窗式调风窗7。

1.车用调风式外转子风能发电机主要由定子(1)、转子(2)、风轮(3)、支架(4)、风壳(5)、拨风板(6)和调风窗(7)构成,其特征是转子(2)将定子(1)包在中间,转子(2)外壳上设有多叶风轮(3),定子(1)两端设有支架(4)与风壳(5)相连;风壳(5)将电机罩在其中,前端设有进风口,后端设有出风口;进风口内设有拨风板(6),进风口上设有调风窗(7)。
