Abstract

粘稠油脂二级润滑泵装置,包括润滑泵壳体、动力总成、高压柱塞泵和油箱,动力总成和由其驱动的高压柱塞泵安装在润滑泵壳体上,油箱与润滑泵壳体固定连接;润滑泵壳体上还安装有由动力总成驱动的低压柱塞泵,低压柱塞泵的吸油口A连通油箱,其排油口C与高压柱塞泵吸油口B间通过管道密封连接,管道上还接有蓄能器和溢流阀,蓄能器的进油口和出油口分别接通低压柱塞泵的排油口C和高压柱塞泵的吸油口B。采用上述结构可增加一级进油孔截面较大的低压柱塞泵,把足量油脂压入高压柱塞泵进油口,变高压柱塞泵进油口吸油为主的方式为压油为主的方式,使高压柱塞泵进油口进油充分,提高了泵送油脂能力,即使在低温和低气压下,也可泵送高粘稠度油脂。

粘稠油脂二级润滑泵装置
技术领域
本发明属于润滑技术领域,涉及一种润滑泵装置,尤其涉及一种粘稠油脂二级润滑泵装置。
背景技术
目前,油脂集中润滑技术在我国的应用已经相当广泛,它可以在机械设备运行状态对各润滑点实施定时、定量自动注油。这类装置克服了手工注油的缺点。例如,市场上已有销售的LINCOLN系列柱塞泵、VOGEL系列柱塞泵、BIJUR系列柱塞泵等,基本满足了各类机械使用较低粘稠度油脂在常温下运行时的加注需求,但对于要求高粘稠度油脂以及在冬季低温环境或低气压环境下正常运行的机械设备来说,例如北方冬季气候环境下,目前的柱塞泵都难以有效泵送普通的NLGI2#油脂,原因在于这些靠吸油口吸力吸入油脂的柱塞泵吸油口开口较小,吸油口吸油形成的真空吸力也较小,吸油口无法有效吸入足量高粘稠度的油脂甚至抽空。因此,目前对于要求高粘稠度油脂以及在冬季低温环境或低气压环境下正常运行的多数机械设备来说,要么靠手动黄油枪润滑,要么降低对摩擦副润滑要求使用低粘稠度的油脂,这将降低机器设备的使用性能和寿命,影响营运。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种粘稠油脂二级润滑泵装置,提高润滑泵吸油性能,以便泵送高粘稠度等级的润滑脂,满足各类摩擦副润滑需求,并适应严酷低温和低气压环境,以提高润滑效果。
本发明采用下述技术方案达到上述目的:一种粘稠油脂二级润滑泵装置,包括润滑泵壳体、动力总成、高压柱塞泵和油箱,动力总成和由其驱动的高压柱塞泵安装在润滑泵壳体上,油箱与润滑泵壳体固定连接;润滑泵壳体上还安装有由动力总成驱动的低压柱塞泵,低压柱塞泵的吸油口A连通油箱,其排油口C与高压柱塞泵吸油口B间通过管道密封连接,管道上还接有蓄能器和溢流阀,蓄能器的进油口接通低压柱塞泵的排油口C,出油口接通高压柱塞泵的吸油口B。
在所述的蓄能器中,活塞与油缸体内壁滑动密封配合,活塞在一端与油缸体内腔形成一个导通蓄能器进油口和出油口的储油腔F,在活塞另一端,压缩弹簧两端分别压紧活塞和弹簧座,在储油腔F内油缸体的侧壁上,沿储油腔F轴心线方向远离储油腔F进出油口D的位置,开有通向油箱的溢流孔G。
在所述的蓄能器中,活塞上装配有弹性密封环,所构成组件与油缸体内壁滑动密封配合,活塞在一端与油缸体内腔形成一个导通蓄能器进油口和出油口的储油腔F,在活塞另一端,压缩弹簧两端分别压紧活塞和弹簧座,在储油腔F内油缸体的侧壁上,沿储油腔F轴心线方向远离储油腔F进出油口D的位置,开有通向油箱的溢流孔G。
在所述的蓄能器中,圆柱芯杆带有通孔,固定在活塞缸体内并与活塞缸体同一轴心线,环形活塞分别与活塞缸体内壁和圆柱芯杆外圆柱面滑动密封配合,环形活塞在一端与活塞缸体内腔形成一个导通蓄能器进油口和出油口的储油腔K,在环形活塞另一端,压缩弹簧两端分别压紧环形活塞和阀座,圆柱芯杆(13)的通孔一端导通蓄能器进油口,另一端导通蓄能器出油口,圆柱芯杆(13)的通孔在形成的储油腔K的一端开有导通储油腔K的进出油口E,在储油腔K内活塞缸体的侧壁上,沿储油腔K轴心线方向远离储油腔K进出油口E的位置,开有通向油箱的溢流孔Q。
在所述的蓄能器中,圆柱芯杆带有通孔,固定在活塞缸体内并与活塞缸体同一轴心线,环形活塞上装配有弹性密封环,所构成组件分别与活塞缸体内壁和圆柱芯杆外圆柱面滑动密封配合,环形活塞在一端与活塞缸体内腔形成一个导通蓄能器进油口和出油口的储油腔K,在环形活塞另一端,压缩弹簧两端分别压紧环形活塞和阀座,圆柱芯杆(13)的通孔一端导通蓄能器进油口,另一端导通蓄能器出油口,圆柱芯杆(13)的通孔在形成的储油腔K的一端开有导通储油腔K的进出油口E,在储油腔K内活塞缸体的侧壁上,沿储油腔K轴心线方向远离储油腔K进出油口E的位置,开有通向油箱的溢流孔Q。
本发明采用的上述结构可达到如下的有益效果,增加一级进油孔截面较大、真空吸力较大且排油量足够大的低压柱塞泵,把足量油脂压入高压柱塞泵进油口,变高压柱塞泵进油口吸油为主的方式为压油为主的方式,确保高压柱塞泵进油口进油充分,具有比现有产品更高的泵送油脂能力,即使在一定的低温和低气压下,也可以泵送高粘稠度油脂,同时扩大了适用范围。

具体实施方式
下面通过附图对本发明做进一步描述。图1和图2所示的粘稠油脂二级润滑泵装置结构示意图中,用于提供动力和驱动润滑泵运行的动力总成2和由其驱动的高压柱塞泵9安装在润滑泵壳体1上,油箱10与润滑泵壳体1固定连接,润滑泵壳体1上还安装有由动力总成2驱动的低压柱塞泵3,低压柱塞泵3的吸油口A连通油箱10,其排油口C与高压柱塞泵吸油口B间通过管道4密封连接,管道4上还接有蓄能器,蓄能器的进油口接通低压柱塞泵的排油口C,出油口接通高压柱塞泵的吸油口B,高压柱塞泵9的柱塞直径小,循环排油量小,出油压力高,但其吸油口B较小,不利于吸油,而低压柱塞泵3的柱塞直径大,循环排油量较大,其吸油口A也较大,利于吸油。蓄能器包括油缸体5、活塞6、压缩弹簧7和弹簧座8等,蓄能器通过弹簧座8固定在润滑泵壳体1内,活塞6与油缸体5内壁滑动密封配合,活塞6在一端与油缸体5内腔形成一个导通蓄能器进油口和出油口的储油腔F,在活塞6另一端,压缩弹簧7两端分别压紧活塞6和弹簧座8。本实施例的蓄能器还具有溢流阀功能,在储油腔F内油缸体5的侧壁上,沿储油腔F轴心线方向远离储油腔F进出油口D的位置,开有通向油箱10的溢流孔G。压缩弹簧7所在弹簧腔设置有通油箱的卸油口H,本实施例中,活塞6上也可以装配有弹性密封环,所构成组件与油缸体5内壁滑动密封配合,压缩弹簧7所在容腔可以是密封的,也可以是导通油箱10的,也可以是单独通大气的。
动力总成的动力可以是电机,动力总成的驱动部件可以是作径向驱动的凸轮结构或偏心轮结构,或是作轴向驱动的斜盘结构。
其工作原理如下:润滑泵装置运行时,动力总成2分别驱动低压柱塞泵3和高压柱塞泵9的柱塞作往复运动,低压柱塞泵3的柱塞直径大,在弹簧力作用下柱塞回程时真空吸力大,且吸油口A的截面也比高压柱塞泵9的吸油口B的截面大得多,因此吸油顺畅,确保了低压柱塞泵3吸入足量油脂,低压柱塞泵3压出的油脂通过管道4供给高压柱塞泵9的吸油口B。由于低压柱塞泵3的压油行程与高压柱塞泵9的吸油口B的打开时刻会有不一致,在管道4上设置了一个包括油缸体5、活塞6、压缩弹簧7和弹簧座8的蓄能器,来暂时以压力能的形式储存吸油口B来不及接受的油脂,蓄能器的储油腔F储存油脂时,压缩弹簧7被压缩,当高压柱塞泵9的吸油口B的打开时刻与低压柱塞泵3的压油行程不一致时,可以依靠压缩弹簧7的压力及时向吸油口B补充油脂,这样可以确保吸油口B进油充分。蓄能器储油腔F内多余的油脂从溢流口G溢入油箱10,油脂渗漏入弹簧腔时可从卸油口H流回油箱10。
图3所示的粘稠油脂二级润滑泵装置实施例2的结构示意图中,示出了另一种结构的蓄能器,蓄能器包括活塞缸体11、环形活塞12、压缩弹簧7、圆柱芯杆13、阀座14,蓄能器固定在润滑泵壳体1内,圆柱芯杆13带有通孔,固定在活塞缸体11内并与活塞缸体11同一轴心线,环形活塞12分别与活塞缸体11内壁和圆柱芯杆13外圆柱面滑动密封配合,环形活塞12在一端与活塞缸体11内腔形成一个导通蓄能器进油口和出油口的储油腔K,在环形活塞12另一端,压缩弹簧7两端分别压紧环形活塞12和阀座14,圆柱芯杆13的通孔一端导通蓄能器进油口,另一端导通蓄能器出油口,圆柱芯杆13的通孔在形成的储油腔K的一端开有导通储油腔K的进出油口E。本实施例的蓄能器还具有溢流阀功能,在储油腔K内活塞缸体11的侧壁上,沿储油腔K轴心线方向远离储油腔K进出油口E的位置,开有通向油箱10的溢流孔Q,蓄能器的进油口接通低压柱塞泵的排油口C,出油口接通高压柱塞泵的吸油口B。压缩弹簧7所在弹簧腔设置有导通油箱的卸油口P,本实施例中,环形活塞12上也可以装配有弹性密封环,所构成组件分别与活塞缸体11内壁和圆柱芯杆13外圆柱面滑动密封配合,压缩弹簧7所在容腔可以是密封的,也可以导通油箱10,也可以单独通大气。蓄能器的进油口和出油口可以互换,不影响使用效果。

Claims (5)

1. 一种粘稠油脂二级润滑泵装置,包括润滑泵壳体(1)、动力总成(2)、高压柱塞泵(9)和油箱(10),动力总成(2)和由其驱动的高压柱塞泵(9)安装在润滑泵壳体(1)上,油箱(10)与润滑泵壳体(1)固定连接;其特征在于:润滑泵壳体(1)上还安装有由动力总成(2)驱动的低压柱塞泵(3),低压柱塞泵(3)的吸油口A连通油箱(10),其排油口C与高压柱塞泵吸油口B间通过管道(4)密封连接,管道(4)上还接有蓄能器和溢流阀,蓄能器的进油口接通低压柱塞泵(3)的排油口C,出油口接通高压柱塞泵(9)的吸油口B。
2.根据权利要求1所述的粘稠油脂二级润滑泵装置,其特征在于:在所述的蓄能器中,活塞(6)与油缸体(5)内壁滑动密封配合,活塞(6)在一端与油缸体(5)内腔形成一个导通蓄能器进油口和出油口的储油腔F,在活塞(6)另一端,压缩弹簧(7)两端分别压紧活塞(6)和弹簧座(8),在储油腔F内油缸体(5)的侧壁上,沿储油腔F轴心线方向远离储油腔F进出油口D的位置,开有通向油箱(10)的溢流孔G。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的粘稠油脂二级润滑泵装置,其特征在于:在所述的蓄能器中,活塞(6)上装配有弹性密封环,所构成组件与油缸体(5)内壁滑动密封配合,活塞(6)在一端与油缸体(5)内腔形成一个导通蓄能器进油口和出油口的储油腔F,在活塞(6)另一端,压缩弹簧(7)两端分别压紧活塞(6)和弹簧座(8),在储油腔F内油缸体(5)的侧壁上,沿储油腔F轴心线方向远离储油腔F进出油口D的位置,开有通向油箱(10)的溢流孔G。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的粘稠油脂二级润滑泵装置,其特征在于:在所述的蓄能器中,圆柱芯杆(13)带有通孔,固定在活塞缸体(11)内并与活塞缸体(11)同一轴心线,环形活塞(12)分别与活塞缸体(11)内壁和圆柱芯杆(13)外圆柱面滑动密封配合,环形活塞(12)在一端与活塞缸体(11)内腔形成一个导通蓄能器进油口和出油口的储油腔K,在环形活塞(12)另一端,压缩弹簧(7)两端分别压紧环形活塞(12)和阀座(14),圆柱芯杆(13)的通孔一端导通蓄能器进油口,另一端导通蓄能器出油口,圆柱芯杆(13)的通孔在形成的储油腔K的一端开有导通储油腔K的进出油口E,在储油腔K内活塞缸体(11)的侧壁上,沿储油腔K轴心线方向远离储油腔K进出油口E的位置,开有通向油箱(10)的溢流孔Q。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的粘稠油脂二级润滑泵装置,其特征在于:在所述的蓄能器中,圆柱芯杆(13)带有通孔,固定在活塞缸体(11)内并与活塞缸体(11)同一轴心线,环形活塞(12)上装配有弹性密封环,所构成组件分别与活塞缸体(11)内壁和圆柱芯杆(13)外圆柱面滑动密封配合,环形活塞(12)在一端与活塞缸体(11)内腔形成一个导通蓄能器进油口和出油口的储油腔K,在环形活塞(12)另一端,压缩弹簧(7)两端分别压紧环形活塞(12)和阀座(14),圆柱芯杆(13)的通孔一端导通蓄能器进油口,另一端导通蓄能器出油口,圆柱芯杆(13)的通孔在形成的储油腔K的一端开有导通储油腔K的进出油口E,在储油腔K内活塞缸体(11)的侧壁上,沿储油腔K轴心线方向远离储油腔K进出油口E的位置,开有通向油箱(10)的溢流孔Q。
