背景技术
在现有带骨架油封的轴封结构中，骨架油封装入压盖，利用橡胶的弹力将其紧压在轴上，以防止因压力差而使液体顺着旋转轴轴漏出泵体。由于骨架油封为橡胶件，内孔尺寸很容易超差，而它的安装要求又较严格。在实际运行中，常常会发生将旋转轴压得太紧，而使骨架油封发热损坏的现象。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术中由于骨架油封与旋转轴摩擦大而产生发热损坏，造成液体泄漏的问题。本实用新型设计一种带润滑方式的骨架油封轴封结构，包括压盖、轴、骨架油封、油环、压注式油杯、轴用挡圈，其特征在于：在压盖的轴孔中放入两个骨架油封，在两个骨架油封之间放置有一个油环，在轴孔外侧面的骨架油封外侧有轴用挡圈定位，油环连接压入式油杯，油环上的沟槽连接泵轴。本实用新型的优点是骨架油封与轴之间存在润滑油，在运行中两者之间的摩擦大大减小，避免了骨架油封与旋转轴摩擦发热的问题，延长了骨架油封的使用寿命。这种带润滑的骨架油封的轴封结构不仅构造简单，而且成本低，易于加工制造。
