拉线式倾斜转向多轮车
技术领域:三轮车、四轮车
背景技术:凡圆周运动皆会产生离心力。故转弯处的火车铁轨须外高内低。四轮汽车底面宽大转向减速问题尚不严重。缺少侧面支撑的三轮车特别是前三轮车就很容易在转弯时翻倾。既使是二轮在前的后三轮车型,转向时也易内侧车轮悬空安全无法保证,因此须加彻底改正。
发明内容:将两侧车轮轮架以竖向套管或摆动轴结构与车厢车架活动联接,以滑轮拉线引向前轮前叉上固定的卷线轮上作中点固定,于是转向前轮的转角变化通过卷线轮两侧拉线以相同幅度带动车厢升降。同时两侧轮架被车架上另一组向下滑轮连线拉住而不会过度下落脱离车体。
附图说明:图1是种拉线式后三轮结构原理示意图。图上双点划线后部车体及侧轮活动支架整体被扭转90°画出以便表达清楚。其车架的后部以前后纵向的水平卡销连接在侧轮横轴的中点上,使车架及座椅可两边侧倾。前叉上主动轮以其两侧缠线经后方车架上的共同滑轮和轮架上的分动滑轮分别连接对侧车轮轴外端,转向改变两侧拉线之缠线量,于是左转时右轮上方车架升高而左侧车架下降,使车厢底面向左下倾内倾,右转时则相反,于是可抵消离心外抛力,使转向安全快捷。两侧拉线始终承受原有拉力互相抵消,外加的转向之力只用于克服摩擦力,故仍能轻松转向,略为加长车把便可更具保障。前三轮方式则须将车架分割为前后两部分,前部椅背9-1中下部中心以立管同心滑套轴管及卷线轮并向后连接后车架。可将椅背两侧之横管或竖管为车把手,后者还可兼插遮阳蓬。图2是前三轮转向套管式滑动升降结构,其优点是可完全不占用中间空间,且滑套于矩形框管的内侧轮架平行杆而可加大轮径而增大通过能力。其向后车架为纵向竖置双管结构并仍被断开横转90°画出。图上1车轮,2轮架,3卷线轮,4拉线,5滑轮,6轮轴,7车架,8滑轮架,9椅座板,10卡销,11轴套管,12椅背立管。
具体实施方式:其滑轮可加滚柱而减少阻力,其他要求不变。

Claims (2)

1.一种拉线式倾斜转向多轮车,仍由三只以上车轮与驱动转向机构所组成,其特征在于其两侧车轮以横轴中心与车架构成摆动支架结构而被滑轮拉线联动,该拉线经中间滑轮系固于转向轴之卷线轮上形成同步运动,同时两侧车轮轮架经另一组上方定滑轮拉线相连而防止向下脱落。
2.如权利要求1所述之拉线式倾斜转向多轮车,其特征在于也可以将两侧车轮轮架内侧的原斜向支撑杆做成竖向平行杆与车架延伸出的竖向平行套管构成竖向平行套管滑动升降结构。
