一种专用于贝壳彩绘的万能彩绘机的平移台结构。由上平台和彩绘机导轨部分组成,其特征在于,彩绘机导轨由左导轨和右导轨通过导轨固定件固定连接,伺服带电机驱动型右导轨滚轮通过伺服带电机驱动型左导轨滚轮隔离固定在左导轨和右导轨内,电源导线与伺服带电机驱动型右导轨滚轮连接,上平台由上平台和齿条构成,齿条连接有前后排列的前挡片和后挡片,左导轨和右导轨上对应连接有前后排列的后限位器和前限位器,在导轨部分上设置有伺服带电机驱动型右导轨滚轮装置,该装置通电后使左导轨和右导轨产生正负感应检测信号,该正负感应检测信号与齿条上齿距对应,推动伺服平移台运行。本发明解决目前万能彩绘机的平移台结构存在的缺陷。

所属技术领域:
本发明属于彩绘机领域,具体说是一种专用于贝壳彩绘的万能彩绘机的平移台结构。 
背景技术:
目前市场上万能彩绘机因能在各种物体上加工彩绘产品,深受消费者的喜爱,但利用伺服带电机驱动型导轨滚轮作为万能彩绘机的平移台结构,市场上还没有,所以本发明是专对此进行的开发。 
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于:解决目前万能彩绘机的平移台结构存在的缺陷,使万能彩绘机的平移台使用更加准确、稳定、安全可靠。 
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:本发明由上平台和彩绘机导轨部分组成,其特征在于:彩绘机导轨由左导轨和右导轨通过导轨固定件固定连接,伺服带电机驱动型右导轨滚轮通过伺服带电机驱动型左导轨滚轮隔离固定在左导轨和右导轨内,电源导线和进纸感应器与伺服带电机驱动型右导轨滚轮连接,所述上平台是由上平台和齿条构成,齿条连接有前挡片和后挡片,前挡片和后挡片前后排列,所述左导轨和右导轨上对应连接有后限位器和前限位器,后限位器和前限位器前后排列,通俗地说也就是在齿条左侧有挡片,挡片的正负极前后排列,在导轨部分上设置有伺服带电机驱动型右导轨滚轮装置,伺服带电机驱动型右导轨滚轮装置通电后使左导轨和右导轨产生正负感应检测信号,该正负感应检测信号与齿条上齿距对应,从而推动平移台运行,达到本发明的目的。 
本发明的有益效果是:解决目前万能彩绘机的平移台结构存在的缺陷,使万能彩绘机平移台运行更加准确、稳定、安全可靠。

下面结合附图1对本发明作进一步说明: 
本发明由上平台1和彩绘机导轨部分组成,其特征在于:彩绘机导轨由左导轨2和右导轨13通过导轨固定件6固定连接,伺服带电机驱动型右导轨滚轮5通过伺服带电机驱动型左导轨滚轮4隔离固定在左导轨2和右导轨13内,电源导线8和进纸感应器7与伺服带电机驱动型右导轨滚轮5连接,所述上平台1是由上平台1和齿条9构成,齿条9下连接有前挡片11和后挡片12,前挡片11和后挡片12前后排列,所述左导轨2和右导轨13上对应连接有后限位器3和前限位器10,后限位器3和前限位器10前后排列,通俗地说也就是在齿条左侧有挡片,挡片前后排列,在导轨部分上设置有伺服带电机驱动型左导轨滚轮装置,伺服带电机驱动型右导轨滚轮装置通电后使左导轨和右导轨产生正负感应检测信号,该正负感应检测信号与齿条上齿距对应,从而推动伺服平移台运行,从而达到本发明的目的。 
本发明解决目前万能彩绘机的平移台结构存在的缺陷,使万能彩绘机平移台使用更加准确、稳定、安全可靠,满足客户的需要。 

Claims (2)

1.一种专用于贝壳彩绘的彩绘机平移台结构,由上平台(1)和彩绘机导轨部分组成,其特征在于,上平台(1)齿条(9)连接,齿条(9)下连接有前挡片(11)和后挡片(12),前挡片(11)和后挡片(12)前后排列,专用于贝壳彩绘的彩绘机导轨由左导轨(2)和右导轨(13)通过导轨固定件(6)固定连接,伺服带电机驱动型右导轨滚轮(5)和伺服带电机驱动型左导轨滚轮(4)分别设置在右导轨(13)和左导轨(2)内,电源导线(8)和进纸感应器(7)与伺服带电机驱动型右导轨滚轮(5)连接,导轨部分上设置的伺服带电机驱动型左导轨滚轮装置和伺服带电机驱动型右导轨滚轮装置,在通电后可使左导轨和右导轨产生正负感应检测信号,该正负感应检测信号与齿条上齿距对应,从而推动平移台运行。 
2.根据权利要求1所述一种专用于贝壳彩绘的彩绘机平移台结构,其特征在于:所述左导轨(2)和右导轨(13)上对应连接有后限位器(3)和前限位器(10),后限位器(3)和前限位器(10)前后排列。
