Description

用于共轨重油喷射系统的燃油供给设备
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于内燃发动机的共轨重油喷射系统的燃油供给设备,具有一个油箱,一个用于将重油从油箱输送至一个高压泵的预输送泵,其中高压泵通过至少一个高压管路与一个高压存储器(存储器管)连接,后者给至少一个喷射器供液,而且此外具有一个冲洗阀,这个阀通过一个自身的高压管路连接于高压存储器,以便触发至少一部分量的重油经过一个回流管路流入油箱。
背景技术
   由于费用方面的原因,在很大的柴油发动机中,尤其是在船舶柴油发动机中,例如使用质量低的燃油。根据重油的尤其是物理特性,必须为采用重油的运行采取特别的预防措施。例如重油的粘度远高于正常的柴油燃油,因此必须加热到大于80oC,以便完全可以泵送重油。
   重油的高粘度限制了:即使在发动机停机期间也必须总是泵送回路中管路系统里的燃油,以便阻止重油固化住在管路里。
   为此目的在开头所述类型的共轨重油喷射系统里设有一个冲洗阀,该阀在发动机运转时关闭,而且燃料系统的高压侧部分以及也还有蓄压管相对于一个低压侧的燃料回流管路关闭上,通过这回流管路可以使燃料回流到油箱里。在发动机停机时可以使这个冲洗阀打开,从而使燃料从高压侧通过高压管路和蓄压管,经过阀门流向低压侧并接着流入回路中的油箱里,其中燃料通过一个预热器保持在一个相应的温度上,从而阻止了重油在管路里固结住。
   除了可以产生一个循环流动使系统里的燃油保温之外,冲洗阀同时也具有紧急停止阀门的功能。通过对冲洗阀合适的触发可以在紧急情况下使系统压力很快降低,而不必使喷射器本身去除活化。
   以前已知的这样的冲洗阀的结构形式是具有一种通常阀座的阀门,其中一个截锥形的阀门构件被压在一个阀座上,其中通过相应大小的比压实现密封作用。在这种设计方案中不利的是:随着冲洗阀工作时间的不断增加,出现了密封性的问题:颗粒可能预损伤锥形阀座并且燃油的腐蚀性能完全破坏阀座。另外一种磨损机理就是微观运动,这种运动由冲洗阀的操纵而引起。通过在阀座上的磨损降低了已有的表面压力,并导致不密封。
    发明内容
   因此本发明的任务是如下进一步改进开头所述类型的燃油供给设备,即使冲洗阀处的磨损现象或者说其作用影响减少,并且改善冲洗阀在一种这样的燃油供给设备里的使用寿命和运行可靠性。
为了解决这个任务,按照本发明如下改进了开头所述类型的燃油供给设备,即使得阀门构件的阀座设计成滑动座。在冲洗阀的一种这样的设计方案中,密封效果并不通过一个密封面压紧在阀座上来达到,而是通过提高密封面的重合长度,在这些密封面之间保留有一个窄的间隙。在这种结构中出现有小的持久的漏损。如果颗粒短时地被夹紧在密封面之间,那么这虽然可能导致损伤,但因为由于窄的间隙和重合长度而实现了密封,那么通过这种损伤并不影响到密封效果。借助于预热器可以使燃料分别在输入重油管路之前预热,从而使管路和其它构件可以保持在一个相应的温度上,以便避免在发动机停机时间里粘度的过度升高。
有利的是如下改进按照本发明的燃油供给设备,即使得阀门构件在一个阀套里可以移动地导向,而且具有一个由凹槽构成的控制边棱,这控制边棱可以在径向汇入阀套里的高压管路的部位里移动,用于打开阀门,并可以在形成阀门构件和阀套的一种重合的情况下,从高压管路的口移动,用于关闭阀门。布置在阀门构件外表面上和阀套内表面上的密封面相互共同作用,并具有一个大的重合长度,因此当阀门关闭时只有极小的漏量出现。为了打开阀门使阀门构件这样移动,从而这通过凹槽形成的控制边棱进入到高压管路的口的部位里 ,而燃油可以通过被控制边棱所限定的,设计有较小直径的阀门构件部位流出。在打开阀门时因此释放或者说加大了环形的通流横断面。在阀门构件上的凹槽的大小决定了环形的通流横断面,并因此决定了流量,其中可以采取这样的设计结构,即使得流量足够使位于管路里的重油的粘度保持得相应较小。
为了提高通过冲洗阀的流量可以按照一种优选的实施形式如下来改进本发明,即使得高压管路通入到阀套的环形槽里。在这种情况下,阀门构件拉回到径向通入阀套里的高压管路部位里直接导致了相对大的流量。
有利的是,如下改进按照本发明的燃油供给设备,即使得最大的重合至少相应于阀门构件直径的0.1至0.5倍,因此通过选择密封面的足够大的重合长度可以使得冲洗阀相对于磨损现象来说,实现按照本发明所希望的不敏感性。
   本发明以特别简单的方式如下进行了改进,即操纵装置设计成气动装置,因此即使对于按照本发明的冲洗阀来说,也可以采用以前所使用的冲洗阀的操纵系统,其中以特别简单的方式对本发明进行改进,即使得一个可以用压力介质,尤其是压风加载的管路通入到一个被阀门构件的横交于移动方向的面所限制的空腔里。阀门构件的横交于移动方向的面在此在一个适合的缸里构成一个活塞,该活塞通过输入的压力介质的压力可以克服一个弹簧的力而移动,因此操纵了阀门构件。为此目的有利地设计有一个闭合意义下给阀门构件加载的压力弹簧。
   为了保证按照本发明的燃油供给设备的自动运行,按照本发明的燃油供给设备有利地如下进行了改进,即设有一个控制装置,这装置与冲洗阀共同作用,以便在内燃发动机停机时打开阀门。

以下根据附图所示的实施例对本发明进行详细叙述。其中图1表示了一种按照本发明的燃油供给设备,图2表示了通过一个按照现有技术的冲洗阀的剖视图,图3表示了一个按照本发明的燃油供给设备的冲洗阀。
具体实施方式
   在图1中简略表示了一个共轨重油喷射系统。由一个预输送泵3将已经在预加热器2里加热过的燃油从油箱1,经过燃油过滤器4和燃油管路11输送给至少一个高压泵5,在这高压泵里燃油被压缩到高于1400巴的系统压力。压缩的燃油经过高压管路12进入到至少一个蓄压管6里,这蓄压管还设置有至少一个限压阀13和一个蓄压管压力传感器7。蓄压管6里的压力通过调节从高压泵5输入高压管路12里的燃油量,通过控制仪10来调整。从蓄压管6出发,燃油经过一个限流器18,经过高压管路14进入喷射器8里,后者同样也由控制仪10来触发。对于喷射器8的功能所必要的燃油控制量经过低压管路17又返回至油箱1里。也为了在发动机停机期间能够保证燃油在管路系统中的循环流通,另外一个高压管路15从蓄压管6出发通到一个冲洗阀9,这个阀由控制仪10触发地可以触发一部分量的燃油直接进入低压管路16里,这管路16直接回到油箱1。
   图2表示了一个通过一个按照现有技术的冲洗阀的剖视图。冲洗阀具有由一个阀体20,一个阀套23,一个阀门构件28,一个外壳30,一个弹簧25和一个盖24构体。在外壳30里设有一个压风接头27,它与由外壳30和活塞26组成的压力腔31连接并且向着阀套23用一个O-形圈26密封。如果在压风接头27上没有作用压力,那么支承在与外壳30固定连接的盖24上和活塞26上的弹簧25将阀门构件28压向设计在阀套23里的阀座29。如果使压力腔31里的空气压力升高,那么空气压力就使阀门构件28克服弹簧25的力压离阀座29,并使得在高压管路15里具有系统压力的燃油控制进入低压管路16里,从而通过高压泵5的补充输送产生一种燃油的循环。
   图3表示了按照本发明的燃油供给设备。阀门9设计成一种滑动座阀门的形式:阀门构件28具有一个控制边棱33,这边棱与布置在阀套23里的控制边棱32共同作用,释放或者锁闭住经过阀门的流通。在静止状态下弹簧25将阀门构件28压向外壳30 ,从而在阀套23和阀门构件28之间只留出一个最小的间隙,它允许有微小量的漏量。如果通过压风管路27使压力腔31加上压风,那么风压将阀门构件28压向盖24的方向上。一旦阀门构件28上的控制边棱33经过阀套23的控制边棱32,那么就释放开通一个明显更大的通流横断面,并且触发量明显升高。

Claims (9)

1.用于内燃发动机的共轨重油喷射系统的燃油供给设备,具有油箱(1)、用于将重油从油箱(1)输送至高压泵(5)的预输送泵(3),其中高压泵(5)通过至少一个第一高压管路(12)与高压存储器(6)连接,后者给至少一个喷射器(8)供液,而且此外具有冲洗阀(9),该冲洗阀通过第二高压管路(15)连接于高压存储器,以便触发至少一部分量的重油经过回流管路流入油箱(1),其中冲洗阀(9)具有在开启位置和关闭位置之间可以运动的阀门构件(28)、用于与重油高压存储器连接的第二高压管路(15)的高压接头、用于回流管路的低压接头和用于操纵阀门构件(28)的操纵装置,其特征在于,阀门构件(28)的阀座(29)设计成滑动座。
2.按权利要求1所述的燃油供给设备,其特征在于,阀门构件(28)在阀套(23)里可以移动地导向,而且具有由凹槽构成的控制边棱(33),控制边棱可以移动到在径向通入阀套(23)里的第二高压管路(15)的部位里,用于打开冲洗阀(9),并可以在形成阀门构件(28)和阀套(23)的重合的情况下,从第二高压管路(15)的口处移出,用于关闭冲洗阀。
