Abstract

本发明涉及一种染色仪温控加热装置。目前免疫组织化学染色实验通过手工操作,效率低、易出错。本发明中活动板设置在机架上方,活动板通过丝杆与机架连接,丝杆与设置在机架上的同步带轮螺纹连接,同步带轮与电机同步转动。切片架与活动板通过支承杆连接,切片插入切片架的卡槽内。水槽设置在切片架与活动板之间,加热架设置在水槽上,半导体加热片设置在加热架上,每片半导体加热片与切片架上的每片切片位置对应,每片半导体加热片上设置有温控传感器。本发明中每片切片可以独立控制工作温度,提高了染色反应的效果,同时缩短了染色时间。

染色仪温控加热装置
技术领域
本发明属于检测设备技术领域,具体涉及的是应用于医院病理组织切片中所使用的免疫组织化学染色仪中的温控加热装置,是染色仪的配套部件。
背景技术
“免疫组织化学染色”的实验室方法是一件非常严谨的实验室工作,在发达国家普遍使用仪器,而国内由于受到进口仪器价格昂贵的影响,目前基本是手工操作。手工操作的主要存在的问题是:1.耗时:每一次染色需要耗时4-5小时以上;2.容易出错:因为每次“免疫组织化学染色”的所用的抗体与试剂种类达数十种人工加试剂容易错加或遗忘加、反应时间也不能有效控制;3.不能做到规范化与标准化的实验室管理。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种染色仪温控加热装置。
本发明包括机架、电机、活动板、切片架、水槽、半导体加热片。
电机的动力输出端与设置在机架上的传动轮配合连接。
活动板设置在机架上方,活动板对称平行固定设置有两根丝杆,两根丝杆分别穿过机架设置,并分别与设置在机架上的两个同步带轮螺纹连接;两个同步带轮与传动轮通过皮带连接,实现同步转动。
切片架与活动板通过支承杆连接,切片架设置有一排卡槽,切片插入卡槽内;水槽设置在切片架与活动板之间,加热架设置在水槽上,半导体加热片设置在加热架上,每片半导体加热片与切片架上的每片切片位置对应,每片半导体加热片上设置有温控传感器。
本发明中每片切片可以独立控制工作温度,提高了染色反应的效果,同时缩短了染色时间。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种染色仪温控加热装置包括机架5、电机6、活动板9、切片架1、水槽3、半导体加热片12。
电机6的动力输出端与设置在机架5上的传动轮4配合连接。
活动板9设置在机架5上方,活动板9对称平行固定设置有两根丝杆8,两根丝杆8分别穿过机架5设置,并分别与设置在机架5上的两个同步带轮7螺纹连接;两个同步带轮7与传动轮4通过皮带连接,实现同步转动。
切片架1与活动板9通过支承杆10连接,切片架1设置有一排卡槽,切片2插入卡槽内;水槽3设置在切片架1与活动板9之间,加热架11设置在水槽3上,半导体加热片12设置在加热架11上,每片半导体加热片12与切片架上的每片切片2位置对应,每片半导体加热片12上设置有温控传感器13。
当切片2需要加热时,启动电机6,通过传动轮4、同步带轮7和丝杆8带动活动板9和切片架1向下移动,当切片2与半导体加热片12接触时,电机6停止。启动半导体加热片12进行加热,温控传感器13自行进行温度调节控制。加热完毕后,启动电机6逆向转动,切片架1复位。

1.染色仪温控加热装置, 包括机架、电机、活动板、切片架、水槽、半导体加热片,其特征在于:
电机的动力输出端与设置在机架上的传动轮配合连接;
活动板设置在机架上方,活动板对称平行固定设置有两根丝杆,两根丝杆分别穿过机架设置,并分别与设置在机架上的两个同步带轮螺纹连接;两个同步带轮与传动轮通过皮带连接,实现同步转动;
切片架与活动板通过支承杆连接,切片架设置有一排卡槽,切片插入卡槽内;水槽设置在切片架与活动板之间,加热架设置在水槽上,半导体加热片设置在加热架上,每片半导体加热片与切片架上的每片切片位置对应,每片半导体加热片上设置有温控传感器。
