Abstract
本发明公开了一种机动车外后视镜,包括镜壳和镜面,所述镜面安装于所述镜壳的正面,其中,所述镜壳背面安装有前视LED照明灯,所述前视LED照明灯和前大灯电气相连。本发明提供的机动车外后视镜,通过在车外后视镜镜壳上安装前视LED照明灯,不但能够大幅度增加前大灯照明区域,减小视野盲区,且结构简单,成本低。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种后视镜,尤其涉及一种机动车外后视镜。
背景技术
汽车后视镜俗称倒车镜,通常分为车外和车内两种。对于车外后视镜,一般汽车左右两侧都有,其功用主要是让驾驶员观察汽车左右两侧的行人、车辆以及其他障碍物的情况,确保行车或倒车安全。电动后视镜是由后视镜、后视镜调整器构成,主要以枢轴为中心,由使后视镜能进行上下和左右方向灵活变换位置的两个独立的微电机、永久磁铁及霍尔IC等组成。其中,后视镜调整器是由两台永磁式直流电动机来调整后视镜上下、左右方向的装置,它由永磁式直流电动机、联动机构、霍尔位置传感器及控制器组成,驾驶员通过控制器发出调整后视镜角度位置指令给永磁式直流电动机,永磁式直流电动机驱动联动机构以达到调整后视镜的角度位置,并通过霍尔传感器进行后视镜所在位置控制。
汽车前后侧设有照明灯和示廓灯,图1为现有机动车前大灯视野示意图,请参见图1,一般汽车包括车身1,汽车左右两侧设置有外后视镜3,汽车前侧设有前大灯2,驾驶员视野一般为10米左右,前大灯2前侧照明范围约为55°,由于前大灯本身有约10°的倾斜角,因此每个前大灯在汽车一侧照亮的视野范围约为45°,从而在夜间或光线不好时形成视野盲区9。
为了增加前大灯2照明范围,可以采用前大灯2角度可调的控制方法,为此需要增加转动调节装置,不但成本比较高,而且前大灯2角度转动范围有限,因而增加的视野范围也非常有限,图2为现有前大灯可调的机动车视野示意图,请参见图2,前侧照明范围一般只能增加15°左右。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种机动车外后视镜,不但能够大幅度增加前大灯照明区域,减小视野盲区,且结构简单,成本低。
本发明为解决上述技术问题而采用的技术方案是提供一种机动车外后视镜,包括镜壳,设置于所述镜壳内的镜面调整器,所述镜面调整器上安装有镜面,其中,所述镜壳背面安装有前视LED照明灯,所述前视LED照明灯和前大灯电气相连。
上述的机动车外后视镜,其中,所述镜壳底部设置有翻开式盖板,所述翻开式盖板上设置有后视LED照明灯,所述后视LED照明灯由倒车信号控制开关。
上述的机动车外后视镜,其中,所述镜壳侧面安装转向灯,所述转向灯位于前视LED照明灯外侧。
本发明对比现有技术有如下的有益效果:本发明提供的机动车外后视镜,通过在车外后视镜镜壳上安装前视LED照明灯,不但大幅度增加了前大灯照明区域,减小视野盲区,且结构简单,成本低。此外,本发明提供的机动车外后视镜,通过进一步在车外后视镜镜壳底部上安装翻开式盖板和后视LED照明灯,提供倒车时后视照明。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
图3为本发明机动车外后视镜上装有前视LED照明灯结构示意图。
请参见图3a和3b,本发明提供的机动车外后视镜包括镜壳4,设置于所述镜壳4内的镜面调整器(图未示),所述镜面调整器上安装有镜面5,其中,所述镜壳4背面安装有前视LED照明灯6,所述前视LED照明灯6和前大灯2电气相连,即所述前视LED照明灯6和前大灯2电气控制信号相同,两者同时打开或关闭。镜壳侧面可同时安装转向灯11,如图3a所示,转向灯11位于前视LED照明灯6的外侧。
图4为本发明机动车前大灯视野示意图。
由于外后视镜3一般有一定的倾斜角,前视LED照明灯6照亮的约55°视野范围都是汽车两侧的范围,因此能够大幅度增加前向大灯视野,减小视野盲区,且结构简单,成本低。

为了增加夜间倒车时的后视视野范围,本发明机动车外后视镜上还可以进一步安装后视LED照明灯,请参见5和6,在镜壳4底部设置有翻开式盖板7,所述翻开式盖板7上设置有后视LED照明灯8,所述后视LED照明灯8由倒车信号控制开关,即前进和熄火时,翻开式盖板7处于收拢状态,如图5所示。当汽车挂入倒档时,翻开式盖板7打开,如图6所示;同时打开后视LED照明灯8,形成后视LED灯照区10,如图7所示。
虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭示如上,然其并非用以限定本发明,任何本领域技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,当可作些许的修改和完善,因此本发明的保护范围当以权利要求书所界定的为准。
Claims (3)
1.一种机动车外后视镜,包括镜壳(4),设置于所述镜壳(4)内的镜面调整器,所述镜面调整器上安装有镜面(5),其特征在于,所述镜壳(4)背面安装有前视LED照明灯(6),所述前视LED照明灯(6)和前大灯(2)电气相连。
2.如权利要求1所述的机动车外后视镜,其特征在于,所述镜壳(4)底部设置有翻开式盖板(7),所述翻开式盖板(7)上设置有后视LED照明灯(8),所述后视LED照明灯(8)由倒车信号控制开关。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的机动车外后视镜,其特征在于,所述镜壳(4)侧面安装有转向灯(11),所述转向灯(11)位于前视LED照明灯(6)外侧。
