一种机动车外后视镜 技术领域
本发明涉及一种后视镜, 尤其涉及一种机动车外后视镜。 背景技术
汽车后视镜俗称倒车镜,通常分为车外和车内两种。对于车外后视镜, 一般汽车左右两侧都有, 其功用主要是让驾驶员观察汽车左右两侧的行 人、 车辆以及其他障碍物的情况, 确保行车或倒车安全。 电动后视镜是由 后视镜、 后视镜调整器构成, 主要以枢轴为中心, 由使后视镜能进行上下 和左右方向灵活变换位置的两个独立的微电机、 永久磁铁及霍尔 IC等组 成。 其中, 后视镜调整器是由两台永磁式直流电动机来调整后视镜上下、 左右方向的装置, 它由永磁式直流电动机、 联动机构、 霍尔位置传感器及 控制器组成, 驾驶员通过控制器发出调整后视镜角度位置指令给永磁式直 流电动机, 永磁式直流电动机驱动联动机构以达到调整后视镜的角度位 置, 并通过霍尔传感器进行后视镜所在位置控制。
汽车前后侧设有照明灯和示廓灯, 图 1为现有机动车前大灯视野示意 图, 请参见图 1, 一般汽车包括车身 1, 汽车左右两侧设置有外后视镜 3, 汽车前侧设有前大灯 2, 驾驶员视野一般为 10米左右, 前大灯 2前侧照明 范围约为 55° , 由于前大灯本身有约 10° 的倾斜角, 因此每个前大灯在 汽车一侧照亮的视野范围约为 45° ,从而在夜间或光线不好时形成视野盲 区 9。
为了增加前大灯 2照明范围,可以采用前大灯 2角度可调的控制方法, 为此需要增加转动调节装置, 不但成本比较高, 而且前大灯 2角度转动范 围有限, 因而增加的视野范围也非常有限, 图 2为现有前大灯可调的机动 车视野示意图, 请参见图 2, 前侧照明范围一般只能增加 15° 左右。 发明内容 本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种机动车外后视镜, 不但能够大 幅度增加前大灯照明区域, 减小视野盲区, 且结构简单, 成本低。
本发明为解决上述技术问题而采用的技术方案是提供一种机动车外 后视镜, 包括镜壳, 设置于所述镜壳内的镜面调整器, 所述镜面调整器上 安装有镜面, 其中, 所述镜壳背面安装有前视 LED照明灯, 所述前视 LED 照明灯和前大灯电气相连。
上述的机动车外后视镜, 其中, 所述镜壳底部设置有翻开式盖板, 所 述翻开式盖板上设置有后视 LED照明灯, 所述后视 LED照明灯由倒车信号 控制开关。
上述的机动车外后视镜, 其中, 所述镜壳侧面安装转向灯, 所述转向 灯位于前视 LED照明灯外侧。
本发明对比现有技术有如下的有益效果: 本发明提供的机动车外后视 镜, 通过在车外后视镜镜壳上安装前视 LED照明灯, 不但大幅度增加了前 大灯照明区域, 减小视野盲区, 且结构简单, 成本低。 此外, 本发明提供 的机动车外后视镜, 通过进一步在车外后视镜镜壳底部上安装翻开式盖板 和后视 LED照明灯, 提供倒车时后视照明。 附图说明

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
图 3为本发明机动车外后视镜上装有前视 LED照明灯结构示意图。 请参见图 3a和 3b, 本发明提供的机动车外后视镜包括镜壳 4, 设置 于所述镜壳 4内的镜面调整器(图未示),所述镜面调整器上安装有镜面 5, 其中, 所述镜壳 4背面安装有前视 LED照明灯 6, 所述前视 LED照明灯 6 和前大灯 2电气相连, 即所述前视 LED照明灯 6和前大灯 2电气控制信号 相同, 两者同时打开或关闭。 镜壳侧面可同时安装转向灯 11, 如图 3a所 示, 转向灯 11位于前视 LED照明灯 6的外侧。
图 4为本发明机动车前大灯视野示意图。
由于外后视镜 3—般有一定的倾斜角,前视 LED照明灯 6照亮的约 55 ° 视野范围都是汽车两侧的范围, 因此能够大幅度增加前向大灯视野, 减小 视野盲区, 且结构简单, 成本低。
图 5 为本发明机动车外后视镜上带后视 LED 照明灯前进时结构示意 图;图 6为本发明机动车外后视镜上带后视 LED照明灯倒档时结构示意图; 图 7为本发明机动车后视灯视野示意图。
为了增加夜间倒车时的后视视野范围, 本发明机动车外后视镜上还可 以进一步安装后视 LED照明灯, 请参见 5和 6, 在镜壳 4底部设置有翻开 式盖板 7, 所述翻开式盖板 7上设置有后视 LED照明灯 8, 所述后视 LED 照明灯 8由倒车信号控制开关, 即前进和熄火时, 翻开式盖板 7处于收拢 状态, 如图 5所示。 当汽车挂入倒档时, 翻开式盖板 7打开, 如图 6所示; 同时打开后视 LED照明灯 8, 形成后视 LED灯照区 10, 如图 7所示。
虽然本发明己以较佳实施例揭示如上, 然其并非用以限定本发明, 任 何本领域技术人员, 在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内, 当可作些许的修改 和完善, 因此本发明的保护范围当以权利要求书所界定的为准。

Claims

权利要求:
1、 一种机动车外后视镜, 包括镜壳 (4), 设置于所述镜壳 (4) 内 的镜面调整器, 所述镜面调整器上安装有镜面 (5), 其特征在于, 所述镜 壳 (4) 背面安装有前视 LED照明灯 (6), 所述前视 LED照明灯 (6) 和前 大灯 (2) 电气相连。
2、如权利要求 1所述的机动车外后视镜,其特征在于,所述镜壳(4) 底部设置有翻开式盖板 (7), 所述翻开式盖板 (7) 上设置有后视 LED 照 明灯 (8), 所述后视 LED照明灯 (8) 由倒车信号控制开关。
