本发明涉及一种制动盘、尤其是通风的制动盘,具有摩擦环和通过连接件与摩擦环连接的支承部件、尤其是盘罐。
背景技术
由DE 43 32 951 A1已知通风的制动盘,它具有摩擦环和通过连接件与摩擦环连接的支承部件。连接件尤其由销子、螺栓或类似部件构成并且分布地设置在支承部件的圆周上。连接件伸进摩擦环的圆周壁中的槽口中。在较大的制动转矩时存在隐患,由于连接件的自由长度、即由于支承部件与摩擦环之间的距离,连接件可能弯曲并且在极限情况下可以脱离其配合。在这个和其它在实践中使用的制动盘中,销子以所谓的滑动配合插入到孔中。在此销子在其表面上磨削并且研磨孔壁。对应于所使用的研磨或磨削过程形成径向上延伸的加工痕迹,这意味着,它们几乎与销子在孔中的运动方向成直角地构成。因此表面上的加工痕迹可能相互钩联并由此妨碍销子在孔中的运动。因为销子由优质钢制成并且制动盘由铸铁制成,因此在运行期间产生的温度使这两个零部件产生不同的膨胀。由此在极限情况下甚至可能出现,超过对于滑动规定的公差范围,并且销子在孔中可能卡住。这将意味着,在室温时规定和建立的滑动配合在运行期间发展成压配合。销子在孔中的这种滑动阻碍可能导致摩擦环中的挠曲或裂纹。此外在制动盘接着冷却时可能产生噪声,它们可能由于现在又出现的径向加工痕迹引起。此外在加工时必需多个加工步骤,因此必需分别在加工步骤中研磨孔壁并且磨削销子壁,接着作为另一加工步骤必需将销子导入到孔中。由此使这种摩擦盘在加工中是费事和昂贵的。
发明内容
而按照本发明的具有权利要求1特征的制动盘的优点是,减少必需的加工过程。在孔中使用销子时借助于精整球同时精整孔壁。由此不仅使孔表面光滑,而且以一定的挤入深度硬化表面。事先可以在一个工作过程中借助于模具精整销子。在精整孔表面或销子表面时不产生环形结构、而是最多产生轴向结构、即在销子运动方向上延伸的结构。由此不仅在室温时而且在运行温度时销子和孔的结构都不再会相互影响。可以通过简单的方式调整必需的公差范围,用于在运行温度时由于热应力也可以无故障地制动。这意味着,不仅减小公差范围,而且降低加工成本。如果销子在其端面上具有球缺形结构,则可以利用销子导引精整球,通过精整球顶压孔。由于球缺,可以使销子的顶压力在精整球上分布在更大面积上,由此避免销子端部由于可能产生的接合或精整压力产生变形。在孔长度的相应构造中在钻盲孔时精整球也可以不影响制动盘功能地保留在孔中。

具体实施方式
在图1中以10表示制动盘,它由盘罐11和摩擦环12组成。以公知的方式使盘罐11以在这里未示出的方式固定在汽车的轮毂上,其中用于固定的螺栓穿过盘罐11的孔13。通过多个在盘罐11的圆周壁15中成形的呈销子16或螺栓或类似部件形式的连接件使盘罐11与摩擦环12连接。摩擦环12由两个摩擦环半体12a和12b组成,它们通过多个分布在圆周上且尤其在径向上延伸的连接板17相互连接,由此产生通风的制动盘。在摩擦环12的内圆周部位中局部地构成支承板18。这些支承板18具有用于容纳销子16的通孔19。但是也可以设想钻盲孔。这些孔19在附图中在摩擦环12的中心纵轴线中构成。但是也能够使这些孔19错位。支承板18在孔19部位具有向着盘罐11构成的凸肩20。凸肩20同样具有通孔21,它们与孔19对齐。在凸肩20的端面与盘罐11的圆周之间存在小的间隙22。摩擦环12由铸铁制成,而盘罐11由轻金属制成,尤其由铝或镁制成。销子16由优质钢、尤其不锈优质钢制成。销子16借助于模具精整。在此对应于精整使销子表面以微小的挤入深度密实,并因此也硬化。由于在精整时实现的运动,销子16只在其纵向上、即在其以后在孔19中的运动方向上具有通过精整产生的长形表面结构。在加工销子16时可以在其端部上压入球缺。如图2所示,精整球25具有比孔21或孔19略大的直径。由于其较大的直径实现孔21或19壁体的密实。在各精整球25后面将销子16插到孔21或19中并且通过相应的压力导入到孔21或19中,由此由于在销子16前面插入的精整球25,实现孔21或19壁体的精整。如果孔19由通孔构成,则对于销子16的相应长度,使精整球25在孔19端部上再从这个孔推出去并且必要时取走。但是也可以设想,不影响制动盘功能地对于盲孔使精整球25保留在孔19中。销子16的端面可以不同地构成。特别有利的是,如果它由所谓的“球缺”构成的时候,它对应于精整球25的形状。在此销子16的顶压力分布在精整球25上的更大面积上并且避免销子16的面对精整球25的端部变形。销子16在精整过程后保留在孔19中,由此可以接着浇铸盘罐11。在此也一起将销子16的头部16a浇铸到盘罐11的外壁15中。在此凸肩20也可以一起用于容纳在盘罐11的浇铸模具中。直接在摩擦环12的凸肩20的端面上实现浇铸。现在在盘罐11冷却时产生上述的间隙22。但是它要尽可能微小地构成。摩擦环12构造成浮动地支承在盘罐11上。为此必需使销子16以相对微小的间隙并由此如上所述以尽可能微小的公差设置在孔19中,由此使摩擦环12在销子16上不仅在室温下而且在运行温度下都可以略微活动。这个公差范围是必需的,因为在制动过程时摩擦环12发热并离开盘罐11在径向上膨胀。
现在在图2中在盘罐11的外壁15上构成突出部30,它径向环绕地围卡凸肩20。突出部必需长于间隙22,尤其它必需一起覆盖由于摩擦环12的热膨胀引起的间隙加大。即,在各种状况下突出部30都要覆盖、尤其遮盖可能加大的间隙22。但是因为由于突出部30与凸肩20之间的略微相对运动不能实现绝对的密封性,于是耐热的润滑剂位于间隙22中。由此一方面保证销子16在孔19中的滑动过程,另一方面防止由于可能渗入到间隙22中的露水的腐蚀。但是也可以设想没有突出部30的盘罐11结构,而不偏离本发明的构思。

Claims (9)

1.制动盘(10),具有摩擦环(12)和支承部件(11),其中在支承部件(11)的圆周上设有多个与支承部件(11)连接的连接件(16),其中所述连接件(16)伸进摩擦环(12)的孔(19)中,其特征在于,使所述孔(19)的壁精整,其中所述孔(19)是盲孔,并且一精整元件(25)位于盲孔孔底与连接件(16)之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的制动盘,其特征在于,使所述连接件(16)的表面精整。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的制动盘,其特征在于,所述连接件(16)滑动地支承在孔(19)中。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的制动盘,其特征在于,所述连接件(16)的端部与精整元件(25)在形状方面相互对应地构成。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的制动盘,其特征在于,所述连接件(16)的端部球缺形地构成。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的制动盘,其特征在于,所述精整元件(25)是球。
7.如权利要求1或2所述的制动盘,其特征在于,在摩擦环(12)上浇铸凸肩(20)。
8.如权利要求1或2所述的制动盘,其特征在于,所述支承部件(11)构造为盘罐,并且由轻金属制成,所述摩擦环(12)由铸铁制成,并且连接件(16)由优质钢制成。
9.如权利要求1或2所述的制动盘,其特征在于,所述连接件(16)是销子、螺栓或类似部件。
10. 如权利要求1或2所述的制动盘,其特征在于,所述制动盘(10)是通风的制动盘。
11. 如权利要求8所述的制动盘,其特征在于,所述轻金属是铝。
