Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种与诸如紧凑型装载机之类的自动底盘(tool carrier)一起使用的空气净化器净化系统,用于通过将预滤器连接到轴流式冷却风机的低压侧从发动机燃烧空气过滤器组件的预滤器抽取低流量空气。
背景技术
通过从过滤器的空气预滤器段吸出选定量的空气,吸气器已经用于增加用于发动机的进气口过滤器的效率。然而,在现有技术中,特殊的除尘配置已经被利用于为预滤器提供真空或抽吸流。吸气器需要数个部件。
使用的其它系统包括发动机排气吸气器,其将提供真空到发动机空气过滤器的预滤器部分。这些在发动机排气中产生限制,提高了噪音水平,并且增加了排气系统部件的成本。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种发动机燃烧进口空气过滤器的净化预滤器部分,其流体地连接到冷却风机的低压侧部分,冷却风机用于冷却发动机部件,诸如散热器、油冷却器或类似组件。如图所示的冷却风机是安装在护罩中的轴流风机,并且在轴流风机的一侧上形成低压区域和在另一侧上形成高压区。用于空气预滤器的净化空气通过管道打开到护罩的低压侧,没有任何额外的元件。管道通过预滤器渗出少量空气以净化管道和杂质粒子沉积在预滤器的底部。
本净化系统易于安装、高效并且对用于冷却其它发动机部件或发动机燃烧空气的冷却空气流不产生不利的影响。

具体实施方式
显示为在图1中整体标注为10的紧凑型装载机的工作车辆具有主框架12和驱动车轮11。驱动车轮被驱动以正常方式移动装载机。驾驶室14位于装载机的前端,以区域16表示的后发动机舱容纳发动机18(见图2和3)。发动机18可以是空气冷却或液体冷却的,并且在本发明中显示了液体冷却发动机。紧凑型装载机10包括用于使用合适的液压缸22操作提升臂20的各种液压元件。发动机18驱动液压泵,以提供用于驱动地面驱动马达和其它液压元件的假牙液压流体。
图2是发动机舱16以及风机和冷却系统26的示意性横截面。可以看出,冷却系统舱26位于发动机舱16和驾驶室14之间的空间中,驾驶室14在图2中示意地显示为座位28。由此可以看出,冷却系统舱非常接近发动机舱,并且通过在冷却系统舱后部处的挡板壁板32隔开。
冷却系统包括轴流式风机组件46,轴流式风机组件46包括第一风机护罩40,其为具有第一或进气喉管42和第二或排气喉管44的环形护罩。应该指出的是,喉管42和44形成通向第一个风机护罩40的内部的开口,并且包括进气口和排气口。所述喉管具有大致相同的尺寸。进气喉管42可以形成所示的文氏管以在进口处产生低压。轴流式风机组件46具有驱动马达52,驱动马达52带有驱动风机叶片55的输出轴。
风机罩由合适的支架48支撑在支撑壁板38上,支架48还用于支撑风机驱动马达52。当通过马达52旋转时,轴流式风机叶片55将在轴向上产生空气流,并且在这种情况下,将引导空气通过在喉管42的顶部上部分地示出的发动机冷却散热器58和以正常的方式安装在散热器58的顶部上的油冷却器56。空调冷凝器和/或用于冷却输入的燃烧空气的中间冷却器或中冷器也可以设置在第一风机护罩40之上。
换向阀59可以用于在任何旋转方向上驱动液压马达52。如图所示,风机叶片55转动以产生进入喉管42的处于负(低)压力的空气流,并且排出空气进入第二排气护罩或增压室(plenum)60,第二排气护罩在叶片55转动时接收来自风机组件46的空气流。已通过设置的散热器和其它冷却器的空气然后通过由格栅63覆盖的横向侧开口62排出。图2中显示了一个开口62。一些废气也可以引向发动机舱。
发动机18具有发动机空气燃烧过滤器66,空气燃烧过滤器66由支架67以合适的方式安装到紧凑型装载机10的壁板。进气口空气过滤器66是常规的并且具有预滤器外壳68和过滤器部分70。过滤器部分70具有用于滤出细颗粒的可更换滤芯(filter element)71。燃烧空气被通过过滤器66的端部吸入口72吸入并且之后通过预滤器部分68和过滤器部分70,空气通过大型管道或导管74流入发动机的燃烧空气进口或涡轮增压器进口,如图示意性说明的那样。
为了提高预滤器的效率,从预滤器外壳或者部分68抽出少量空气。如图2所示,端口76在轴流式风机组件46的风机叶片55的低压或负压侧穿过风机护罩40通向喉管42中。如在图2、3和4所示,管道(conduit)或管线(line)80连接到开口或端口76,并且还连接到接头82,如图3所示,接头82穿过预滤器部分68的底壁板开口。
预滤器68可根据需要设计,但一般会包括一些挡板,所述挡板将引起进入空气出现湍流,以趋于将大颗粒分离出导管。图4是进气口过滤器的一种形式的部分示意图。用于一系列湍流引起管86接收进入空气。在预滤器部分68中从进入空气分离的灰尘和杂质掉落在过滤器外壳的下部壁板88上,并且开口89通向用于管道80的接头82,管道80向预滤器提供低真空。
通过净化空气管80从预滤器部分68抽取的空气流量可以根据需要在一定范围内变化,并且典型地可以在通过过滤器66的总风量的5%和15%之间。从预滤器部分抽出的杂质和碎片进入第二护罩60并且排出侧开口62。
应当指出,不需要任何单独的真空泵、真空装置或吸气器。净化空气管80直接通向风机的低压或负压侧面。管子(tube)80在风机护罩40的外部并且不穿过冷却系统管道或任何其它管道。管子80容易地连接到轴流式风机组件46的负压侧。管子80仅需要长度短的软管,并且到发动机进气口的出口管也是短管。
将管到连接到冷却风机负压侧用于从燃烧空气过滤器抽取净化空气通过提高预滤器的效率和功能而增加过滤元件的使用寿命。过滤器的使用寿命的增加降低了机器运作成本。仅具有与进行连接有关的最小成本,并且此外,本配置并不增加源自进口空气流的噪声。
所需要的全部就是在用于轴流式风机的风机护罩中设置端口,并且使用管子(tube)或导管(duct)80将该端口连接到燃烧空气过滤器的预滤器部分上的接头。
虽然已参照优选实施例对本发明进行了描述,本领域技术人员将认识到,在没有违背本发明的精神和范围的情况下可以在形式和细节上进行变化。
Claims (14)
1.一种内燃机,包括:
用于发动机燃烧空气的空气过滤器;
预滤器,用于进入空气过滤器的空气,以从燃烧空气中除去颗粒,所述预滤器具有外壳,外壳具有用于连接到低压气源的接头;
用于内燃机的冷却系统,包括在护罩中的风机,护罩具有包括用于输入空气的进气通道的进口和用于排出空气的出口;和
管道,连接到所述进气通道并且连接到所述预滤器,用于流体连通以从预滤器抽取空气进入所述进气通道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内燃机,包括用于靠近护罩支撑预滤器的支架,并且所述空气过滤器具有连接到内燃机的进气口的被过滤空气出口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的内燃机,其中风机包括轴流式风机并且所述进气通道包括进气喉管。
4.根据权利要求1所述的内燃机,其中,护罩的进气通道和预滤器之间的管道包括管子。
5.根据权利要求1所述的内燃机,其中进气通道被连接以通过至少一个发动机冷却装置抽取空气。
6.其中根据权利要求3所述的内燃机,其中进气喉管和预滤器之间的管道在预滤器的下侧处通向预滤器。
7.一种与内燃机的组合,具有:
冷却系统;
风机,使冷却空气穿过冷却系统元件,用来冷却内燃机;和
空气过滤器,用于过滤用于内燃机的进入燃烧空气,所述空气过滤器包括预滤器段,改进包括:
用于所述风机的护罩,具有低压侧和高压侧;和
管道,连接在护罩的低压侧和预滤器之间,以抽取部分空气通过预滤器流入护罩的低压侧。
8.根据权利要求7所述的组合,其中,预滤器和过滤器安装在单个过滤器外壳中。
9.根据权利要求7所述的组合,其中,护罩的低压侧和预滤器之间的连接在预滤器的下侧处通向预滤器。
10.根据权利要求7所述的组合,其中,所述冷却系统风机包括轴流式风机,并且护罩围绕所述轴流式风机。
11.根据权利要求10所述的组合,其中,护罩在进气喉管处形成文氏管以提供护罩的低压侧。
12.一种从内燃机的进气口空气过滤器的预滤器部分净化灰尘和杂质的方法,包括下述步骤:
设置具有负压区域的用于内燃机的冷却风机,
将管子从预滤器部分连接到冷却风机的负压区域,以从预滤器中抽出空气。
13.根据权利要求12所述的方法,包括下述步骤:
靠近预滤器的底部将所述管子连接到预滤器。
14.根据权利要求12所述的方法,包括下述步骤:通过所述管子抽出通过进气口空气过滤器的总气流的5%和15%之间的空气。
