Abstract
固体水泥缓凝剂的制备方法,是先将去离子水加入反应釜中,在搅拌中先加入衣康酸,溶解后再加入2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸搅拌溶解,再将硫酸和异丙醇投入釜中,然后慢慢加入氢氧化钠,同时开启冷却水进行降温中和;中和后控制釜中温度和PH值,将乙烯基吡咯烷酮和富马酸分别加入釜中搅匀;另将过硫酸铵放入去离子水中溶解后加入釜中搅拌均匀,30分钟后将亚硫酸氢钠与去离子水溶解后加入釜中搅拌均匀,待釜中反应升至80℃时搅拌降温保持70℃反应5小时,自然冷却至室温后再加入甲醛搅拌均匀;将上述聚合好的物料放在烘干设备烘干,再将料块粉碎、过80目筛,即为成品。它适用于60-180°井温下的干混和湿混及高温盐碱环境下施工。
Description
技术领域:
本发明涉及固结井眼壁用的聚合物,特别是一种适用于石油钻探固井时能在高温地层中延长水泥浆稠化时间的固体水泥缓凝剂的制备方法。
背景技术:
现有的水泥缓凝剂在抗温抗盐方面满足不了深井的固井施工要求,并且都是液体状态,在深井、超深井固井时,由于高温、高压等复杂地质条件对水泥浆的稠化时间及强度要求苛刻,很难达到固井施工的要求,而且液态产品的储运及使用都不方便。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种能有效延长在高温地层中稠化时间的固体水泥缓凝剂的制备方法。固体水泥缓凝剂的制备方法,它包括以下重量组份;2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸30份,衣康酸7份,氢氧化钠5.6份,乙烯基吡咯烷酮1.5份,异丙醇0.02份,富马酸0.01份,甲醛0.001份,去离子水56份,过硫酸铵0.005份,亚硫酸氢钠0.045份,硫酸1.4份,其制备方法是①先将50份去离子水加入反应釜中,在搅拌中先加入7份衣康酸,溶解后再加入30份2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸搅拌溶解,再将1.4份硫酸和0.02份异丙醇投入釜中,然后慢慢加入5.6份氢氧化钠,同时开启冷却水进行降温中和;②中和后控制釜中温度在58-62℃、PH值2-3,将1.5份乙烯基吡咯烷酮和0.01份富马酸分别加入釜中搅匀;③另将0.005份过硫酸铵放入3份去离子水中溶解后加入釜中搅拌均匀,30分钟后将亚硫酸氢钠0.045份与3份去离子水溶解后加入釜中搅拌3分钟停止搅拌,待釜中反应温度升至80℃时再开始搅拌降温,降温至70℃时保持反应5小时,自然冷却至室温后再加入0.001份甲醛搅拌均匀;④将上述聚合好的物料放在烘干设备上,于100-105℃温度烘干,再将料块粉碎、过80目筛,即为成品。
本发明的产品适合在60-180℃井温下使用,一般加入量为水泥浆的0.1-1.5%,与井温成正比,通过调节加入量能满足不同地层所需稠化时间的需求,改善水泥浆的流动性能,保证水泥浆强度的发育,适用于干混和湿混及高温盐碱环境下施工。
具体实施方式:
本发明有以下实施例,固体水泥浆缓凝剂的制备方法是,①先将500克去离子水加入反应釜中,在搅拌中先加入70克衣康酸,使其溶解,再加入300克2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸搅拌溶解,然后将14克硫酸和20克异丙醇投入釜中,再慢慢加入氢氧化钠56克,同时开启冷却水降温中和;②中和后控制釜中温度在58-62℃、PH值2-3的情况下将15克乙烯基吡咯烷酮和0.1克富马酸分别加入釜中搅匀;③另将0.05克过硫酸铵放入30克去离子水中溶解后加入到反应釜内搅拌均匀,静置30分钟后将亚硫酸氢钠0.45克和去离子水30克溶解后加入釜中搅拌30分钟静置,待反应釜中温度升至80℃时再开始搅拌,降温至70℃停止搅拌保持反应5个小时,将物料降至室温,然后加入甲醛0.01克再搅拌30分钟;④将聚合好的物料放在烘干设备上用100-105℃温度烘干,再将块状物料粉碎,过80目筛,过筛量约为95%,去渣后即为成品。取样检验合格后即可包装备用。经检测试验技术指标如下:

1.固体水泥缓凝剂的制备方法,它包括以下重量组份;2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸30份,衣康酸7份,氢氧化钠5.6份,乙烯基吡咯烷酮1.5份,异丙醇0.02份,富马酸0.01份,甲醛0.001份,去离子水56份,过硫酸铵0.005份,亚硫酸氢钠0.045份,硫酸1.4份,其制备方法是①先将50份去离子水加入反应釜中,在搅拌中先加入7份衣康酸,溶解后再加入30份2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸搅拌溶解,再将1.4份硫酸和0.02份异丙醇投入釜中,然后慢慢加入5.6份氢氧化钠,同时开启冷却水进行降温中和;②中和后控制釜中温度在58-62℃、PH值2-3,将1.5份乙烯基吡咯烷酮和0.01份富马酸分别加入釜中搅匀;③另将0.005份过硫酸铵放入3份去离子水中溶解后加入釜中搅拌均匀,30分钟后将亚硫酸氢钠0.045份与3份去离子水溶解后加入釜中搅拌3分钟停止搅拌,待釜中反应温度升至80℃时再开始搅拌降温,降温至70℃时保持反应5小时,自然冷却至室温后再加入0.001份甲醛搅拌均匀;④将上述聚合好的物料放在烘干设备上,于100-105℃温度烘干,再将料块粉碎、过80目筛,即为成品。
