Abstract

一种能量回收系统,其包括一电子装置及一发电组件。所述电子装置包括一发热源、至少一个散热风扇及一框体。所述发热源、至少一个散热风扇均设置在所述框体内。该框体上设有多个散热孔。所述散热风扇的入风口正对所述发热源,所述散热风扇的出风口正对所述散热孔。所述发电组件包括一转动件及一发电机。所述转动件转动连接至所述发电机。所述转动件包括一转轴及多个套设在转轴上的扇叶。该转轴及所述扇叶正对所述散热空设置在所述框体前,并可在从所述散热孔中吹出的风流的带动下转动以驱动所述发电机发电。本发明的能量回收系统能利用散热风流进行发电。

能量回收系统
技术领域
本发明涉及一种能量回收系统,特别涉及一种具有散热系统的电子装置的能量回收系统。
背景技术
电子装置工作时,会产生大量的热,现有技术一般会采用涡流风扇对该电子装置的发热源散热,然而这些散热完后排出去的风流没有再次利用,如此,将无法将能量进行再次回收利用,造成资源浪费。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种利用散热风流进行发电的能量回收系统。
一种能量回收系统,其包括一电子装置及一发电组件。所述电子装置包括一发热源、至少一个散热风扇及一框体。所述发热源、至少一个散热风扇均设置在所述框体内。该框体上设有多个散热孔。所述散热风扇的入风口正对所述发热源,所述散热风扇的出风口正对所述散热孔。所述发电组件包括一转动件及一发电机。所述转动件转动连接至所述发电机。所述转动件包括一转轴及多个套设在转轴上的扇叶。该转轴及所述扇叶正对所述散热空设置在所述框体前,并可在从所述散热孔中吹出的风流的带动下转动以驱动所述发电机发电。
相对于现有技术,本发明的能量回收系统的所述转动件在所述散热孔散发出的散热风流驱动下转动,从而带动发电机转动发电。因此,可将所述散热孔散发出的散热风流转化为电能,对能量进行了回收。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图,对本发明提供的能量回收系统作进一步的详细说明。
请参阅图1,本发明实施方式提供的能量回收系统100,其包括一电子装置10及一发电组件20。
所述电子装置10包括一发热源12、至少一个散热风扇14及一框体16。所述发热源12、至少一个散热风扇14均设置在所述框体16内。所述框体16上设有多个散热孔160。所述电子装置10可以为一伺服器、投影机或电脑主机等一些具有发热源的电子装置。本实施方式中,所述电子装置10为一伺服器。所述发热源12包括一机架122及至少一伺服芯片124,所述至少一伺服芯片124设置在所述机架122内。所述散热风扇14为一涡流风扇,其包括一入风口142、一出风口144及设置在入风口142及出风口144之间的多个叶片143。所述至少一个散热风扇14的入风口142正对所述发热源12,所述出风口144正对所述散热孔160。
所述发电组件20包括一转动件22、一变速箱24、一发电机26及一蓄电池28。所述转动件22包括一转轴222及多个套设在转轴222上的扇叶224。所述转动件22由耐高温材料做成。该转轴222及所述扇叶224设置在所述框体16形成有散热孔160的一侧,与所述散热孔160对正且与所述框体16之间间隔一定距离。所述变速箱24包括一输入端242及一输出端244。所述转轴222的一端转动连接至变速箱24的输入端242。所述变速箱24的输出端244连接至所述发电机26。所述发电机26用于将变速箱24输出端244输出的机械能转化为电能。所述蓄电池28连接至所述发电机26,用于存储所述发电机26所产生的电能。该蓄电池28还电性连接至所述电子装置10,用于为所述电子装置10提供工作电源。
可以理解的是,所述能量回收系统100可以省去所述变速箱24,而将转动件22的转轴222直接连接至发电机26,以使发电机26转动产生电能,并不限于本实施方式。
使用时,所述至少一个散热风扇14分别对所述发热源12的多个伺服芯片124进行散热,并通过与框体16的侧壁上的散热孔160将热量导出所述框体16外,此时,由于从散热孔160散发出的散热风流驱动所述转动件22的扇叶224转动,扇叶224带动转轴222同步转动,所述转轴222通过变速箱24与发电机26连接,使发电机26转动发电。最后所述发电机26所生产的电能向蓄电池28充电。
所述转动件22在所述散热孔160散发出的散热风流驱动下转动,从而带动发电机26转动发电。因此,可将所述散热孔160散发出的散热风流转化为电能,对能量进行了回收。
虽然本发明已以较佳实施方式披露如上,但是,其并非用以限定本发明,另外,本领域技术人员还可以在本发明精神内做其它变化等。当然,这些依据本发明精神所做的变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (7)

1.一种能量回收系统,其包括一电子装置及一发电组件,所述电子装置包括一发热源、至少一个散热风扇及一个框体,所述发热源、至少一个散热风扇均设置在所述框体内,该框体上设有多个散热孔,所述散热风扇的入风口正对所述发热源,所述散热风扇的出风口正对所述散热孔,所述发电组件包括一转动件及一发电机,所述转动件转动连接至所述发电机,其特征在于:所述转动件包括一转轴及多个套设在转轴上的扇叶,该转轴及所述扇叶正对所述散热空设置在所述框体前,并可在从所述散热孔中吹出的气流的带动下转动以驱动所述发电机发电。
2.如权利要求1所述的能量回收系统,其特征在于:所述电子装置为一伺服器,所述发热源包括一机架及至少一伺服芯片,所述至少一伺服芯片设置在所述机架内。
3.如权利要求1所述的能量回收系统,其特征在于:所述散热风扇为一涡流风扇。
4.如权利要求1所述的能量回收系统,其特征在于:所述发电组件进一步包括一变速箱,该变速箱包括一输入端及一输出端,所述转轴的一端转动连接至所述变速箱的输入端,所述变速箱的输出端连接至所述发电机。
5.如权利要求1所述的能量回收系统,其特征在于:所述能量回收系统进一步包括一蓄电池,所述蓄电池连接至所述发电机,用于存储所述发电机所产生的电能。
6.如权利要求5所述的能量回收系统,其特征在于:所述蓄电池电性连接至所述电子装置,用于为所述电子装置提供工作电源。
7.如权利要求1所述的能量回收系统,其特征在于:所述转动件由耐高温材料做成。
