Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有多个锯齿的带锯条。
背景技术
现有技术中,用于金属加工的带锯和圆锯已为人们所熟知。带锯和圆锯由锯条本体构成,锯条本体上通过金属切割方法形成有锯齿。从现有技术中还已知锯齿的尖端由坚硬材料制成,例如硬金属或高速钢。
随着锯条切割刺入金属材料中越深,切割通道与锯条之间的摩擦力增大。而所述摩擦力会导致锯条发热和增大锯齿的磨损。并且,这种发热可导致锯条上结晶转化。
锯条的膨胀可能会带来很多机械上的问题,例如,锯条夹紧在切割通道内,锯条的结晶转换会导致锯条机械性能的改变、增加摩擦和损耗。这两方面的影响会导致切割性能和切割质量地降低,特别是切割面上的表面光洁度。
现有技术中,长期以来带锯的上述缺陷至少部分地通过选择锯齿的几何尺寸和锯齿的排布来解决。因此,常见的带锯条上锯齿的排布要么直线排布,即使锯齿左右交替偏斜,要么采取波浪形排布。通常会在高速钢圆锯上分别设置凹槽、粉刺状凸起、嵌入齿牙、高速钢锯齿、或者硬质金属锯齿以加强所谓的自由切割。特别是在高精度的切割面上,切割质量很大程度上取决于锯齿的分布位置、以及润滑剂和冷却剂的控制。
这方面在现有技术中早就已知的是,在切割通道内使用诸如水和油的乳状冷却润滑剂,以排出碎片和带走由摩擦力在切割通道内产生的聚集热量。
使用润滑冷却剂时,保持往复切割状态下热量和碎片的排出、最佳的切割温度、以及污染物预防这三者平衡是非常重要的。因此,很多年以来人们致力于研究不降低切割性能和切割质量的同时减少冷却润滑剂的消耗量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种锯条结构,特别是带锯条结构,这种带锯条能够在保证切割性能和切割质量的同时减少冷却润滑剂的消耗量。
本发明的目的通过依据本发明权利要求1的锯条来解决,而从属权利要求中会进一步指明本发明优选的技术方案。
本发明所提供的锯条包括由排屑槽依次隔开的多个锯齿,其中至少一些排屑槽设置有粉刺状凸起。
本发明中,没有必要在每个排屑槽中都设置粉刺状凸起。优选的,在每第二个排屑槽中设置凸起。同样的,在每第三个或者每第四个排屑槽中设置凸起也是可行的。
本发明中,锯条的至少一个排屑槽中设置有粉刺状凸起。
这些粉刺状凸起规则或者不规则地设置在排屑槽中,并适当地设置在靠近排屑槽最低点的位置。所述粉刺状凸起以适当地形状设置在排屑槽内以使冷却润滑剂能够停留尽可能长的时间,即当排屑槽位于切割通道内时,锯条上的冷却润滑剂可以停留更长时间。
本发明通过改变排屑槽内的形状,可防止冷却润滑剂快速从锯条上流过,并且可避免不能最好地进行预期的降温。同样的,本发明通过改变排屑槽内的形状,能够使冷却润滑剂的润滑效果更佳,因而粉刺状凸起处和粉刺状凸起缝隙间的冷却润滑剂在切割通道内生成润滑薄膜的时间更长。
进一步的,通过本发明的锯条可增加排屑槽中的冷却剂的停留时间,从而还达到更好和更有效的冷却效果。
本发明中,必须选择粉刺状凸起的形状,这样在锯加工时,不会阻碍力量的增长和锯条上碎片的排出,还可防止出现锯齿被折断。粉刺状凸起并没有切削功能。
本发明中,所述粉刺状凸起可呈梳状或多边形,同样还有可呈球形和/或具有不同的高度。
本发明中,所述粉刺状凸起的数量、排布、以及形状取决于齿距和齿高。
本发明优选的实施例中,所述粉刺状凸起设计成锯齿的形式,具有一陡峭边和一平稳下降边。
优选的,切割材料为硬质材料、高速钢、或者其他硬质材料。
本发明另一个实施例中,所述锯条的锯齿上设置有硬质材料涂层。

具体实施方式
图1为本发明锯条的侧视图的局部视图,所述锯条包括锯齿1a-1d。排屑槽4a-4d各自设置在锯齿1a-1d之间。粉刺状凸起2设置在排屑槽4a-4d内的锯加工时受力和扭矩的非重要区域。如图1所示,排屑槽4a位于比排屑槽4b-4d低高度H的位置。同样的,排屑槽4a-4d的宽度也不同。本发明中可以在排屑槽4a-4d中设置不同的粉刺状凸起2,即根据技术需要来选择其形状、长度、高度和数量。因此例如,改变排屑槽中的粉刺状凸起2的形状、长度、高度和/或数量对于避免振动是有用的。
图2为本发明锯条的细节示意图,其中冷却润滑剂3作为一膜层附着在粉刺状凸起2上。本发明中,粉刺状凸起2设计成适配冷却润滑剂的表面张力以使冷却润滑剂在各个粉刺状凸起2间形成弯曲液面。因此,粉刺状凸起2的边沿形状、高度、以及表面光洁度很重要。
本发明中,锯条本体上铣削形成粉刺状凸起。同样的,也可通过在锯条本体上腐蚀或磨削形成粉刺状凸起。
本发明中,粉刺状凸起延伸至锯条的整个宽度,因此形成横贯锯条的直通道(图未示),冷却润滑剂3由于表面张力汇聚在此直通道中。
图3为本发明的一个优先的实施例的局部示意图,图中标明了粉刺状凸起2的具体的尺寸参数。例如,通过图3可知,粉刺状凸起2的高度为0.5mm,相邻粉刺状凸起顶点之间的距离为1.6mm。锯加工方向上与水平线的仰角(pitchangle)约为45°以形成陡峭边(steep edge),背面与水平线的夹角为30°以形成平稳下降边(descending edge)。优选的,在粉刺状凸起2与排屑槽底部之间形成预定的过渡部以有效利用冷却剂的表面张力。为此,例如,优选的,选择过渡部的曲率半径为0.4mm,而顶角(未图示)的曲率半径的尺寸大小范围为0.2mm-0.8mm。
Claims (10)
1.一种具有多个锯齿、用于切割金属的锯条,其特征在于在至少一个排屑槽中设置有至少一个粉刺状凸起,所述粉刺状凸起设计成适配冷却润滑剂的表面张力以使冷却润滑剂在各个粉刺状凸起间形成弯曲液面;所述粉刺状凸起规则或不规则地设置在所述排屑槽内;所述粉刺状凸起的设置位置靠近所述排屑槽最低点。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锯条,其特征在于所述粉刺状凸起呈梳状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的锯条,其特征在于所述粉刺状凸起呈多边形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的锯条,其特征在于所述粉刺状凸起呈球状。
5.根据权利要求1所述的锯条,其特征在于所述排屑槽中粉刺状凸起的高度和/或数量是不同的。
6.根据权利要求1所述的锯条,其特征在于所述粉刺状凸起的数量、排布、以及形状取决于齿距和齿高。
7.根据权利要求1所述的锯条,其特征在于所述粉刺状凸起设计成锯齿的形式,具有一陡峭边和一平稳下降边。
8.根据权利要求1所述的锯条,其特征在于切割材料为高速钢或者其他硬质材料。
9.根据权利要求1所述的锯条,其特征在于所述锯条的锯齿上设置有硬质材料涂层。
10.一种采用根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的锯条的带锯或圆锯。
