Abstract

本发明LED驱动电源包括一比较器,一光耦部分,具有初级主绕组、次级主绕组、初级辅助绕组、次级辅助绕组的一变压器,以及与初级主绕组、初级辅助绕组相连的一控制芯片,所述次级主绕组通过一检测电阻与LED负载的电流检测端相连,检测电阻将电流检测端检测到的LED负载电流变化量转变为电压变化量,所述电压变化量通过比较器与一基准电压进行比较,比较器的输出通过光耦部分反馈到控制芯片的反馈回路功能控制脚,反馈回路功能控制脚上的电压与控制芯片的内部晶振电压进行比较,从而调整控制芯片内部场效应管的栅极电压占空比的幅宽以实行平均电流控制。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED驱动电源。
背景技术
LED(发光二极管)具有功耗小、使用寿命长、低成本等优点,其被广泛地应用于照明、显示等领域,如LED照明灯、LED显示屏、LED灯饰等。
传统的LED驱动电源通常采用以下方案实现:市电经过整流、滤波后,利用脉宽调制(PWM)技术,结合电压采样或电流采样电路反馈给PWM主控芯片,实现电压或电流的稳定输出。而传统的LED驱动电源用二极管和电解电容的填谷方式实现功率因数校正,因为电解电容的使用而降低了LED驱动电源的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可以提高使用寿命的LED驱动电源。
本发明LED驱动电源包括一比较器,一光耦部分,具有初级主绕组、次级主绕组、初级辅助绕组、次级辅助绕组的一变压器,以及与初级主绕组、初级辅助绕组相连的一控制芯片,所述次级主绕组通过一检测电阻与LED负载的电流检测端相连,检测电阻将电流检测端检测到的LED负载电流变化量转变为电压变化量,所述电压变化量通过比较器与一基准电压进行比较,比较器的输出通过光耦部分反馈到控制芯片的反馈回路功能控制脚,反馈回路功能控制脚上的电压与控制芯片的内部晶振电压进行比较,从而调整控制芯片内部场效应管的栅极电压占空比的幅宽以实行平均电流控制。
本发明LED驱动电源通过反馈环路控制占空比的方式实现平均电流控制,不需要加入电解电容,能够在取得较大功率因数的前提下获得较长的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
请参考图1至图4,本发明LED驱动电源包括比较器U6,光耦OT1-A和光耦OT1-B组成的光耦部分,具有初级主绕组T1-A、次级主绕组T1-D、初级辅助绕组T1-B、次级辅助绕组T1-C的变压器T1,以及控制芯片U1。 
如图1所示,LED驱动电源还包括一防电磁干扰部分,其包括输入交流一端连接保险丝F1一端,保险丝F1另一端接电阻R1和电容C1的一端,保险丝F1和电阻R1之间的节点连接共模电感L1的一个绕组,输入交流的另一端连接电容C1的另一端,电容C1的另一端连接共模电感L1的另一绕组,共模电感L1连接整流桥BRG1输入端,整流桥BRG1的输出端接电阻R01一端,电阻R01另一端接电感L2,电感L2另一端接电容C2一端,整流桥BRG1输出端接电容C2的另一端。
如图2所示,控制芯片U1 第8脚内部集成场效应管的漏极,第1脚内部集成场效应管的源极,第4脚内部集成场效应管的栅极。控制芯片U1第1脚接电阻R12一端,第6脚连接初级辅助绕组T1-B,电阻R12另一端接地,控制芯片U1第1脚和第8脚并接电容C5,初级主绕组T1-A与电容C5串联形成谐振网络,电容C5和控制芯片U1第1脚之间的连接点接电容C6一端,电容C6的另一端接控制芯片U1第3脚OCP功能端。
LED驱动电源还包括一防止准谐振误动作电路,其包括初级辅助绕组T1-B一端接电阻R7,另一端接电阻R12,电阻R7另一端接整流管D3,电阻R7和电阻D3连接点接二极管D4的阳极,二极管D4的阴极接电阻R9一端,电阻R9另一端接电容C7一端和二极管D5的阳极,电容C7另一端接电阻R12。
如图3所示,次级主绕组T1-D一端接二极管D2的阳极,二极管D2的阴极接电容C11的正极和电容C12、稳压管 Z3的一端,次级主绕组T1-D另一端接检测电阻R13 和二极管D57的阴极,二极管D57的阳极、检测电阻R13与LED负载的电流检测端-IS相连。检测电阻R13两端电压被D57箝位在安全范围内,保护检测电阻R13不被损坏。
如图4所示,参考电压REF通过电阻R23、电阻R24作用在电阻R25、电阻R26和电容C17上的电压为基准电压。
图2中的光耦OT1-A与电阻R11、电阻R12串联于控制芯片U1的第4脚与地之间。图4中的光耦OT1-B与电阻R30并联后再与电阻R29串联于5V电压与比较器U6的输出之间。
检测电阻R13将电流检测端-IS检测到的LED负载电流变化量转变为电压变化量,所述电压变化量通过比较器U6与基准电压进行比较,比较器U6的输出通过光耦OT1-A、OT1-B反馈到控制芯片U1的第4脚(反馈回路功能控制脚),反馈回路功能控制脚上的电压与控制芯片的内部晶振电压进行比较,从而调整控制芯片U1内部场效应管的栅极电压占空比的ON幅宽,以实行平均电流控制。
当LED负载电流减小时,电流检测端-IS电压减小,比较器U6与电流检测端-IS相连的一端的电压相对于基准电压减小的情况下,流经光耦OT1-B的电流减小,通过光耦OT1-A、OT1-B反馈到控制芯片U1的电流也减小,控制芯片U1内部场效应管的栅极电压占空比的ON幅宽变窄,电流峰值减小,从而形成相应的漏极电流峰值波形(漏极电流峰值与输入电压成比例),实现平均电流控制。
当LED负载电流增大时,即电流检测端-IS电压相对于比较器U6的基准电压增大的情况下,与前述动作正好相反,流经光耦OT1-B的的电流增大,通过光耦OT1-A、OT1-B反馈到控制芯片U1的电流也增大,控制芯片U1内部场效应管的栅极电压占空比的ON幅宽变宽,电流峰值增加,从而形成相应的漏极电流峰值波形(漏极电流峰值与输入电压成比例),实现平均电流控制。
对于本领域的技术人员来说,可根据以上描述的技术方案以及构思,做出其它各种相应的改变以及变形,而所有的这些改变以及变形都应该属于本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。

Claims (7)

1.一种LED驱动电源,其包括一比较器,一光耦部分,具有初级主绕组、次级主绕组、初级辅助绕组、次级辅助绕组的一变压器,以及与初级主绕组、初级辅助绕组相连的一控制芯片,所述次级主绕组通过一检测电阻与LED负载的电流检测端相连,检测电阻将电流检测端检测到的LED负载电流变化量转变为电压变化量,所述电压变化量通过比较器与一基准电压进行比较,比较器的输出通过光耦部分反馈到控制芯片的反馈回路功能控制脚,反馈回路功能控制脚上的电压与控制芯片的内部晶振电压进行比较,从而调整控制芯片内部场效应管的栅极电压占空比的幅宽以实行平均电流控制。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED驱动电源,其特征在于,所述光耦部分包括第一光耦OT1-A和第二光耦OT1-B,所述第一光耦OT1-A与电阻R11、电阻R12串联于控制芯片的第4脚与地之间,所述第二光耦OT1-B与电阻R30并联后再与电阻R29串联于5V电压与比较器的输出之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LED驱动电源,其特征在于,所述基准电压为参考电压REF通过电阻R23、电阻R24作用在电阻R25、电阻R26和电容C17上的电压。
4.根据权利要求1所述的LED驱动电源,其特征在于,所述LED驱动电源还包括一防电磁干扰部分,其包括输入交流一端连接保险丝F1一端,保险丝F1另一端接电阻R1和电容C1的一端,保险丝F1和电阻R1之间的节点连接共模电感L1的一个绕组,输入交流的另一端接电容C1的另一端,电容C1的另一端连接共模电感L1的另一绕组,共模电感L1连接整流桥BRG1输入端,整流桥BRG1的输出端接电阻R01一端,电阻R01另一端接电感L2,电感L2另一端接电容C2一端,整流桥BRG1输出端接电容C2的另一端。
5.根据权利要求1所述的LED驱动电源,其特征在于,所述控制芯片U1 第8脚内部集成场效应管的漏极,第1脚内部集成场效应管的源极,所述控制芯片U1第1脚接电阻R12一端,电阻R12另一端接地,控制芯片U1第1脚和第8脚并接电容C5,初级主绕组T1-A与电容C5串联形成谐振网络, 电容C5和控制芯片U1第1脚之间的连接点接电容C6一端,电容C6的另一端接控制芯片U1第3脚OCP功能端。
6.根据权利要求1所述的LED驱动电源,其特征在于,所述LED驱动电源还包括一防止准谐振误动作电路,其包括初级辅助绕组T1-B一端接电阻R7,另一端接电阻R12,电阻R7另一端接整流管D3,电阻R7和电阻D3连接点接二极管D4的阳极,二极管D4的阴极接电阻R9一端,电阻R9另一端接电容C7一端和二极管D5的阳极,电容C7另一端接电阻R12。
7.根据权利要求1所述的LED驱动电源,其特征在于,所述次级主绕组T1-D一端接二极管D2的阳极,二极管D2的阴极接电容C11的正极和电容C12、稳压管 Z3的一端,次级主绕组T1-D另一端接检测电阻R13 和二极管D57的阴极,二极管D57的阳极与LED负载的电流检测端-IS相连。
