技术领域
本发明涉及一种热力膨胀阀的膜盒感温系统,属蒸汽压缩式制冷系统中的热力膨胀阀节流技术领域,适用于各种热力膨胀阀,特别适用于转速可控型热泵系统中的双向热力膨胀阀。
背景技术
现有热力膨胀阀的膜盒感温系统,其充注的感温剂由相应的制冷剂组成,不但调节范围窄,且调节过程中易产生波动,导致制冷系统性能差,能效比低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种调节范围宽,调节性能好,结构简单的热力膨胀阀的膜盒感温系统。
本发明的热力膨胀阀的膜盒感温系统由膜盒、连接毛细管、感温管、充注工艺管及感温剂组成,其特征在于感温管内置有吸附剂,感温剂由相应的制冷剂和不可凝气体组成。
所述吸附剂为颗粒状,吸附剂上端设有过滤网及过滤网支架,感温管设有定位凸边。
所述不可凝气体,在0.5MPa表压和-30℃条件下仍为气态。
本发明热力膨胀阀的膜盒感温系统应用于转速可控型热泵系统中的双向热力膨胀阀,不但调节平稳,而且在各种压缩机转速和各种工况条件均能获得较好性能和较高的能效比。

1-膜盒、2-连接毛细管、3-感温管、3-1-定位凸边、4-颗粒状吸附剂、5-过滤网、6-过滤网支架、7-相应制冷剂和不可凝气体组成的感温剂、8-充注工艺管。
具体实施方式
将定量颗粒状吸附剂4注入感温管3内,然后将过滤网5及过滤网支架6置于颗粒状吸附剂4上端,通过专用工具在感温管3相应位置滚出定位凸边3-1,使颗粒状吸附剂4定位在感温管3下部,通过充注工艺管8充注由相应制冷剂和不可凝气体组成的感温剂7,最后封闭充注工艺管8,形成由膜盒1、连接毛细管2、带有定位凸边3-1的感温管3、颗粒状吸附剂4、过滤网5、过滤网支架6、由相应制冷剂和不可凝气体组成的感温剂7及充注工艺管8组成热力膨胀阀的膜盒感温系统。

Claims (3)

1.一种热力膨胀阀的膜盒感温系统由膜盒(1)、连接毛细管(2)、感温管(3)、充注工艺管(8)及感温剂(7)组成,其特征在于感温管(3)内置有吸附剂(4),感温剂(7)由相应的制冷剂和不可凝气体组成。
2.按权利要求1所述的热力膨胀阀的膜盒感温系统,其特证还在于所述吸附剂(4)为颗粒状,颗粒状吸附剂(4)上端设有过滤网(5)及过滤网支架(6),感温管(3)设有定位凸边(3-1)。
3.按权利要求1所述的热力膨胀阀的膜盒感温系统,其特证还在于不可凝气体,在0.5MPa表压和-30℃条件下仍为气态。
