背景技术
管道工人越来越多地使用挠性软管将设备连接至供水系统。一种常见的挠性软管是如下的挠性橡胶或塑料软管,这种软管被包覆以金属编织物,并具有被锻造至该软管的任一端以支持带有螺纹的联接构件的金属箍,所述带有螺纹的联接构件可以是带外螺纹或是带内螺纹的联接构件。在一种优选形式中,软管的任一端终止于带内螺纹的内螺纹联接构件,所述内螺纹联接构件的形式是内部带有螺纹的螺母,其被布置为与形成在配件上的端部凸缘自由旋转配合。相比于在较笔直的刚性金属或塑料管道中的工作,挠性管的使用使得软管的附接要容易许多。人们还经常需要将挠性软管附接至一龙头或开关阀。所述阀通常是一分立部件,其具有带螺纹的端部配件和用于开启或关闭该阀的手动操作杆。所述阀是体积相对较大的部件,当空间有限时,其安装较为困难。
对于以上问题的考虑催生了本发明。
发明内容
根据本发明,提供了一段挠性软管,该挠性软管带有被固定至其一端的可轴向旋转的内螺纹管接头,以及被固定至其另一端的开关阀,所述阀具有一出口,该出口终止于一可轴向旋转的内螺纹管接头。
所述开关阀优选地被永久固定至软管,以使该开关阀的最大宽度基本相同于或小于内螺纹管接头的宽度。在一个实施方案中,所述阀出口旋转过90°。所述开关阀被设计为通过将致动器旋转1/4圈来开启或关闭。优选地,所述阀致动器是螺钉头。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示出的,软管10包括一段被包覆以编织钢套12的橡胶或塑料软管11。箍20、21被锻造至软管的每一端13、14,所述箍稳固地啮合于软管的端部。在一个端部13,具有外部凸缘22和装有倒钩的柄23的金属端部配件24位于箍20内,并通过在箍上的锻造操作而被牢牢固定在箍20中。凸缘22啮合于六角螺母25的中央孔26的背面,以使螺母25与端部配件24自由旋转配合。端部配件24也具有一向前突出部27,在该突出部27上设置有一位于六角螺母25内的锥形垫圈28。这一常规的端部配件允许软管被简单地拧至外部带螺纹的突出部上,且所述锥形垫圈28确保了水密联接。
软管10的另一端14也具有一端部配件34,该端部配件34具有位于箍21内的装有倒钩的柄33,所述装有倒钩的柄将通过锻造操作被夹在箍内。柄33的前端与一个具有六角外表面41和外部带螺纹的部分43的空心联结器40结合在一起。该联结器拧入开关阀50中,并使用诸如LOKTITETM的胶合剂永久地固定于其内。所述开关阀50包括一个具有内部通道52的、环形横截面的加长外壳51。内部带螺纹的入口53与阀室54连通,该阀室54容纳具有轴向流动通道59的基本球形的阀55。所述阀55联接至一致动器56,该致动器56位于从外壳51径向延伸的空心套管57内。致动器的自由端具有一螺钉头58,在该螺钉头58被螺丝起子旋转1/4圈时,将所述阀旋转从而封闭流经轴向流动通道59的流体,或者开启流经轴向流动通道59的流体。

应注意到的是,阀的最大宽度不大于内螺纹端部配件的宽度,以使软管的总体积保持最小。两个内螺纹端部配件的自由旋转能力使得软管可以通过将内螺纹螺母旋转拧至外螺纹配件上,而被附接至外螺纹配件。
在图2示出的实施方案中,示出了类似的布置,其与图1的差别仅在于,单向阀50的外壳51被转过90°,且单向限流器60和内螺纹端部联结器63的轴线与软管10的轴线成90°。在所有其他方面,软管与结合图1所说明的软管相同。
图3示出包括单向限流器60和1/4圈开关阀50的联结器100。联结器100除下述特征以外与图2描述的联结器相同:联结器100的内部末端101具有一外部带有螺纹的外螺纹突出部102,其上可以固定一内部带螺纹的内螺纹螺母(未示出)。这一布置的有利之处在于,不需要旋转整个阀组件即能将联结器100附接至外螺纹突出部上。所述附接可以通过旋转在联结器的相对末端上的松配合的内螺纹螺母103而实现。
上述软管将两个部件组合为一个紧凑的、易于使用的单元。将小开关阀和单向限流器结合至带有可轴向旋转的内螺纹端部配件的编织挠性软管在管道工程业的领域被视为一个进步。

Claims (6)
1.一种挠性管道软管,其包括:
一段挠性软管,该挠性软管具有被固定至其一端的可轴向旋转的内螺纹管接头以及被固定至其另一端的开关阀,所述阀具有一出口,该出口终止于一可轴向旋转的内螺纹管接头。
2.根据权利要求1所述的软管,其中所述开关阀被永久固定至软管。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的软管,其中所述开关阀的最大宽度与内螺纹管接头的宽度基本相同,或者小于该内螺纹管接头的宽度。
4.根据前述任一项权利要求所述的软管,其中所述阀出口旋转过90°。
5.根据前述任一项权利要求所述的软管,其中所述开关阀被设计为通过将致动器旋转1/4圈来开启或关闭。
6.一种基本如此处结合附图所述的并如附图所示的挠性管道软管。
