Abstract
一种LED强光源流体巡回散热装置,属于LED功能照明光源,3-100W的LED1(12)LED2(13)分别安装于导热基座(10)上,导热基座(10)安装于散热基座(6)上,LED1(12)LED2(13)及控制电路组(8)的电源引线(14)通过电源引线通道(15)引出本装置与外电路衔接,前紧箍(9)和后紧箍兼进流疏导管(16)紧固在散热基座(6)和进流疏导叶片(5)上,透光护壳(11)密封安装于散热基座(6)上,控制电路组(8)安装于散热基座(6)的内腔。本发明可以切实有效地发挥LED的照明或方便有效的替换现有的高能耗低光效的强光源,实现LED高光效低能耗的节能照明。
Description
技术领域:本发明涉及LED功能照明光源,特别是一种LED强光源流体巡回散热装置。
背景技术:LED功能照明强光源散热至今是尚未妥善解决的世界性技术难题,以至于妨碍了LED功能照明作为强光源的应用。
发明内容:本发明的目的在于提供一种LED强光源流体巡回散热装置,使其可以切实有效地发挥LED的照明或方便有效的替换现有的高能耗低光效的强光源,实现LED高光效低能耗的节能照明。
本发明的构成:一种LED强光源流体巡回散热装置,由散热流体进流管、进流通道、出流管、出流通道、进流疏导叶片、散热基座、进流疏导槽、控制电路组、前紧箍、后紧箍兼进流疏导管、导热基座、透光护壳、LED1、LED2、电源线、电源线通道构成,其特征在于3-100W的LED1、LED2分别安装于导热基座上,导热基座紧同贴安装于散热基座上,LED1、LED2及控制电路组的电源引线通过电源引线通道引出本装置与外电路衔接;前紧箍和后紧箍兼进流疏导管紧固在散热座和进流疏导叶片上,透光护壳密封安装于散热基座上,控制电路组安装于散热基座的内腔。
本装置的各功能件横切面可以呈圆形、矩形或圆形和矩形相结合的型式。
本装置LED可以安装于导热基座的轴线上、横向小端面上、横向大端面上、周围面上、或两种及以上安装方式相结合。
本装置为单元,可由2-2000个单元构成矩阵。
与现有技术比较,本发明提供一种LED功能照明强光源的散热装置,使其可以切实有效地发挥LED的照明或方便有效的替换现有的高能耗低光效的强光源,实现LED高光效低能耗的节能照明。
附图说明:图1是本发明纵向剖视图(LED在导热座上轴心向安装式),图2是本发明纵向剖视图(LED在导热座上横向小端面安装式),图3是本发明纵向剖视图(LED在导热座大端面上安装式),图4是本发明纵向剖视图(LED在导热柱上周围安装式),图5是图1、图2、图3、图4的A-A剖视图。
图中1、进流通道,2、进流管,3、出流通道,4、出流管,5、进流疏导叶片,6、散热基座,7、进流疏导槽,8、控制电路组,9、前紧箍,10、导热基座,11、透光护壳,12、LED1,13、LED2,14、电源引线,15、电源引线通道,16、后紧箍兼进流疏导管。
具体实施方式:如图1-5所示,将3-100W的LED1 12、LED2 13分别安装于导热基座10的相应位置,再将导热基座10紧贴安装于散热基座6,使LED1 12、LED2 13工作所产生的热迅速传导于散热基座6,再将散热基座6体内的热由散热液体流经进流管2进流通道1进流疏导叶片5相间构成的进流疏导槽7到达散热基座6的散热腔并返流经出流管4出流通道3流出并带出散热基座6,使LED始终工作于安全可靠的温度范围内;LED12、LED13及控制电路组8的电源引线14通过电源引线通道15引出本装置与外电路衔接;前紧箍9和后紧箍兼进流疏导管16共同完成本装置散热基座6分体制造合体装配的紧固功能,当散热基座6整体制造时可省去前紧箍9;透光护壳11密封安装于散热基座6上,完成为LED光并对散热基座6内腔提供保护;控制电路组8安装于散热基座6的内腔,对本装置光电性能实施控制和保护。
本装置的横切面可以呈圆型、矩型或圆形和矩形结合形式,以本装置为单元,可由2-2000个单元构成矩阵。
Claims (4)
1.一种LED强光源流体巡回散热装置,由散热流体进流管、进流通道、出流管、出流通道、进流疏导叶片、散热基座、进流疏导槽、控制电路组、前紧箍、后紧箍兼进流疏导管、导热基座、透光护壳、LED1、LED2、电源线、电源线通道构成,其特征在于3-100W的LED1(12)LED2(13)分别安装于导热基座(10)上,导热基座(10)紧贴安装于散热基座(6)上,LED1(12)LED2(13)及控制电路组(8)的电源引线(14)通过电源引线通道(15)引出本装置与外电路衔接;前紧箍(9)和后紧箍兼进流疏导管(16)紧固在散热座(6)和进流疏导叶片(5)上,透光护壳(11)密封安装于散热基座(6)上,控制电路组(8)安装于散热基座(6)的内腔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED强光源流体巡回散热装置,其特征在于:本装置的各功能件横切面可以呈圆形、矩形或圆形和矩形相结合的型式。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LED强光源流体巡回散热装置,其特征在于:本装置LED可以安装于导热基座(10)的轴线上、横向小端面上、横向大端面上、周围面上、或两种及以上安装方式相结合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的LED强光源流体巡回散热装置,其特征在于:本装置为单元,可由2-2000个单元构成矩阵。
