Claims (6)
- 【权利要求1】一种发光二极管灯芯,具有由多颗发光二极管密集排列成片的发光单元和固定这些发光单元的一端封闭的筒形的支架,其特征在于:所述支架内设有一个供冷却介质进入的进质管,该进质管对应于所述支架封闭端的一端封闭,该进质管对应于所述发光单元的位置分布有多个供冷却介质的排出的出口;所述发光单元有多片,在相邻的所述发光单元之间,在所述支架以内,所述进质管之外的位置形成有通向所述支架开口的供冷却介质排出的出质通道。
- 【权利要求2】根据权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯芯,其特征在于:所述支架和所述进质管的横截面都呈矩形,所述发光单元有4片,它们分别装在支架的4个侧面上;在所述支架的开口端连接有冷却风机,该冷却风机的供风口与所述进质管接通,所述出质通道与所述支架外部连通。
- 【权利要求3】根据权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯芯,其特征在于:所述支架和所述进质管的横截面呈矩形,所述发光单元有4片,它们分别装在支架的4个侧面上;在所述支架的开口端连接有冷却风机,该冷却风机的供风口与所述进质管接通,在该冷却风机上设有与所述出质通道和所述支架外部连通的排气道,在该排气道内设有排气电扇。
- 【权利要求4】根据权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯芯,其特征在于:所述支架的侧面是由两个圆柱面形状的部分和两个横截面呈“冂”字形状的部分间隔围成,所述横截面呈“冂”字形状的部分凸起于所述圆柱面形状的部分;所述两个“冂”字形状的部分凸起的外侧面以及两个所述圆柱面形状的部分各装有一片所述发光单元;所述进质管的横截面呈圆形,该进质管外侧面对应于所述支架侧面凸起的部分设有多根出口管;在所述支架的开口端连接有冷却风机,该冷却风机的供风口与所述进质管接通,所述出质通道与所述支架外部连通。
- 【权利要求5】根据权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯芯,其特征在于:所述支架的侧面是由两个圆柱面形状的部分和两个横截面呈“冂”字形状的部分间隔围成,所述横截面呈“冂”字形状的部分凸起于所述圆柱面形状的部分;所述两个“冂”字形状的部分凸起的外侧面以及两个所述圆柱面形状的部分各装有一片所述发光单元;所述进质管的横截面呈圆形,该进质管外侧面对应于所述支架侧面凸起的部分设有多根出口管;在所述支架的开口端连接有冷却风机,该冷却风机的供风口与所述进质管接通,在该冷却风机上设有与所述出质通道和所述支架外部连通的排气道,在该排气道内设有排气电扇。
- 【权利要求6】根据权利要求2、3、4或5所述的发光二极管灯芯,其特征在于:所述冷却风机的进风口装有空气过滤材料层。
