本发明涉及一种建筑材料,尤其涉及一种用于预拌干混砂浆中所必须的外加剂。一种节能环保型预拌干混砂浆稠化剂,按重量百分比计该稠化剂由下列材料组成:膨润土尾矿30%~40%、沸石粉10%~15%、粉煤灰10%~15%、矿渣微粉10%~15%、氢氧化钙粉3%~8%、石膏粉3%~8%、淀粉醚1%~5%、木质素磺酸盐2%~5%、聚羧酸盐多元共聚物2%~4%。按设定配比,经电子计量,通过无重力双轴混和机机械搅拌均匀而成。该产品具有良好的抗流挂、保水、和易、减塑防渗性能。

一种节能环保型预拌干混砂浆稠化剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑材料,尤其涉及一种用于预拌干混砂浆中所必须的外加剂。
背景技术
随着国家经济建设的进一步发展,中国已成为世界工地,沉重的能源负担,严重的环境污染已成为制约我国可持续发展的突出问题,随着一些新型墙体材料在建筑工程中的大量使用,国家对建筑节能的高度重视,现场自拌砂浆已不能满足工程质量和施工要求。节能降耗发展建筑干粉已刻不容缓,符合国家可持续发展策略,被国家列为重点开发和鼓励发展的项目之一,节能环保型砂浆稠化剂,是为使预拌干混砂浆的推广使用而研发的一种砂浆外加剂,以改善砂浆保水性、和易性、耐久性、可操作性。
现有自拌建筑砂浆有水泥砂浆、混合砂浆。水泥砂浆保水性、和易性差,水泥用量大,易空鼓、开裂。为改善操作性能在现场添加化学保水剂(主要是纤维素醚),或掺加引气类材料(石灰王等),这些材料都会在砂浆拌合物中产生汽泡,降低砂浆强度,易渗水,耐冻融差,影响建筑物耐久性。石灰混合砂浆以石灰为保水增稠材料,耐水性差,不能用于±00线以下,且石灰生产消耗大量能源,大气污染、温室气体排放严重。目前现场自拌砂浆中使用的保水增稠材料,大都会影响建筑物质量和使用寿命。
发明内容
为了解决现有自拌建筑砂浆存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种节能环保型预拌干混砂浆稠化剂,该稠化剂使砂浆具有良好的和易性,减塑、防渗、抗流挂性,在建筑工地可实施机械化喷涂,减轻建筑工人劳动强度,缩短施工工期。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明采用了以下的技术方案。
一种节能环保型预拌干混砂浆稠化剂,按重量百分比计该稠化剂由下列材料组成:
膨润土尾矿  30%~40%      沸石粉       10%~15%
粉煤灰      10%~15%      矿渣微粉     10%~15%
氢氧化钙粉  3%~8%        石膏粉       3%~8%
淀粉醚      1%~5%        木质素磺酸盐 2%~5%
聚羧酸盐多元共聚物2%~4%。
作为优选,上述的稠化剂按重量百分比计该稠化剂由下列材料组成:
膨润土尾矿  30%~40%      沸石粉       10%~15%
粉煤灰      10%~15%      矿渣微粉     10%~15%
氢氧化钙粉  5%             石膏粉       5%
淀粉醚      1%~5%        木质素磺酸盐 2%~5%
聚羧酸盐多元共聚物2%~4%。
作为优选,上述的膨润土尾矿的粒度为200目以下,胶质价达到15~20。
作为优选,上述的石膏粉采用磷石膏、氟石膏和脱硫石膏中的一种或多种混合。
作为优选,上述的矿渣微粉的比表面积为360㎡/㎏以上。
本发明的节能环保型预拌干混砂浆稠化剂,各材料按设定配比,经电子计量,通过无重力双轴混和机机械搅拌均匀而成的干粉料。
在本发明中,各种材料所起的作用如下:
1、膨润土尾矿,具有一定的保水性、触变润滑性、分散悬浮性,满足砂浆的施工性能;
2、沸石粉,其中所含活性二氧化硅与水泥水化产物生成胶凝物质,提高砂浆强度;
3、粉煤灰, 为膨润土尾矿提供Al3+,提高砂浆触变性,粉煤灰细度较细,且具有活性,在碱性激发下提高砂浆强度及抗渗性能;
4、矿渣微粉, 为膨润土尾矿提供锰、铁等离子产生络合反应增加触变润滑性,提高砂浆强度和耐久性;
5、氢氧化钙粉,使粉煤灰在碱性激发下,增强活性与强度;
6、石膏粉,其中的三氧化硫与矿渣微粉产生激发强度,利用石膏水化的微膨胀性补偿硬化收缩,防止产生收缩裂缝,调节凝结时间;
7、淀粉酶,增加保水性,抗流挂性;
8、木质素磺酸盐,减少砂浆需水量,增加流动性,减少砂浆收缩;
9、聚羧酸盐多元共聚物,与木质素磺酸盐复配弥补单一使用的缺陷,提高与水泥适应性。
在本发明中,膨润土尾矿来自高禹镇膨润土提炼企业免费取用,其余材料均为市场采购。
采用上述材料制造的节能环保型砂浆稠化剂,具有良好的抗流挂、保水、和易、减塑防渗性能。因此本发明的砂浆稠化剂具有下列优点。
一、本发明符合JG/T164-2004《砌筑砂浆增塑剂》标准要求,满足最新《预拌砂浆》GB/T25181-2010标准预拌砌筑、抹灰、地面砂浆的各项性能指标。
二、本发明与传统的石灰类、引气类外加剂相比具有粘结强度提高,耐水、抗冻融性能好。
三、本发明具有良好的减塑、防渗、耐久性能。
四、本发明具有抗流挂性,泵送性,可实施机械化喷涂。
综上所述,本发明的节能环保型预拌干混砂浆稠化剂,是一种预拌干混砂浆生产外加剂,使砂浆具有良好的和易、减塑、防渗、抗冻性能,提高建筑物的耐久性;良好的抗流挂性、泵送性,在建筑工地可实施机械化喷涂,减轻建筑工人劳动强度,提高了使工效率;充分使用膨润土尾矿,促进了废资源综合利用。
具体实施方式
一种节能环保型预拌干混砂浆稠化剂,按重量百分比计该稠化剂的各材料组分:膨润土尾矿40%,沸石粉15%,粉煤灰15%,矿渣微粉13%,氢氧化钙粉5%,石膏粉5%(可用工业副产石膏:磷石膏、氟石膏、脱硫石膏),淀粉醚3%,木质素磺酸盐2%,聚羧酸盐多元共聚物2%。按设定配比,经电子计量,通过无重力双轴混和机机械搅拌均匀后进行包装或散装入库。
本发明的具体使用方法如下。
现场搅拌的建筑砂浆,可将本发明的节能环保型砂浆稠化剂在加水搅拌前加入,与水泥砂等其它材料一起加水搅拌3~5分钟即可。节能环保型砂浆稠化剂在建筑砂浆中的用量为2~3%。
预拌干混砂浆工厂生产普通干混砂浆时,将本发明的节能环保型砂浆稠化剂运送到预拌干混砂浆工厂原料库里,按不同砂浆品种砂浆配合比设定比例,经电子计量进入混和设备进行搅拌,搅拌时间在2分钟以上,以保证产品质量。砂浆稠化剂在普通干混砂浆中的掺量为1.5~2.5%。
为证明本发明的可靠性,发明人对本发明节能环保型砂浆稠化剂的各项性能指标进行了检测,检测方法和依据:《建筑砂浆基本性能试验方法》JGJ/70-2009,JG/T164-2004《砌筑砂浆增塑剂》,《预拌砂浆》GB/T25181-2010标准。结果如下:

1.一种节能环保型预拌干混砂浆稠化剂,其特征在于按重量百分比计该稠化剂由下列材料组成:
膨润土尾矿  30%~40%      沸石粉       10%~15%
粉煤灰      10%~15%      矿渣微粉     10%~15%
氢氧化钙粉  3%~8%        石膏粉       3%~8%
淀粉醚      1%~5%        木质素磺酸盐 2%~5%
聚羧酸盐多元共聚物2%~4%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能环保型预拌干混砂浆稠化剂,其特征在于按重量百分比计该稠化剂由下列材料组成:
膨润土尾矿  30%~40%      沸石粉       10%~15%
粉煤灰      10%~15%      矿渣微粉     10%~15%
氢氧化钙粉  5%             石膏粉       5%
淀粉醚      1%~5%        木质素磺酸盐 2%~5%
聚羧酸盐多元共聚物2%~4%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种节能环保型预拌干混砂浆稠化剂,其特征在于膨润土尾矿的粒度为200目以下,胶质价达到15~20。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种节能环保型预拌干混砂浆稠化剂,其特征在于石膏粉采用磷石膏、氟石膏和脱硫石膏中的一种或多种混合。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种节能环保型预拌干混砂浆稠化剂,其特征在于矿渣微粉的比表面积为360㎡/㎏以上。
