Description

通用触摸屏键盘
本申请是PCT国际申请号为PCT/FR2006/001025、PCT国际申请日为2006年5月9日、中国国家申请号为200680037387.1的、题为“通用触摸屏键盘”的发明专利申请的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有多功能触摸屏的(膝上或台式)计算机的键盘,它能够以惯常、惬意和卫生的方式使用计算机。
背景技术
常规地用于所有需要计算机的工业或家居领域的目前标准的机械式键盘是具有击键噪声的传统键盘,尽管已作出许多人类工程学的改进。
键之间的间隙是全部种类细菌和微生物的真正的聚集点并且难以清除。在经常不允许使用计算机或将其使用限制至最小程度的所有无菌场所(绝尘室、医院场所等)以及在由若干人使用计算机的对公众开放的地点(互联网咖啡吧、自助服务终端等),这会引起严重的问题。
当前标准的机械式键盘在出厂时被完全编程并配置并定义每个键的位置或功能而没有修改的可能。因此AZERTY键盘无法被转换成QWERTY键盘;必须完全更换键盘。如果用户想要用拉丁语之外的语言工作也必须如此。具有特定字符的每种语言(俄语、阿拉伯语、中文等)具有其自己的键盘,因此用若干语言工作的人们必须拥有相同数量的键盘。
当前标准的机械式键盘受到极为严格的功能限制。当需要添加例如直接因特网接入的新功能时,则需要添加新键。或多或少从长远上考虑,这些键的添加会受到键盘本身尺寸的限制。
今日使用的标准机械式键盘存在另一问题:不能在黑暗的无灯光室内使用,由于键变得无法辨认。
当前标准的常用机械式键盘具有一个并只有这一个功能:允许我们在我们的计算机上键入数字、字母和符号。
发明内容
根据本发明的键盘能够弥补上面列出的全部缺陷,并且甚至能添加新的功能。具体地说,本发明根据其第一特征包括:具有轻质量并且强韧、发光、在颜色上具有良好分辨率,其上显示标准基本键盘、不是使用数字键而是使用快捷健访问其它功能(鼠标、数字键盘、计算器、图形输入板、直接访问某些程序等)的触觉面板的屏幕。所列出的功能不是穷尽的而可以随着本领域内的未来新技术和辅助产品的出现而增加。
换句话说,根据本发明一个方面的目的提议是一种触摸式屏幕键盘,其包括:具有发光的、带颜色显示的并能够显示基本标准键盘的触觉面板的屏幕,并且用于快速访问到各种功能的键能藉由相应的界面被显示在所述触觉面板屏幕上。
优选地,所述功能包括鼠标功能、和/或数字键功能、和/或计算器功能和/或图形输入板功能和/或计算机中的机载软件程序(对其而言键盘是专用的)和/或电话功能。
自然,任何其它的功能也能以无限制的方式被构思出。
由于没有机械键而产生的免除(relief)空缺使其被安静地使用,但也能对每个键上的发音进行编程(具有较高或较低音量或旋律的“键鸣”)。
换句话说,键适合于在使用期间被编程为“音效开启”或“音效关闭”。
免除空缺和使用的材料使这种键盘成为一种卫生的键盘。微生物的温床不复存在并且使清洁工作相当方便:一张简单的婴儿湿巾就足够了。
由于用于这种键盘的屏幕是具有很好分辨率的发光屏幕,因此用户可在所有光线贫乏以及通常不可能不借助外部光源地使用计算机的室内使用这种键盘。
除了常规的传统键盘功能,这种触摸屏键盘包括传统机械式键盘不具有的其它功能(图形输入板、鼠标、电话等能够能),这些功能是根据用户的特定要求完全可编程的。
另外,根据一个实施例,所述界面可由用户完全编程以满足他的要求。
优选地,触摸屏键盘能显示AZERTY、QWERTY、拉丁语或西里尔字母键盘或者是具有专门字符的另一键盘,并包括无需关掉所述键盘连接的计算机而从一种键盘变至另一种键盘的装置。
因此易于在一个或相同的文档上以若干不同的语言工作。
根据一个实施例,触摸屏键盘包括允许用户锁住他的键盘以对其进行清洁工作的保护键。
优选地,触摸屏键盘包括读取和识别指纹的区域。
根据具体的实施例:
-触摸屏键盘可直接包含在膝上计算机内,在这种情形下它是为其正确工作所提供的计算机电池。
触摸屏键盘仅就其总体形状而言类似于常用的机械式键盘并经由使其不仅能传送数据还能对其供电的缆线连接于桌面计算机。
触摸屏键盘仅就其总体形状而言类似于常用的机械式键盘并经由远程蓝牙或红外线连接装置连接于桌面计算机,在这种情形下,由主电源充电的小型电池为其提供电源。
触摸屏键盘包括一个或多个USB端口、防火墙等,使其能够将可移动盘、摄像机等直接连接于键盘。

具体实施方式
参照这些附图,触摸屏键盘从其整体形式上说包括出厂时直接安装于膝上计算机2的触摸屏幕1,而不是标准机械式键盘。
标准触摸屏键盘包括内置在标准键盘机身4内的触摸屏幕1,作为当前使用的机械键的代替。键盘机身4可包括USB端口以使USB键6或鼠标等、SD读卡器7、一个或多个声音输入/输出、集成式麦克风以及主要用于图形输入板的指示笔的容纳体直接连接于键盘。根据市场需要和未来技术趋向也可构思出其它的附件。
标准触摸屏键盘1、4藉由特定的用于供电和数据传送的连接装置或连接器5连接于中央处理器。连接器5或者被直接安装在计算机的主板上或者在PCI端口上安装的专用板上或为此目的专门在主板上设计的任何其它新端口上,或者被直接安装在作出相应修改的计算机图形卡上。这种触摸屏键盘还可经由远程蓝牙连接、WI-FI等连接于中央处理单元,在这种情形下触摸屏键盘可直接由主电源分别地供电或由可充电电池供电。
触摸屏键盘的接口可由并行于键盘设计的软件程序而驱动,可以有许多个并可适应每个用户的需要而变化。
键盘界面、触摸屏键盘的主界面不构成限制地包括直接访问其它界面的快捷键。当界面激活时,相应键变色,从而向用户指示该接口当前正被使用。
除此以外,还可枚举出激活主键盘界面的键盘键9、用其“复制”、“粘贴”、“剪切”、“打开”、“查找”等功能激活鼠标界面的鼠标键10,这些功能与传统的普通三按钮鼠标的相同。
键11使其能够访问计算器功能,它可根据用户的要求被编程为标准基础计算器或科学计算器。
某些快捷健被预留成自由的以允许用户根据他的需求对它们编程。因此它们可以被转换成直接访问某些应用的键,例如“Photoshop(注册商标)”12、“Quark(注册商标)”13、“Illustrator(注册商标)”14,然后显示用于该应用的所有工具,即使是出现在计算机15上的所有“Microsoft(注册商标)”应用,然而可根据每个用户的要求专门用于其它应用。
出现在键盘上的PERSO键16也可被定制并随后显示用户定制的键盘(改变字母位置、字母顺序、特殊字符等)。
其它键允许直接访问计算机的某些常用功能。因此,存在用于直接访问因特网的Explorer键17、与电话耳机关联的电话键18,它显示与标准传统电话以相同方式使用的电话界面但也提供连接到公司电话安装终端的可能性。
图形输入板键19,许多图形和二维程序的主要部件,也允许快速写入的手写字符的识别,即使在通过电子邮件发送的文档底部插入手写签名也是如此。
设置或工具键20允许用户直接在键盘上配置他键盘的所有参数而不需要经过计算机。不过这种配置是通过计算机上的软件实现的。
由于能够直接从拉丁键盘切换至中文键盘然后再到俄语键盘等并且不必关闭计算机和连接新的键盘,语言键21提供新的功能。
多媒体键22直接访问声音的调节、视频均衡器并且可以访问一小型虚拟钢琴,甚至是与适当软件配合使用的视频/音频混合控制台。
电子邮件键23在被编程后可允许用户经由“Outlook”(注册商标)或经由其它发消息软件程序来直接访问他的邮件。
保护键24允许用户锁住他的键盘以进行清洁工作。然而,通过引入指纹读取区域,可识别用户并由此最大限度地保护计算机。同样,打印识别软件程序可包含在与触摸屏键盘伴随的配置软件中,从而保护硬盘上的文件夹。
其它键和功能在将来也可包含在键盘中,这是没有限制的,并且这是根据业内的需要和技术发展而作出的。
作为一个非限制的实例,集成式触摸屏键盘可具有30cm的长度尺寸和15cm的宽度尺寸,而标准触摸屏键盘具有40cm的长度尺寸和14cm的宽度尺寸。然而这些尺寸适应出现在市场上并且安装于其上的各种硬件配置并且适应客户的具体需要。
根据本发明的触摸屏键盘填补了传统信息技术(机器领域)和自然工作方法(人类领域)之间的鸿沟,由于其包括许多允许用户象使用纸张那么容易地使用他的计算机的功能。用户具体可在他的计算机上用自动誊写手工做笔记,签署他的电子邮件文档以批准它们并执行许多其它的事情而不会感到不安。
根据本发明的触摸屏键盘,通过其提供的多种功能,使得膝上计算机用户更为方便和快速地工作,他们不再需要携带鼠标、图形输入板、数字键盘等,他的计算机如今将他的所有功能组合在一台机器内。
根据本发明的触摸屏键盘,尽管其能力是根据每个用户的需要而被完全编程的,然而它也适用于所有以惯常方式使用计算机的人,不管是个人水平还是职业水平。

Claims (12)

1.一种触摸屏键盘,其特征在于,其包括发光的、具有彩色显示并能够显示基本标准键盘以及快速访问经由各相应界面显示在触觉面板的屏幕上的诸多功能的键的触觉面板的屏幕(1)。
2.如权利要求1所述的触摸屏键盘,其特征在于,所述功能包括鼠标功能和/或数字键功能和/或计算器功能和/或图形输入板功能和/或计算机中所述键盘对其专用的机载软件程序和/或电话功能。
3.如权利要求1或2任何一项所述的触摸屏键盘,其特征在于,一个键在其使用时适于被编程为“音效开启”或“音效关闭”。
4.如前面任何一项权利要求所述的触摸屏键盘,其特征在于,所述界面可由用户编程以适应他的需要。
5.如前面任何一项权利要求所述的触摸屏键盘,其特征在于,所述触摸屏键盘能够显示AZERTY、QWERTY、拉丁或西里尔字母键盘或者是具有专门字符的另一键盘,并包括无需关闭与所述键盘连接的计算机而从一种键盘改变成另一种键盘的装置。
6.如前面任何一项权利要求所述的触摸屏键盘,其特征在于,其包括允许用户锁住他的键盘以进行清洁工作的保护键。
7.如权利要求6所述的触摸屏键盘,其特征在于,还包括读取和识别指纹的区域。
8.如前面任何一项权利要求所述的触摸屏键盘,其特征在于,所述触摸屏键盘能被直接包含在膝上计算机(2)中,或直接包含在传统键盘机身(4)内。
9.如权利要求8所述的触摸屏键盘,其特征在于,所述触摸屏键盘能直接藉由膝上计算机电池或藉由计算机电源供电,或单独从主电源或由可充电电池供电。
10.如权利要求9所述的触摸屏键盘,其特征在于,其与所连接的计算机的连接是藉由既用于供电又用于数据传送的特定连接装置(5)完成的,所述连接装置或者被直接安装在计算机主板或安装在(例如)PCI端口的特定板子上或为此目的设计的其它端口上,或者被直接安装在作出相应修改的计算机图形卡上。
11.如权利要求9所述的触摸屏键盘,其特征在于,其与所连接的计算机的连接是远程连接并且其中所述键盘被直接从主电源供电或从可充电电池供电。
12.如前面任何一项权利要求所述的标准触摸屏键盘(1、4),其特征在于,包括允许可移动盘、摄像机直接连接到键盘的一个或多个USB端口、防火墙、红外线、wi-fi连接(8)、SD读卡器(7)、一个或多个声音输入/输出、集成式麦克风和扬声器以及指示笔(3)的容纳体。
