泡沫护肤霜
本发明涉及一种可用于伤口护理以及用于应激皮肤(stressed skin)的护理、镇静和预防性治疗的泡沫护肤霜。该泡沫护肤霜旨在根据需要用于局部应用，并且特别(但不仅仅)用于足部护理领域，以预防和治疗真菌病，特别是在脚癣以及神经性皮炎的情况下。
皮肤是人类机体功能最多样化的器官并因此需要多样化的护理。伤口护理本身是自然的生物过程。根据本发明的泡沫护肤霜适用于伤口护理，用于在伤口愈合过程中防止并发症、感染或延误，以及用于最佳的愈合美容结果。
任何伤口愈合的目的都是功能性和美容性的完全修复(恢复原状)。迄今为止，现有技术的护理产品没有完全达到该目的。
在足部领域中，伤口愈合通常特别困难。真菌疾病可消极影响愈合过程或由伤口助长。
糖尿病足的治疗是另一个实例。典型的症状包括具有裂隙和皲裂形成的干燥皮肤，以及如发炎、溃疡等伴随症状。
抗菌金属银在护理产品中的用途以一般方式描述于现有技术中。
国际申请WO 2006/003481公开了具有药剂和/或美容剂的油性泡沫的制备。其中建议使用金属银。
德国专利申请103 40 277涉及一种具有金属银的个人护理产品。同一申请人还提交了德国专利申请103 40 276，其中公开了一种具有金属颗粒的个人护理产品，在特定环境下释放银离子或锌离子。
现有技术中也描述了金属银用于治疗神经性皮炎的用途：
日本申请1994-62 85 131披露了一种用于治疗神经性皮炎的沐浴精，其由具有银、铜和锌或其组合的多孔陶瓷基质组成。
日本申请2002-22 63 83描述了一种用于治疗神经性皮炎的局部制剂，其尤其包含0.1～10重量％的由银、磷酸三钙、氧化锌和二氧化硅制成的抗菌陶瓷材料。
德国专利申请103 42 258涉及一种用于治疗神经性皮炎的抗菌局部制剂，所述制剂在具有糊状稠度(pasty consistency)的细粒硫酸钡基质中具有纳米级元素银。
欧洲专利申请1 685 824涉及一种尤其用于治疗异位性皮炎的美容制剂，其由元素银、电解质和疏水颗粒组成。

国际申请WO 2002/09729727和相应的欧洲专利EP 1303283公开了银纳米晶在用于治疗过度增生型皮肤病的局部制剂中的用途。
本申请的申请人Neubourg Skin Care GmbH & CO.KG提交了德国实用新型申请20 2006 014 258.4、20 2006 004 676.3和202 06 983.4并描述了包含脲的泡沫护肤霜和护肤产品。
一段时间以来，已知使用克霉唑作为广泛的杀真菌剂。Bayer AG于19世纪60年代末研发了活性剂。目前大多数制剂都不是处方药且可作为普通药品获自不同的生产商。
长期以来，就已经使用泛醇(也被称作羟泛酸)来促进皮肤的伤口愈合。泛醇增加皮肤的保湿能力，具有护理性能且增加皮肤的弹性。其支持皮肤细胞的新生并由此促进皮肤细胞的再生。而且，泛醇还能缓解发痒并具有消炎性能。泛醇被局部施用，自从1944年以来以商标名Bepanthen

有两种泛醇对映体，D-对映体和L-对映体。仅有D-泛醇(也称作右泛醇、D(+)-泛醇或D(+)-羟泛酸)是生物活性的。根据本发明，优选使用D-泛醇，然而也可使用L-泛醇或不同对映体的混合物。
羟基积雪草苷是积雪草的浓缩提取物并且长期以来已知可用于伤口愈合。也已知月见草油的医学用途，尤其用于治疗神经性皮炎。鳄梨油被用于化妆品和制药产业。
本发明的目的是制备一种特别适用于皮肤和伤口护理的泡沫护肤霜。
此外，本发明的目的是提供一种适用于预防和治疗真菌病、脚癣等的泡沫霜。
类似地，本发明的目的是提供一种适用于预防和治疗神经性皮炎和类似皮肤病的泡沫霜。
通过如下说明书和权利要求中详细记载的泡沫护肤霜实现所述目的。
泡沫制剂的优点在于其在皮肤上易于铺展。泡沫稠度感觉为舒适并且产品通常提供舒适的皮肤感觉。特别地，泡沫的物理结构对皮肤的保护功能起积极作用。泡沫是需要特别调节泡沫组分的复杂的物理物质。泡沫通常通过喷射乳液制剂或水性表面活性剂-(稳定剂-)溶液获得。
施用之后，根据本发明的泡沫制剂具有稳定的两相或多相的多分散结构，其在皮肤上形成类似于膜的网络结构。这样的网络结构的优点在于其提供例如与水接触时的保护功能，但允许与环境进行不受阻碍的气体交换。当使用这类泡沫时，几乎不阻碍出汗，因此不存在热积累。因此，保护和护理功能的有利特性与未改变的皮肤呼吸相结合。
根据本发明的泡沫霜包含微银并优选包含泛醇。其优选与一种或多种药物和/或美容活性添加剂一起使用。其特征在于活性剂的特别有利的、迄今未知的结合。特别地，用于伤口愈合的天然产品和常规活性剂的特别有用的结合迄今是未知的。
除微银和泛醇之外，优选的实施方案还包含被称作羟基积雪草苷的天然产品。泛醇和羟基积雪草苷的伤口愈合功效通过使用微银得以完善达到迄今未知的程度。此外，具有微银的制剂允许皮肤的抗菌和/或抗真菌治疗。微银的高度多孔结构阻止渗透入皮肤更深层(这可能是毒性问题)。
除微银、泛醇和羟基积雪草苷之外，特别优选的实施方案还包含脲。脲使得角质层的水合能力提高，并因此改善其他组分的功效。该实施方案特别(但不仅仅)适用于在足部领域中的应用。
除微银、泛醇和羟基积雪草苷之外，另一实施方案还包含月见草油。泛醇和羟基积雪草苷的伤口愈合功效由月见草油完善，以获得特别(但不仅仅)适用于治疗神经性皮炎的护理产品。
另一优选的实施方案包含微银、泛醇、克霉唑和鳄梨油。促进伤口愈合的试剂与杀真菌的克霉唑和微银的组合导致对于治疗真菌敏感性的皮肤特别有效的制剂。所述制剂还特别适用于治疗或防止脚癣。
泡沫霜是在推进剂的帮助下通过喷射包含在合适容器/剂型中的乳液而形成的气溶胶。因此，泡沫霜制剂通常包含乳液和推进剂。合适的推进剂尤其是丙烷和丁烷的混合物，其允许加压的混合物形成泡沫气泡。特别地，存在分散油相的膨胀，其中油溶性气体溶解于所述分散油相中。

实施例：
在合适的公知装置中制备根据本发明的用于足部领域的泡沫霜。除说明书中提及的组分之外，优选使用现有技术中描述的长链酯类、醇类和羧酸类以及常用产品之一以防止过量出汗。以下制剂是本发明的特别优选的实施方案之一。

Claims (17)

1.一种包含水性乳液和推进剂的用于提供泡沫护肤霜的制剂，其特征在于，所述乳液包含微银。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制剂，其中向所述乳液中加入泛醇和/或一种或更多种美容和/或药物活性剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的制剂，其中所述药物和/或美容活性剂包含羟基积雪草苷。
4.根据权利要求2所述的制剂，其中所述药物和/或美容活性剂包含羟基积雪草苷和脲。
5.根据权利要求2所述的制剂，其中所述药物和/或美容活性剂包含鳄梨油和克霉唑。
6.根据权利要求2所述的制剂，其中所述药物和/或美容活性剂包含月见草油和羟基积雪草苷。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的制剂，其中所述乳液包含0.01～1重量％的微银和0.2～20重量％的泛醇。
8.根据权利要求4所述的制剂，其中所述乳液包含0.01～1重量％的微银、0.2～20重量％的泛醇和0.5～20重量％的脲。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的制剂，其具有5.0～8.0的pH值。
10.一种泡沫护肤霜，其可通过喷射根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的制剂获得。
11.根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的制剂用于预防和/或治疗皮肤真菌病，特别是脚癣的用途。
12.根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的制剂用于护理真菌敏感性皮肤的用途。
13.根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的制剂用于预防和/或治疗神经性皮炎和类似皮肤病的用途。
14.根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的制剂用于预防和/或治疗皮脂腺毛囊疾病、终端毛囊疾病和毳毛囊疾病(粉刺)的用途。
15.根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的制剂用于治疗糖尿病足的用途。
16.根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的制剂用于伤口护理的用途。
17.根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的制剂用于护理伤口边界以及用于护理伤口边缘的用途。
