Abstract
一种通过将包含a)草甘膦或至少一种其可农用盐、衍生物或混合物,和b)至少一种提高耐雨水冲刷性的除草组分B或至少一种其可农用盐、衍生物或混合物的组合物施用于不希望的植物、作物、作物种子或其他作物繁殖器官而提高草甘膦的耐雨水冲刷性的方法。
Description
本发明涉及一种提高草甘膦(glyphosate)或其盐或其盐的混合物的耐雨水冲刷性(rainfastness)。
草甘膦及其盐在农业、工业和休养领域中广泛用作除草剂。它们通常以配制产品的形式通过喷雾于待保护或防治植物的叶子上而施用。
然而,该类组合的可靠性强烈依赖于天气条件。草甘膦以及尤其是其盐具有较高的水溶性且缓慢渗透到蜡状叶表面中。因此草甘膦易于被雨水或喷灌从叶子表面冲掉。由于草甘膦在土壤中实际上没有除草活性,因此其效力因该冲洗而显著降低。因此在草甘膦使用中的常见问题是若在施用之后不久降雨则其效力会降低。因此,克服该问题的方法应提高草甘膦的“耐雨水冲刷性”。已经公开了通过使用特殊助剂或配制助剂而提高草甘膦的耐雨水冲刷性的方法(例如参见WO 95/16351、WO 97/00010)。然而,已知草甘膦配制剂的耐雨水冲刷性并不令人满意,因为它们在施用后需要至少6小时内没有雨水以达到最佳杂草防治潜力。在施用后2小时内发生降雨可能要求重新施用草甘膦。
惊人的是现已发现施用包含草甘膦和至少一种提高耐雨水冲刷性的除草组分B的组合物有效提高了草甘膦的耐雨水冲刷性。
本发明因此涉及一种通过将包含如下组分的组合物施用于不希望的植物、作物、作物种子或其他作物繁殖器官上而提高草甘膦的耐雨水冲刷性的方法:
a)草甘膦或至少一种其可农用盐、衍生物或混合物,和
b)至少一种提高耐雨水冲刷性的除草组分B或至少一种其可农用盐、衍生物或混合物。
本发明进一步涉及一种除草组合物,其以1∶50-50∶1的比例包含草甘膦或至少一种其可农用盐、衍生物或混合物和嘧啶肟草醚(saflufenacil)或至少一种其可农用盐或混合物。
草甘膦[N-(膦酰甲基)甘氨酸的通用名]是众所周知的非选择性内吸除草剂,其例如描述于US 3,799,758和US 4,4505,531中。草甘膦例如由Monsanto以商标名RoundupTM和TouchdownTM市购。草甘膦还可以以其可农用盐如草甘膦二铵盐(glyphosate-diammonium)[69254-40-6]、草甘膦异丙铵盐(glyphosate-isopropylammonium)[38641-94-0]、草甘膦单铵盐(glyphosate-monoammonium)[40465-66-5]、草甘膦钾(glyphosate-potassium)[70901-20-1]、包雷多(glyphosate-sesquisodium)[70393-85-0]、草硫膦(glyphosate-trimesium)[81591-81-3]的形式得到和销售。优选草甘膦以其单铵盐、二铵盐、异丙基铵盐或三甲基锍盐(trimesium)形式使用。
术语“提高耐雨水冲刷性的除草组分B”表示除草活性组分B(除草剂B),其能够提高草甘膦或其一种或多种可农用盐、衍生物或混合物的耐雨水冲刷性,优选当它们与草甘膦或其一种或多种可农用盐、衍生物或混合物一起,例如同时或依次施用时。
下文提到的本发明优选实施方案各自单独或组合是优选的。
优选提高耐雨水冲刷性的除草组分B选自下组:
B.1原卟啉原-IX氧化酶抑制剂(PPO抑制剂)
B.2光系统I抑制剂(PS I抑制剂)
B.3光系统II抑制剂(PS II抑制剂)
优选的提高耐雨水冲刷性的除草组分B是除草化合物B.1,其选自原卟啉原-IX氧化酶抑制剂(PPO抑制剂)。PPO抑制剂是具有基于在植物中抑制叶绿素生物合成中的关键步骤的作用模式且属于HRAC分类系统的E组(参见HRAC,除草剂根据作用模式的分类,http://www.plantprotection.org/hrac/MOA.html)的化合物。

更优选PPO抑制剂选自B.1.1、B.1.2、B.1.3和B.1.4组。

合适的PSII抑制剂选自:

哒嗪酮类除草剂(B.3.4)例如包括溴杀草敏(brompyrazon)、杀草敏(chloridazon)、敌米达松(dimidazon)、氟哒草(metflurazon)、达草灭(norflurazon)、杀草敏(oxapyrazon)和比达农(pydanon)。优选的哒嗪酮类除草剂是杀草敏。
苯基氨基甲酸酯类除草剂(B.3.5)例如包括异苯敌草(desmedipham)、敌克草(phenisopham)、苯敌草(phenmedipham)和乙苯敌草(phenmedipham-ethyl)。
腈类除草剂(B.3.6)例如包括糠草腈(bromobonil)、溴苯腈(bromoxynil)、羟敌草腈(chloroxynil)、敌草腈(dichlobenil)、碘草腈(iodobonil)和碘苯腈(ioxynil)及其盐和酯,尤其是在溴苯腈、羟敌草腈和碘苯腈的情况下。优选的腈类除草剂为溴苯腈。
苯并噻二嗪酮类除草剂(B.3.7)包括噻草平及其盐,尤其是其碱金属盐如噻草平钠。
甲氧基三嗪类和甲硫基三嗪类除草剂(B.3.8)例如包括阿特拉通(atraton)、杀草净(dipropetryn)、醚草通(methometon)、扑灭通(prometon)、密草通(secbumeton)、西玛通(simeton)、甲氧去草净(terbumeton)、莠灭净(ametryne)、叠氮津(aziprotryne)、硫草净津(cyanatryn)、敌草净(desmetryne)、戊草津(dimethametryne)、盖草津(methoprotryne)、扑草净(prometryn)、西草净(simetryn)和去草净(terbutryn)。优选甲硫基三嗪类除草剂,例如莠灭净、叠氮津、硫草净津、敌草净、戊草津、盖草津、扑草净、西草净和去草净。优选的甲硫基三嗪类除草剂为莠灭净。

-B.3.2,尤其是六嗪同、苯嗪草和/或赛克津,

在这些除草剂抗性或耐受性作物中,本发明方法和组合物可以用于在作物出苗后杀灭和防治不希望的植物。因此,本发明的另一特殊实施方案涉及一种在除草剂耐受性或抗性作物中,尤其是在对草甘膦具有耐受性或抗性且任选另外复合有对至少一种其他除草剂,尤其是至少一种下列除草剂的耐受性或抗性的农作物中防治不希望的植物的方法:植物生长素如麦草畏(dicamba),ALS抑制剂,尤其是咪唑啉酮类,PPO抑制剂,优选PPO抑制剂。在该特殊实施方案中,该组合物可以在农作物出苗之后用于杀灭以及防治不希望的植物。
在特殊实施方案中,本发明方法和组合物用于在耐受除草剂的农作物中,尤其是在具有草甘膦耐受性或抗性且另外复合有对至少一种其他除草剂,尤其是至少一种下列除草剂的耐受性或抗性的农作物中防治不希望的植物:植物生长素如麦草畏,ALS抑制剂,尤其是咪唑啉酮类,PPO抑制剂,优选PPO抑制剂。
在本发明的该特殊方法中,本发明方法和组合物可以在具有除草剂耐受性或抗性的农作物种植或出苗之前施用至少一次,以有效杀灭不希望的植物,并且还可以在具有除草剂耐受性或抗性的农作物出苗之后施用该组合物。
若将本发明方法和组合物用于农作物,即如果它们在作物出苗之后施用于农作物的田间,则可以使用对杀灭所述的施用方法和施用率。若活性成分不能被某些农作物良好耐受,则可以使用其中借助喷雾设备喷雾除草组合物以使它们在达到生长在下面的不希望植物的叶子或裸露的土壤时尽可能少地(若有的话)接触敏感农作物的叶子的施用技术(后引导,最后耕作程序)。然而,该类方法通常不必要且组合物可以简单地在上方施用(OTT)。
例如,包含草甘膦或其可农用盐或衍生物和至少一种除草的化合物B.1,优选除草剂B1.1.,最优选嘧啶肟草醚的组合物尤其可用于在田间杀灭,其中应种植耐受草甘膦且还耐受除草剂的组分B,优选PPO抑制剂的作物,如玉米、卡诺拉、小麦、大豆或向日葵。该类组合物还尤其可用于在种植了甘蔗的田间杀灭,其中甘蔗为常规甘蔗或甘蔗耐受草甘膦并任选复合有对除草的组分B,优选PPO抑制剂的耐受性。这些组合物还可以用于在具有草甘膦耐受性并复合有PPO抑制剂耐受性的作物中在作物出苗后防治不希望的植物。
例如,包含草甘膦或其可农用盐或衍生物和PPO抑制剂除草剂的组合物尤其可用于在常规作物如玉米、小麦、大豆、向日葵和甘蔗以及具有草甘膦耐受性并任选复合有PPO抑制剂耐受性的作物的田间杀灭。
例如,包含草甘膦或其可农用盐或衍生物和PPO抑制剂除草剂的组合物尤其可用于在常规玉米和甘蔗作物以及具有草甘膦耐受性并任选复合有其他除草剂耐受性的该类作物的田间杀灭。这些组合物还可以用于在作物出苗后在该类作物中防治不希望的植物。
本发明方法和组合物尤其可用于所谓的杀灭程序,尤其是种植前杀灭程序,即在作物种植或出苗前将本发明组合物施用于其中要种植作物的场所。
因此,本发明还涉及一种在作物中杀灭处理不希望的植物的方法,包括在作物种植或出苗前,优选在不希望的植物出苗过程中和/或之后对其中要种植作物的场所施用:
a)草甘膦或至少一种其可农用盐、衍生物或混合物,和
b)至少一种提高耐雨水冲刷性的除草组分B或至少一种其可农用盐或混合物。
在本发明的杀灭处理中,可以额外将至少一种如上所定义的其他除草剂D与草甘膦和提高耐雨水冲刷性的除草组分B一起施用。术语“一起施用”包括同时和依次施用。同样,施用该组合物不一定意味着草甘膦、除草剂B和任选D必须作为单一配制剂或作为桶混物施用。相反,该组合物包括草甘膦以及除草剂B和任选D的单独配制剂,它们可以作为单一的桶混物施用或者经由单独的施用装置施用。在任何情况下,可以同时或依次施用至少草甘膦、除草剂B和一种或多种任选的除草剂D。

用于本发明组合物中的活性成分通常可以作为纯物质和作为配制剂得到。
配制剂除了活性成分或组合物外还含有至少一种有机或无机载体材料。配制剂还可以含有需要的话一种或多种表面活性剂和需要的话一种或多种常用于作物保护组合物的其他助剂。
活性成分(草甘膦、除草组分B以及任选组分C和D中的至少一种)可以联合或分开配制。
尽管可能,但不必将草甘膦、除草的组分B以及任选组分C和D中的至少一种配制在单一配制剂中。通常将草甘膦和除草的组分B以及任选组分C和D中的至少一种在施用前作为桶混物合并。然而还可以提供除草的组分B以及任选组分C和D中的至少一种的预混物并将该预混物与草甘膦合并。

在2或多包装配制剂的情况下,在施用前混合含有除草的组分B的配制剂和含有草甘膦的配制剂以及任选一个或多个含有一种或多种组分C的配制剂。优选以桶混物进行该混合,即在紧临用水稀释之前或用水稀释之时混合各配制剂。
在各配制剂中,活性成分和任选其他活性物以悬浮、乳化或溶解形式存在。配制剂可以呈水溶液、粉末、悬浮液,还有高度浓缩的水性、油性或其他悬浮液或分散体,水乳液、含水微乳液、含水悬浮乳液、油分散体、糊、粉剂、撒播用材料或颗粒形式。

增稠剂(即赋予配制剂以改性的流动性能,即静止状态下的高粘度和运动状态下的低粘度的化合物)的实例是多糖如黄原胶(Kelco的 23(Rhone Poulenc)或(R.T.Vanderbilt),以及有机和无机层状矿物如(Engelhardt)。
可以加入杀菌剂来稳定含水除草配制剂。杀菌剂的实例是基于双氯酚和苄醇半缩甲醛的杀菌剂(ICI的或Thor Chemie的RS和Rohm&Haas的MK),以及异噻唑啉酮衍生物如烷基异噻唑啉酮类和苯并异噻唑啉酮类(Thor Chemie的Acticide MBS)。
防冻剂的实例是乙二醇、丙二醇、尿素或甘油。

为了制备乳液、糊或油分散体,可以借助润湿剂、增粘剂、分散剂或乳化剂将活性成分(草甘膦、除草的组分B和任选组分C和D中的至少一种)直接或溶于油或溶剂之后在水中均化。或者还可以制备由活性物质、润湿剂、增粘剂、分散剂或乳化剂以及需要的话,溶剂或油组成的浓缩物,这些浓缩物适于用水稀释。
粉末、撒播材料和粉剂可以通过将草甘膦、除草的组分B和任选组分C和D中的至少一种与固体载体混合或一起研磨来制备。
颗粒如包衣颗粒、浸渍颗粒和均质颗粒可以通过使活性成分与固体载体粘附而制备。
本发明配制剂包含提高耐雨水冲刷性有效量的本发明组合物。活性成分在配制剂中的浓度可以在宽范围内变化。配制剂通常包含1-98重量%,优选10-60重量%活性成分(草甘膦、除草的组分B和任选其他活性成分的总和)。活性成分以90-100%,优选95-100%的纯度(根据NMR光谱)使用。
活性成分以及本发明组合物例如可以按如下配制:
1.用水稀释的产品
A水溶性浓缩物
将10重量份活性化合物(或组合物)溶于90重量份水或水溶性溶剂中。作为替换,加入润湿剂或其他助剂。活性化合物在用水稀释时溶解。这得到活性化合物含量为10重量%的配制剂。
B分散性浓缩物
将20重量份活性化合物(或组合物)溶于70重量份环己酮中并加入10重量份分散剂如聚乙烯吡咯烷酮。用水稀释得到分散体。活性化合物含量为20重量%。
C可乳化浓缩物
将15重量份活性化合物(或组合物)溶于75重量份有机溶剂(如烷基芳烃)中并加入十二烷基苯磺酸钙和蓖麻油乙氧基化物(在每种情况下5重量份)。用水稀释得到乳液。该配制剂的活性化合物含量为15重量%。
D乳液

E悬浮液
在搅拌的球磨机中将20重量份活性化合物(或组合物)粉碎并加入10重量份分散剂和润湿剂以及70重量份水或有机溶剂,得到细碎活性化合物悬浮液。用水稀释得到稳定的活性化合物悬浮液。该配制剂的活性化合物含量为20重量%。
F水分散性颗粒和水溶性颗粒
将50重量份活性化合物(或组合物)细碎研磨并加入50重量份分散剂和润湿剂,借助工业装置(例如挤出机、喷雾塔、流化床)将其制成水分散性或水溶性颗粒。用水稀释得到稳定的活性化合物分散体或溶液。该配制剂的活性化合物含量为50重量%。
G水分散性粉末和水溶性粉末
将75重量份活性化合物(或组合物)在转子-定子磨机中研磨并加入25重量份分散剂、润湿剂和硅胶。用水稀释得到稳定的活性化合物分散体或溶液。该配制剂的活性化合物含量为75重量%。
H凝胶配制剂
在球磨机中混合20重量份活性化合物(或组合物)、10重量份分散剂、1重量份胶凝剂和70重量份水或有机溶剂而得到精细悬浮液。用水稀释得到活性化合物含量为20重量%的稳定悬浮液。
2.不经稀释而施用的产品
I粉剂
将5重量份活性化合物(或组合物)细碎研磨并与95重量份细碎高岭土充分混合。这得到活性化合物含量为5重量%的撒粉粉末。
J颗粒(GR,FG,GG,MG)
将0.5重量份活性化合物(或组合物)细碎研磨并结合99.5重量份载体。此时常见方法是挤出、喷雾干燥或流化床方法。这得到活性化合物含量为0.5重量%的不经稀释而施用的颗粒。
K ULV溶液(UL)
将10重量份活性化合物(或组合物)溶于90重量份有机溶剂如二甲苯中。这得到活性化合物含量为10重量%的不经稀释而施用的产品。
含水使用形式可以通过添加水由乳液浓缩物、悬浮液、糊、可湿性粉末或水分散性颗粒制备。
此外可能有益的是单独或与其他除草剂结合施用本发明组合物,或者以与其他作物保护试剂的混合物形式,例如与防治害虫或植物病原性真菌或细菌的试剂一起施用本发明组合物。还令人感兴趣的是与用于治疗营养和痕量元素缺乏的无机盐溶液的溶混性。还可以添加其他添加剂如非植物毒性油和油浓缩物。
对于本发明方法和混合物,本发明上述优选实施方案的定义必须理解为单独或相互组合时均是优选的。

术语“提高耐雨水冲刷性的除草组分B”表示能够提高草甘膦的耐雨水冲刷性的除草活性组分B,或一种或多种其可农用盐、衍生物或混合物,优选当与草甘膦或一种或多种其可农用盐、衍生物或混合物一起施用时。
草甘膦的耐雨水冲刷性的提高经由包含草甘膦和相应的提高耐雨水冲刷性的除草组分B的混合物以及单独的除草组分与以不同时间间隔模拟降雨相关的除草活性而测定。
由本发明方法和组合物以及单独的除草组分所引起的损害的评价使用与未处理对照地块相比为0-100%的评分进行。这里0表示没有损害,而100表示相应杂草或作物品种的植株完全受损。
使用带有空气加压且喷雾罐体积为2升的固定喷雾系统进行施用。调节喷雾装置对植株喷雾的速度以使喷雾体积为200l/ha。喷雾装置为具有4个Teejet XR 11002VS型喷嘴且各喷嘴间隔50cm的喷雾桶。

Claims (8)
1.一种通过将包含如下组分的组合物施用于不希望的植物、作物、作物种子或其他作物繁殖器官上而提高草甘膦的耐雨水冲刷性的方法:
a)草甘膦或至少一种其可农用盐、衍生物或混合物,和
b)至少一种提高耐雨水冲刷性的除草组分B或至少一种其可农用盐、衍生物或混合物。
2.根据权利要求1的方法,其中所述提高耐雨水冲刷性的除草组分B选自原卟啉原-IX氧化酶抑制剂。
3.根据权利要求1或2的方法,其中所述提高耐雨水冲刷性的除草组分B为至少一种式I的苯基尿嘧啶类除草剂或至少一种其可农用盐:

R1选自基团炔丙氧基、烯丙氧基、异丙氧基、C(=O)NHSO2NR3R4、C(=O)N-NR3R4、C(=O)O-CR3R5-C(=O)-OR7、C(=O)O-R4、C(=O)O-CHR5-C(=O)NHSO2NR3R4、NHSO2NR3R4、SO2NHC(=O)NR3R4、CH2-CH(Cl)CO2-R6和式OC(CH3)2-C(=O)-OR7的基团;
R2为氢、氟或氯;
R3为氢或C1-C4烷基;
R4为C1-C4烷基;
R5为氢或C1-C4烷基;
R6为氢或C1-C4烷基或可农用阳离子;和
R7为C1-C4烷基、炔丙基或烯丙基。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项的方法,其中所述提高耐雨水冲刷性的除草组分B为嘧啶肟草醚。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项的方法,其中将所述组合物施用于小麦、大麦、黑麦、小黑麦、硬粒小麦、稻、玉米、甘蔗、高粱、大豆、豆类作物、花生、向日葵、糖用甜菜、土豆、棉花、芸苔属作物、草皮、葡萄、仁果、核果、柑橘、咖啡、开心果、花园观赏植物、球茎观赏植物、洋葱、大蒜、针叶树和落叶树、干菜豆、香蕉、菠萝、椰子、芒果、鳄梨、番石榴、桉树、刺槐、橡胶树、棕榈树、可可、柿子、牧草、坚果树、腰果树和桃子棕榈的作物。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项的方法,其中所述农作物由于基因工程或育种而耐受一种或多种除草剂、由于基因工程或育种而耐受一种或多种病原体如植物病原性真菌或者由于基因工程或育种而耐受昆虫侵袭。
7.根据权利要求1-6中任一项的方法,其中在作物种植之前或出苗之前将所述组合物施用于要种植作物的场所以对作物中的不希望植物进行杀灭处理。
8.一种除草组合物,其以1∶50-50∶1的比例包含草甘膦或至少一种其可农用盐、衍生物或混合物以及嘧啶肟草醚或至少一种其可农用盐或混合物。
