Abstract

本发明公开了一种激光打印机的显影装置,包括设置于硒鼓内的感光鼓及表面能够附着磁性碳粉的显影辊,其特征在于:所述感光鼓内设有一条或多条永磁体,附着在显影辊表面的磁性碳粉能够通过永磁体作用附着于感光鼓表面,且感光鼓与显影辊的间距d为0<d<0.4mm。本发明的感光鼓内设置了至少一条永磁体,附着在显影辊表面的磁性碳粉能够通过永磁体附着于感光鼓表面。因此本结构的显影装置中显影辊及感光鼓不必接触就能够实现显影,避免了相互接触所带来的磨损和大的转动扭矩,同时降低了各部件的制造精度从而也降低了制作成本,提高了打印品质。

激光打印机的显影装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种激光打印机的硒鼓,特别是一种硒鼓中的显影装置。
背景技术
接触式显影方式是激光打印的其中一种主要的显影方式。三星和兄弟等激光打印机大多采用了这种显影方式,惠普、佳能等彩色打印机也采用了此种技术。
以三星为例,通常有一个较大的粉仓,内用搅拌架把碳粉连续不断地输送给送粉辊,由于显影辊必须靠送粉辊连续转动把碳粉送到其上面。因此送粉辊多用有一定阻值的多孔材料做成。当给送粉辊以约-500v的电压时,即能使碳粉感生出负电性。显影辊多为金属芯胶辊,有很大的体电阻,给其施以-300v的电压时,供粉辊上的带电碳粉就会转移到相对电位高的显影辊上来。弹性金属刮刀与显影辊保持极小的间隙,它也被施以一个交变电压,可以在不断的震荡中使碳粉激活并将其刮成均匀的很薄的一层。而感光鼓在充电辊-1400V高压作用下能得到- 800V的表面电压,曝光后图形部分电位降至–50V(这是残余电位),而非图形部分(白区)仍保持–800V电位,显影辊上约– 300V的墨粉被–800V排斥,却能被- 50V吸引而显像,此即显影过程。这种显影方式要求感光鼓与显影辊直接接触,对感光鼓的损伤较大,转动扭矩也大,同时各部件精度要求高导致制作成本高,打印品质也不稳定。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种扭矩小,工作稳定性高,成本低的激光打印机的显影装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
激光打印机的显影装置,包括设置于硒鼓内的感光鼓及表面能够附着磁性碳粉的显影辊,其特征在于:所述感光鼓内设有至少一条永磁体,附着在显影辊表面的磁性碳粉能够通过永磁体作用附着于感光鼓表面, 且感光鼓与显影辊的间距d为0<d<0.4mm。
感光鼓与显影辊的间距d为0.2mm。
所述显影辊可为橡胶辊。
所述显影辊可为铝辊。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的感光鼓内设置了至少一条永磁体,附着在显影辊表面的磁性碳粉能够通过永磁体附着于感光鼓表面。因此本结构的显影装置中显影辊及感光鼓不必接触就能够实现显影,避免了相互接触所带来的磨损和大的转动扭矩,同时降低了各部件的制造精度从而也降低了制作成本,提高了打印品质。

具体实施方式
参照图1,本发明公开了一种激光打印机的显影装置,包括设置于硒鼓内的感光鼓1及表面能够附着磁性碳粉3的显影辊2,感光鼓1内设有至少一条永磁体4,附着在显影辊2表面的磁性碳粉3能够通过永磁体4作用附着于感光鼓1表面,且感光鼓与显影辊的间距d为0<d<0.4mm。
如图所示,于本实施例中,感光鼓1内设有一条永磁体4,该永磁体4位于感光鼓1内的正下方,上述位置仅仅是本实施例的一个优选位置,当然该永磁体4也可位于感光鼓1内能够吸引磁性碳粉3的其它位置,感光鼓1的正下方设置有显影辊2,感光鼓1与显影辊2的间距为0.2mm,当然,在本发明中感光鼓1与显影辊2的间距为可以为0到0.4mm中的任一数值,显影辊2采用了橡胶辊,显影辊2的下方还设有一个送粉辊5及粉仓6,粉仓6内装有磁性碳粉3,硒鼓内设有一与显影辊2接触的弹性金属刮刀。
以下是本发明的另一实施例,该实施例与上一个实施例不同之处在于,显影辊2采用了铝辊,与显影辊2接触的可为弹性金属刮刀,当然金属刮刀只是本结构中的优选,该结构也可用弹性橡胶刮刀。
当然,上述仅仅是对部分实施例进行了图示和描述,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,比如说本发明的显影辊2还可以采用磁辊等。
本装置的工作过程如下:磁性碳粉3通过送粉辊5从粉仓6吸附到显影辊2上,与显影辊2接触的刮刀将磁性碳粉3刮成均匀的很薄的一层并使磁性碳粉3带上电荷,在显影辊2的上加有一个值为300左右电压,此电压能够保证带电的磁性碳粉3能够吸附到显影辊2表面,防止”飞粉”的情况发生。
当磁性碳粉3被显影辊2带动到一定的位置时,受感光鼓1内固定不动的永磁体4的吸引从而克服显影辊上电场力的约束跳到感光鼓1表面,因感光鼓表面非图形区具有很高的、且电性与磁性碳粉所带电荷电性相同的电荷,其与磁性碳粉所带电荷相互间会产生很大的排斥力从而抵消了永磁体与磁性碳粉产生的磁场力,而使磁性碳粉不能吸附在感光鼓表面非图形区;但曝光后的图形区的电压很低,所产生的电场力无法克服磁场力的作用,因而磁性碳粉3在感光鼓1转动的过程中能够均匀吸附在感光鼓1表面的图形区形成显影。
上述只是对本发明的一些优选实施例进行了图示和描述,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,只要其以基本相同的手段达到本发明的技术效果,都应属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (4)

1.激光打印机的显影装置,包括设置于硒鼓内的感光鼓及表面能够附着磁性碳粉的显影辊,其特征在于:所述感光鼓内设有至少一条永磁体,附着在显影辊表面的磁性碳粉能够通过永磁体作用附着于感光鼓表面, 且感光鼓与显影辊的间距d为0<d<0.4mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的激光打印机的显影装置,其特征在于:感光鼓与显影辊的间距d为0.2mm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的激光打印机的显影装置,其特征在于:所述显影辊可为橡胶辊。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的激光打印机的显影装置,其特征在于:所述显影辊可为铝辊。
