Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种螺纹件(特别涉及所用的螺纹系统),该螺纹件通过植入物的螺纹孔与植入物连接,以便密封或封闭植入物或将植入物与诸如假体装置的外部零件连接。
背景技术
植入物是安装在患者骨中且其最终功能是实现假体的连接的零件。为了实现这一点,植入物通常具有与螺钉大致相同的形状,其带有头部和螺纹末端。螺纹末端设计成与骨连接,而头部为这样的区域:假体和安装植入物的外科手术中包括的其它零件在该区域中连接。植入物也设有螺纹孔,该螺纹孔设计成能够实现与螺纹件的连接,所述螺纹件用于封闭或密封植入物或允许植入物与诸如假体的外部零件连接。例如,所述螺纹件可为假体螺钉、封闭件螺钉、植入物支承螺钉、愈合基台(pilar de cicatrización)、跨上皮部件(transepithelial)等。
现有技术中通常使用的螺纹件包括紧固系统(例如凹槽或腔体)、柱形螺纹体部和非螺纹柱形末端。非螺纹柱形末端具有与螺纹体部相比略小的直径,其用途是帮助开始将螺纹件插入植入物的螺纹孔内。
本发明旨在提供更容易插入植入物的螺纹孔内的备选螺纹件。应当注意的是,用于封闭或密封植入物或用于将植入物与诸如假体装置的外部零件连接的螺纹件通常一旦已被安装在患者的骨中就与植入物连接,并且所述连接必须在很小的空间内进行。因此,通常难以实现将所述零件插入植入物内,并且有时外科医生甚至可能掉落螺纹件,从而使外科手术更加复杂并增加了患者的额外风险。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种螺纹件,该螺纹件设计成与植入物的螺纹孔连接,其中该螺纹件包括螺纹体部,其特征在于,该螺纹体部包括主螺纹区域,该主螺纹区域以宽度渐减的螺纹末端结束。设置成宽度渐减的螺纹末端的螺纹与主区域的螺纹相同或与植入物的螺纹相容。换句话说,当将一个螺纹引导到另一螺纹内时不存在阻碍。用设置成宽度渐减的螺纹末端代替常规的非螺纹柱形末端具有两个有利效果:由于设置成宽度渐减的螺纹末端具有渐减的宽度,即使当螺纹件以很明显的角度进入孔时,螺纹件的末端也可被更容易地插入螺纹孔内;而且,由于其有螺纹,所以螺纹件的末端可在主螺纹区域被旋拧到螺纹孔内之前被旋拧到螺纹孔内,其结果是螺纹件在其被旋入时趋于自行顺直。相反地,常规的螺纹件在被插入孔内时必须更顺直地定位并且在主螺纹区域不再接触植入物的螺纹孔的螺纹之前不能开始旋拧;如果两个螺纹未成一线则它们甚至可能卡住。
根据本发明的螺纹件可为假体螺钉、封闭件螺钉、植入物支承螺钉、愈合基台、跨上皮部件等。

具体实施方式
图1示出根据本发明的螺纹件的一个实施例,其设计成与牙植入物的螺纹孔连接。在此实施例中,螺纹件为设计成与植入物连接以控制外科手术后软组织的生长的愈合基台(1)。愈合基台(1)包括头部(2)和螺纹体部(3)。螺纹体部(3)包括主螺纹区域(4),该主螺纹区域接以设置成宽度渐减的螺纹末端(5)。设置成宽度渐减的螺纹末端(5)的螺纹优选与主螺纹区域(4)的螺纹相同;换句话说,两个区域(4、5)之间的螺纹是连续的。或者,设置成宽度渐减的螺纹末端(5)的螺纹可不同于主螺纹区域(4)的螺纹,前提是该螺纹末端的螺纹与植入物的螺纹相容(换句话说,前提是当将主螺纹区域(4)的螺纹插入植入物的螺纹孔(7)的螺纹中时不存在阻碍)。
在图中所示的情形中,主螺纹区域(4)为柱形,尽管也可设想其它形状。
在本实施例中,设置成宽度渐减的螺纹末端(5)呈锥形。该方案提供了更简单因此更廉价的制造方法,同时保证了适当的性能。
图2示出常规的愈合基台。常规的愈合基台(11)包括头部(12)和螺纹体部(13)。螺纹体部(13)包括主螺纹区域(14)和非螺纹柱形末端(15),该非螺纹柱形末端与主螺纹区域(14)相比直径略小。
图3A至图3F示出将图1的愈合基台(1)引导到植入物(6)的螺纹孔(7)内的次序,植入物(6)以截面示出。如该次序的图3B所示,愈合基台(1)能够以相对于植入物(6)的纵向轴线(8)成很明显的角度进入,即使这样,设置成宽度渐减的螺纹末端(5)仍开始旋拧到螺纹孔(7)的内螺纹中。随着愈合基台(1)被旋转,该愈合基台借助于设置成宽度渐减的螺纹末端(5)的锥形形状逐渐顺直,直到最终如可在图3C中看出的和在图3D中更清楚地看出的,主螺纹区域(4)开始旋拧。
图4A至图4C示出将图2的常规的愈合基台(11)插入植入物(6)的螺纹孔(7)内的次序,植入物(6)以截面示出。如图4B所示,当以较高的倾斜度插入常规的愈合基台(11)时,主螺纹区域(14)未旋拧到植入物(6)的螺纹孔(7)内。常规的愈合基台(11)需被进一步顺直,如图4C所示,从而使主螺纹区域(14)可开始旋拧到螺纹孔(7)内。
换句话说,如可通过对比图3B与图4C看出,根据本发明的愈合基台(1)能够以比常规的愈合基台(11)高得多的倾斜度旋拧到植入物(6)的螺纹孔(7)内。因此,根据本发明的愈合基台(1)远比常规的愈合基台(11)更容易插入植入物(6)的螺纹孔(7)内。这是非常重要的优点,特别是注意到:愈合基台必须与位于患者口中的植入物连接,这很难实现,其通常是一个很难解决的步骤。
图5示出本发明的第二实施例。在此情形中,该零件为愈合基台(1),其中,设置成宽度渐减的螺纹末端(5)为呈曲线的。
虽然图中所示的本发明的螺纹件应用于牙植入物,但其可应用于牙植入物和其它类型的植入物。
Claims (5)
1.一种用于与植入物(6)的螺纹孔(7)连接的零件(1),其中,所述零件(1)包括螺纹体部(3),该螺纹体部设计成被旋拧到所述螺纹孔(7)中,其特征在于,所述螺纹体部(3)包括主螺纹区域(4)和设置成宽度渐减的螺纹末端(5),所述设置成宽度渐减的螺纹末端(5)的螺纹与所述植入物(6)的所述螺纹孔(7)的螺纹相容。
2.根据权利要求1所述的零件(1),其特征在于,所述主螺纹区域(4)为柱形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的零件(1),其特征在于,所述设置成宽度渐减的螺纹末端(5)整体或部分呈锥形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的零件(1),其特征在于,所述设置成宽度渐减的螺纹末端(5)整体或部分地为呈曲线的。
5.根据权利要求1所述的零件(1),其特征在于,所述设置成宽度渐减的螺纹末端(5)的螺纹与所述主螺纹区域(4)的螺纹相同。
