球头节
本发明涉及一种具有外壳和球轴颈的球头节,其中,外壳上开有一个轴颈开口,而球轴颈带有一个球形活节,并借助于球形活节可活动地安置在外壳中,同时它还经轴颈开口从外壳中伸出。
对于活节经常会提出这样的要求,即要通过它实现摇摆运动,尤其要能获得一个在空间上实现摆动的单自由度导轨。球头节为此最好具有三个旋转自由度,但对其中的两个自由度必须有目的地加以约束。为实现摇摆运动,可示例性地应用这样一种球头节,即在该球头节的球形活节表面设置有两个相互独立的凹槽,而在凹槽中嵌入有两根固定安置于活节外壳上的销或滚柱。这两个凹槽迫使球形活节在设定的轨迹内运动,从而使与球形活节相连的零件产生所期望的空间运动。
然而,这种方案的成本很高,因为用铣削和在有可能的情况下用磨削制出凹槽,以及生产和安装导向销,其花费都很大。此外,双-强制导向对制造公差有高的要求。
由此可得出本发明的任务在于,提出一种可对球头节的球轴颈进行强制导向的方法,而且这种方法特别考虑到大批量生产时的低成本问题。
按照本发明,该任务将通过如同权利要求1所述的球头节得以解决。本发明的优选改进在从属权利要求中给出。
按照本发明的特别是用在汽车上的球头节,具有一个开有轴颈开口的外壳和一个带球形活节的球轴颈,球轴颈通过球形活节可运动地,尤其是可旋转和可摆动地,支承在外壳上,并经轴颈开口从外壳中伸出。其中,球形活节具有一个不平的规则面,该规则面与安置在外壳上的支撑件相互接触。
通过规则面与支撑件的相互作用,可对球轴颈产生强制导向,也就是对球轴颈的运动自由度进行限制。规则面的造型优选地限定了一个空间上的运动路径,当球轴颈沿其自身纵轴被动转动或者主动转动时,球轴颈可沿该路径主动或被动地运动。通过规则面的造型,可特别地使球轴颈绕其纵轴的转动与球轴颈绕至少一根其它轴(摆动轴)的侧向偏转之间产生相关性,其中,摆动轴处于相对球轴颈纵轴倾斜或与之垂直的位置。优选至少有一根摆动轴与球头节的纵轴相交,而交点优选落在球形活节的中心。特别地,规则面与支撑件的相互作用,迫使球轴颈在绕其自身纵轴旋转时产生侧向偏转。规则面可通过比如冷冲压方法制得,这种方法在大批量生产时的成本很低。规则面在数学上可被特别理解为这样一个平面,即它可通过某条直线在空间的运动获得(见I.N.Bronstein和K.A.Semendjajew的《数学袖珍本》第25版,1991年,B.G.Teubner出版社,斯图加特,第605页)。
对球轴颈运动自由度的补充限制,或是对球轴颈的额外强制导向,可通过附加的导向装置实现,该导向装置对球轴颈进行导向,特别是强制其处于一个设定的运动轨迹上。附加的导向装置特别用于对球轴颈可能产生的侧向偏转进行限制,并可示例性地由滑槽构成,且球轴颈经滑槽向外伸出。附加的导向装置优选由轴颈开口构成。附加的导向装置或轴颈开口优选设计成稍带长形,特别是椭圆形,这在成本上相对较低。通过轴颈开口,以及通过规则面与支撑件之间的相互作用,球轴颈的空间运动被优选地限定在一个运动轨迹上,尤其是用于实现摆动。
球轴颈优先具有一个与球形活节固定连接的轴颈,其中,规则面被示例性地设置在球形活节的背离轴颈的那一侧上。特别地,规则面构成球轴颈的背离轴颈的端面或端侧面。规则面优选与球轴颈的纵轴近似垂直,这里,“近似”的概念主要是考虑到规则面并不是平的。按照某个结构设计,球形活节在其高度的大约2/3处被削平,并在削平处制成规则面。在形成规则面之前,切削面优选为平面,并与球轴颈的纵轴垂直。规则面特别是具有一个环绕的边缘,该边缘优选围绕或环绕球轴颈的中心纵轴。
在外壳和球轴颈之间优选安置有一个保护-或密封褶皱件,它可阻止污染物和湿气进入球头节内部。球轴颈的轴颈部分被特别设计成螺纹轴颈。
规则面与支撑件之间的接触区域优选为线形,并特别地落在一条直线上。从而可实现球轴颈的最佳导向,因为从数学角度看规则面可由直线在空间的运动得到。支撑件优选与外壳固定连接,和/或支承在外壳上面。按照某个结构形式,支撑件被设计成支承在外壳中的销。支撑件的侧面优选沿某条直线或表面直线(Mantelgerade)与规则面相接触。特别地,支撑件被可转动地支承在外壳上,从而可使摩擦减小。可转动的支承方式可示例性地借助于至少一个滚针轴承套实现。此外,支撑件特别地以可绕其纵轴旋转的方式支承在外壳上。
按照某个设计形式,球头节具有一个锁紧机构,借助该锁紧机构,球轴颈可在其运动轨迹的末端被或可以被锁紧。为此,球形活节特别具有至少一个横向孔,在该横向孔中至少有一个锁紧球被可移动地进行引导,而锁紧球嵌入或可以嵌入到在外壳上设置的锁紧内凹中。一旦锁紧球嵌入锁紧内凹中,球形活节就被锁紧在外壳上。锁紧球优选用弹簧进行预紧,特别是沿外壳或锁紧内凹方向预紧,从而在达到端点位置时可自动锁紧。
按照某个进一步的设计形式,在球轴颈上设置有优选相对横向孔倾斜或垂直的纵向孔,在纵向孔中以弹性方式支承有一个解锁销,该解锁销将或可以将锁紧球压入锁紧内凹中。通过解锁销沿克服弹簧力的方向运动,锁紧球沿锁紧内凹方向的预紧力将被去除,从而球头节将被解锁,球轴颈则可从端点位置移动出来。
因此,球轴颈的强制导向不是通过球形活节球面上的凹槽实现,而是按照本发明通过一个规则面得以实现,而规则面被特别设置在背离轴颈的球端面上。球体优选在球高度的大约2/3处被削平,并在被削平处形成规则面。规则面迫使球轴颈在其旋转过程中产生侧向摆动。可使用销作为规则面的对立面或支撑件,而销被支承在外壳上,并只通过其表面直线与球形活节相接触。从而,特别是球形活节垂直于销轴线的摆动将被阻止。此外,为了减小摩擦,销还可通过滚针轴承套支承在外壳上。优选由椭圆形的外壳开口实现对球轴颈的第二个或额外的导向。
按照另一个设计方案,球头节可增加一个锁紧机构,以使球轴颈在其摇摆运动轨迹的末端被锁紧。这可通过比如在球形活节中的内置有小型锁紧球的横向孔来实现,而锁紧球在径向上由受弹簧力作用的解锁销进行预紧,解锁销位于球轴颈的纵向孔内,而纵向孔的走向沿球轴颈的中心线,特别与横向孔垂直。当锁紧球中心位于球形活节表面与外壳内面之间时,球轴颈就被锁紧。为对球轴颈解锁,可使解锁销克服弹簧力,比如借助于按钮、绳索传动装置(Seilzug)、电动机、液压缸和/或气动缸,移动到一个解锁位置。
本发明还涉及按照本发明的球头节的一种应用,即用于实现汽车零件相对汽车车身结构的运动,特别是摇摆运动。
随后,将借助一个优选的实施方式,并参照附图,对本发明作阐述。图中示出:

图1给出了按照本发明某个实施方式的球头节1的部分剖切的透视图,其中,带球形活节2的球轴颈3与其球形活节2一同以可转动和可摆动的方式安置在球头节外壳4中。在外壳4上设有凸缘5,借助该凸缘可将外壳4固定到某个汽车零部件上。此外,球轴颈可被固定到汽车车身上,以使该汽车零部件可相对车身运动。
球轴颈3带有一个与球形活节2固定连接的螺纹轴颈6,并从外壳4向外延伸。在球形活节2的与轴颈6相背离的一侧上设有一个规则面7,该规则面构成球轴颈3的端面。规则面7不是平的,且与强制导向销8紧密接触,强制导向销8位于设置在外壳4上的孔22中,并通过滚针轴承套9以可绕其自身纵轴旋转的方式支承在外壳4上。球轴颈3以常规方法在中间连接球形窝10的情况下安置在外壳4的内腔11中,而内腔11可经制成椭圆形的轴颈开口12进入,这使球轴颈3得以向外延伸。外壳4具有锁紧环19,而锁紧环上设有外壳开口12。球轴颈3一方面通过规则面7与销8之间的相互作用,另一方面通过椭圆形的外壳开口12,来实现如下方式的强制导向,即,使球轴颈相对外壳4只能沿某条预先设定的运动轨迹运动,而该运动轨迹使球轴颈作摇摆运动。
球轴颈3可在外壳4的某些特定位置被锁紧,为此特设有锁紧机构,该锁紧机构包含多个安置于横向孔13(置于球形活节2内部)中的锁紧球14,锁紧球可沿横向孔13移动,并嵌入设在外壳4内壁(对内腔11进行限定)上的锁紧内凹15内。当锁紧球14进入锁紧内凹15内时,球轴颈3被锁在外壳4上。锁紧球14在径向上受解锁销16沿锁紧内凹15方向向外的挤压作用,其中,解锁销16以可移动的方式置于球轴颈3上的纵向孔17内,并借助弹簧18在轴向上沿球形活节2方向被预紧。因此,在非操作状态,解锁销16将沿外壳内壁方向径向向外挤压锁紧球14。为使球轴颈3实现解锁,可使解锁销16克服弹簧18的力沿轴向从球形活节2中移出,以使锁紧球14沿横向孔13进入球轴颈3的内部,这样,锁紧作用就可因此被解除。解锁后的状态如图1所示。球形窝10在锁紧内凹15处设有多个孔,而通过这些孔,锁紧球14可嵌入到锁紧内凹15中。
图2至图8给出了球头节1的剖面图,而为明了起见,已将锁紧机构省去。图2至图8表示在运动轨迹的不同位置处的球轴颈3,其中,图2所示的球轴颈3绕其纵轴20相对外壳4作了0度转动。在图2中,球轴颈3的纵轴20与外壳4(或活节1)的纵轴21至少近似重合,因此,只画出了纵轴21。这一点也适合于图8。在图3中,球轴颈3相对其纵轴20的转角为30度,而图4中为60度,图5中为90度,图6中为120度,图7中为150度,图8中为180度。根据图2至图8,球轴颈3沿其纵轴20以步长30度进行旋转。可以看出,图3至图7中的球轴颈3发生了侧向偏转,偏转以两个纵轴20与21间的角度表示。基于规则面7与销8的相互作用,以及基于轴颈开口12的导向作用,可确定地预先给出转角与偏转之间的相互关系。其中,轴颈开口12确定偏转的方向,而规则面7与销8的相互作用则为每一次偏转分配设定的转角。

Claims (16)

1.一种球头节,具有:
一个带轴颈开口(12)的外壳(4);
一个带球形活节(2)的球轴颈(3),该球轴颈通过球形活节(2)可活动地安置在外壳(4)中,并经轴颈开口(12)从外壳(4)向外伸出,
其特征在于,球形活节(2)具有一个不平的规则面(7),该规则面与设置在外壳(4)上的支撑件(8)相接触。
2.按照权利要求1的球头节,其特征在于,通过规则面(7)与支撑件(8)的相互作用,使得球轴颈(3)的侧向偏转与球轴颈(3)绕其纵轴(20)的转动产生关联。
3.按照权利要求1或2的球头节,其特征在于,规则面(7)与支撑件(8)之间的接触区为线状,并位于一条直线上。
4.按照前述任一项权利要求的球头节,其特征在于,球轴颈(3)具有一根与球形活节(2)固定连接的轴颈(6),而规则面(7)设置在球形活节(2)的背离轴颈(6)的一侧。
5.按照前述任一项权利要求的球头节,其特征在于,规则面(7)与球轴颈(3)的纵轴(20)近似垂直。

15.按照权利要求14的球头节,其特征在于,在球轴颈(2)中设置有与横向孔(13)相互垂直的纵向孔(17),而在该纵向孔中弹性地支承有一根解锁销(16),该解锁销将或者可将锁紧球(14)压入到锁紧内凹(15)中。
