Abstract
本发明涉及一种具有注射器体(2)的注射器(1),所述注射器体具有内部空间(3)以及与该内部空间(3)相连的尖端(4)。在所述内部空间(3)中以可纵向移动的方式设置有活塞杆(5)。在所述尖端(4)上可以固定有注射器附加过滤器(6),而在所述注射器附加过滤器(6)上可以固定由封闭塞(7)。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种注射器,尤其涉及一种应用于医学中的气体填塞料的即用型系统。所述填塞法被用于填满生理上的、例如由于老化所致的玻璃体收缩而产生的空腔,或者人为的、因玻璃体体切除术而产生的空腔。
背景技术
由于人类预期寿命逐渐增加的缘故,因老化所致的疾病,比如视网膜变化及视网膜脱落、绿内障、白内障以及因老化所致的眼底黄斑变性(Makuladegeneration)和因糖尿病所致的视网膜疾病,也在增加。为治疗眼睛的这些以及其他疾病,一般需要实施玻璃体切除术。由此产生的空腔必须得以重新填满,以防止玻璃体腔坍缩。为此需要采用诸如SF6、C2F6或C3F8等“重气体”。说到重气体,通常是指该气体与室内气体相比,具有明显更大的密度。
治疗作用在大多数情况下不是由气体本身,而是由气体-液体分界面所产生的。这种表面张力防止气体穿过视网膜孔进入到视网膜下的空间中,另外,视网膜孔绷紧,同时防止了液体继续进入视网膜下的空间中。
在注入重气体之后,O2和CO2开始从血液扩散到眼睛中,由此使得气泡的体积增加。对于O2和CO2,几小时后就会达到扩散平衡,而对于N2,扩散平衡则需在几天以后才会达到。
重气体能够穿过视网膜通过脉络膜被吸收,并根据其种类的不同在1到2周内离开眼睛。
外科手术中使用的气体,大多数情况下都是在手术中直接从钢瓶转运到要使用的中间媒介中。
美国专利6,866,142B2描述了一种系统,该系统包括已经填装了气体的一次性注射器,为使气密性更佳,所述一次性注射器被保存在填装有与该一次性注射器相同的气体的容器中。
所有上文详细阐述的系统均具有诸多缺点:
-在所有系统中,大量的SF6、C2F6和C3F8中的一部分会被释放到环境中,这些气体均属于众所周知的最为强烈的温室效应气体,例如,1kg F6的具有与22.2吨CO2相同的影响(欧共体第842/2006号法令)。
-在手术过程中,不允许从钢瓶装罐气体填塞,这是因为钢瓶必须得保存在用于压力容器的特殊钢柜中。
-就市场上现有的一次性罐子而言,在外科医生在使用它们之前必须分多个步骤进行准备。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的在于,创造一种注射器,而且该注射器能够克服现有技术的上述缺点,并且尤其便于其保存及使用。
上述目的通过本文所述的技术方案的各特征得以实现。本文还记载了本发明的其他有利改进方案。
由于上述原因,本发明涉及一种包括用作气体容器的一次性注射器的系统,所述一次性注射器的容量优选为50ml并且具有旋转锁定套口,该系统具有螺接在注射器上且两端均有旋转锁定接头的注射器附加过滤器和旋转塞以便封闭系统。
安装完毕的系统(一次性注射器以及注射器附加过滤器)填装有几毫升相应的气体,并以所述旋转塞封闭。
所述系统优选地附有标签,该标签以颜色来区分SF6(20%气体/80%空气),C2F6(16%气体/84%空气)和C3F8(12%气体/88%空气)的混合比例,并且该标签还标注出了活塞为调整混合比例而必须/可以被拉出的最大值。所封闭的系统优先选择无菌袋包装,并随后优选地在高压灭菌器中进行消毒处理。

具体实施方式
在图1中显示了根据本发明的注射器1的第一实施例,所述注射器具有圆筒形的注射器体2,该注射器体包括内部空间3。
所述内部空间3与尖端4相连,而且在该内部空间3中具有可纵向移动的活塞杆5。
如图1所示,在尖端4上固定有注射器附加过滤器6。另外,整个系统通过封闭塞7得以气密封闭,该封闭塞也能够再次固定到所述注射器附加过滤器6的外侧端部上。
在一个特别优选的实施例中,注射器附加过滤器6具有用以安装到尖端4上的第一固定凹口8以及用以固定封闭塞7的第二固定凹口9。
优选地,注射器附加过滤器6与封闭塞7能够分别借助螺栓连接10和11得以固定。在一个特别优选的实施例中,所述螺栓连接10和11分别被构造成旋转锁定栓。
如图1进一步所示,活塞杆5在其端部区域12上具有优选为硅树脂化的橡胶塞13,该区域12被安置在所述内部空间3中。
图2所示的实施例在极大程度上与图1所示的实施例相当,因此所有彼此一致的特征皆沿用与图1相同的附图标记标识。对于这些彼此一致的特征,可以参照前文关于图1的说明。
图2所示注射器1的实施例的特征在于,在注射器体2上固定有标签14。如图2所示,标签14具有用于标注重气体19与应吸入空气之间不同混合比例的标记15、16和17。另外还设置有用于标注最大活塞冲程的标记18。
就如在开头解释过的那样,注射器1可被制作成一次性注射器。
被引入到所述注射器体2内部空间3中的气体优选为重气体,尤其是SF6、C3F8或C2F6。

Claims (10)
1.一种注射器(1),
具有注射器体(2),
该注射器体具有内部空间(3)和
具有与所述内部空间(3)相连的尖端(4);
具有活塞杆(5),其以可纵向移动的方式设置在所述内部空间(3)中,其特征在于,
在所述尖端(4)上能够固定注射器附加过滤器(6),而且
在所述注射器附加过滤器(6)上能够固定封闭塞(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的注射器,其特征在于,所述注射器附加过滤器(6)具有用以安装到所述尖端(4)上的第一固定凹口(8)和用以固定所述封闭塞(7)的第二固定凹口(9)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的注射器,其特征在于,所述注射器附加过滤器(6)与所述封闭塞(7)能够分别借助螺栓连接(10,11)得以固定。
4.根据权利要求3所述的注射器,其特征在于,所述螺栓连接(10,11)被制造成旋转锁定栓。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任何一项所述的注射器,其特征在于,活塞杆(5)在其端部区域(12)上具有橡胶塞(13),该区域(12)被安置在所述内部空间(3)中。
6.根据权利要求5所述的注射器,其特征在于,所述橡胶塞(13)是硅胶化的。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任何一项所述的注射器,其特征在于,在所述注射器体(2)上设置有标签(14),该标签具有混合比例标记(15,16,17)和用于标注最大活塞冲程的标记(18)。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任何一项所述的注射器,其特征在于,它被制作成一次性注射器。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任何一项所述的注射器,其特征在于,所述注射器体(2)能够填装重气体(19)。
10.根据权利要求9所述的注射器,其特征在于,所述重气体为SF6、C3F8或C2F6。
