头部焊接装置
技术领域
本装置用于由具有一层或多层的箔片制成的部件的头部焊接机,该头部焊接机尤其用于管、瓶、盒等的制造。
背景技术
已知的头部焊接装置[1]具有第一工作站FWS,该第一工作站包括芯轴以及冷却元件CE,在芯轴上以典型的方式放置头部和管体,冷却元件CE与芯轴同轴,所述冷却元件中具有用于输送加热气体HG的通道和冷却区。冷却元件CE在一个位置上停止,从而形成了开放的加热室,并且通过对其冷却形成两个区而在管体末端提供不同的热量,其中一个区为冷却到低于箔片熔点的温度的内部区,另一个区为几乎不冷却且温度略高于箔片熔点的末端区。同时,头部在焊接区被加热到温度略高于制成所述头部的材料的熔点。在拉出冷却元件CE之后,沿着加热头部-管体将芯轴移动到第二工作站SWS,在第二工作站成型元件被压到加热的头部-管体上并保持在该位置,直到头部和管体被冷却。然后,将成型元件从工作区拉出,并移除管体。这个过程在两个工作站以相同的顺序被连续地重复。

发明内容
该头部焊接装置包括芯轴、冷却元件CE和喷嘴D,在芯轴上以典型的方式放置头部和管体,冷却元件CE与芯轴同轴,喷嘴D与芯轴同轴。所述的喷嘴包含两部件,内部喷嘴和外部喷嘴8,喷嘴形成用于输送加热气体HG的通道。该装置只包括一个工作站。冷却元件也是成型元件,并且由位于成型金属环中的冷却金属环构成。在成型金属环和所述的冷却金属环之间设有绝热环。在加热位置中,所述的绝热环围绕管体的末端设置。
在头部焊接装置中,绝热环是固态材料或具有低的热传导的气体。
实际上,头部焊接装置的优点在于,它的特征在于可以提高焊缝质量和确保低的废弃率。

图中的头部焊接装置包括芯轴1、冷却元件和喷嘴D,在芯轴上以典型的方式放置头部3和管体2,冷却元件与芯轴1同轴,喷嘴D与芯轴1同轴。所述的喷嘴包含两部件——内部喷嘴7和外部喷嘴8——并且形成用于输送加热气体HG的通道9。该装置只包括一个工作站。冷却元件也是成型元件——OFE——并且其由位于成型金属环6中的冷却金属环4构成。在成型金属环和所述的冷却金属环4之间设有绝热环5。在加热位置,所述的绝热环5围绕管体2的末端放置。
在该头部焊接装置中,绝热环5是固态材料或具有低的热传导的气体。
本发明的功能
头部焊接装置功能如下所述。将头部3和管体2放置在芯轴1上之后,沿着喷嘴D,元件OFE朝向焊接区移动。与此同时,加热气体HG也被输送进来。元件OFE和喷嘴D停止在一个位置,开放的加热室10在该位置形成,并且通过对其冷却形成两个区而向管体2的末端提供不同的热量,其中一个区为冷却到低于箔片熔点的温度(通过冷却金属环4)的内部区11,另一个区为几乎不冷却且温度略高于箔片熔点(由于绝热环5)的末端区12,同时,头部3在焊接区被加热到温度略高于制成所述头部的材料的熔点。在此之后,焊缝形成(通过元件OFE),并且喷嘴D返回到其初始位置,结果,向焊接区输送加热气体HG被终止。焊缝被冷却之后,元件OFE也被拉出到其初始位置,将获得的部件从芯轴1移走,并且头部3和管体2再次被放置在芯轴1上。然后,重复该过程。这样,由于加热后立即进行成型,因而没有必要过度加热管体2。获得的焊缝具有高的质量,废弃率最小。

1.一种头部焊接装置,包括芯轴(1)、冷却元件和喷嘴(D),在所述芯轴上以典型的方式放置有头部(3)和管体(2),所述冷却元件与所述芯轴(1)同轴,所述喷嘴(D)与所述芯轴(1)同轴,所述喷嘴包含两个部件——内部喷嘴(7)和外部喷嘴(8)——所述内部喷嘴和所述外部喷嘴形成用于输送加热气体(HG)至所述管体(2)的通道(9),其特征在于,所述头部焊接装置只包括一个工作站,所述冷却元件也是成型元件,并且所述冷却元件由位于一成型金属环(6)中的冷却金属环(4)构成,在所述成型金属环(6)和所述冷却金属环(4)之间设有绝热环(5),其中在加热位置,所述绝热环(5)围绕所述管体(2)的末端设置,并且在所述加热位置,所述成型元件与所述喷嘴(D)停在形成开放的加热室(10)的位置处,并且通过在所述管体(2)上形成内部区和末端区来对所述管体(2)的末端提供不同的热量,其中所述内部区为通过所述冷却金属环(4)冷却到低于所述管体(2)的材料的温度,而所述末端区由于所述绝热环(5)而不冷却且温度略高于所述管体(2)的材料的温度。
