Claims (4)
- 熱可塑性樹脂からなる補強部材により被補強部材を補強する補強方法であって、
熱可塑性樹脂の成形体からなる補強部と、該補強部よりも柔軟性の高い熱可塑性樹脂の成形体からなり磁性体を含有する当接部とを備える該補強部材を供給する工程と、
誘導加熱により該当接部を溶着可能に加熱する工程と、
該当接部が加熱された該補強部材を該被補強部材に溶着する工程とを備えることを特徴とする補強方法。 - 請求項1記載の補強方法において、前記当接部は、前記補強部側よりも前記被補強部材側に前記磁性体を多く含むことを特徴とする補強方法。
- 請求項1又は請求項2記載の補強方法において、前記補強部は内部に未硬化の熱硬化性樹脂層を含むことを特徴とする補強方法。
- 熱可塑性樹脂からなる補強部材により被補強部材を補強する補強装置であって、
熱可塑性樹脂の成形体からなる補強部と、該補強部よりも柔軟性の高い熱可塑性樹脂の成形体からなり磁性体を含有する当接部とを備える該補強部材を供給する供給手段と、
誘導加熱により該当接部を溶着可能に加熱する誘導加熱手段と、
該当接部が加熱された該補強部材を該被補強部材に押圧する押圧手段とを備えることを特徴とする補強装置。
