Abstract

一种背光模块,包含支架、光源、导光板及外框。光源设置于支架上。导光板的一端固定于支架上。支架组合于外框,其中支架侧壁与外框侧壁之间具有间隔,以作为导光板形变的缓冲空间。本发明的导光板因环境不同而膨胀时,导光板的表面仍可维持平整。此外,导光板与光源均固定于支架上,因此,当导光板因环境不同而收缩的时候,不会有漏光的现象发生。

背光模块
技术领域
本发明涉及一种显示器,特别是一种显示器的背光模块。
背景技术
液晶显示器(Liquid Crystal Display;LCD)具有高画质、体积小、重量轻、低电压驱动、低消耗功率及应用范围广等优点,故已广泛的应用于可携式电视、行动电话、摄录放影机、笔记型计算机以及桌上型显示器等消费性电子或计算机产品中,成为显示器的主流。
液晶显示器主要包含有液晶面板、背光模块以及框架等组件。背光模块用以提供光源,主要包含有发光条、导光板、胶框等组件。液晶面板可以透过如双面胶带等粘着件固定在背光模块的胶框上,以定位液晶面板。接着,液晶面板与背光模块再组装于框架之中。
其中,为使发光效率均一,导光板多是牢固地定位。而导光板的材料多为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(Polymethylmethacrylate,PMMA),其对于温度与湿度均相当敏感。举例来说,15时的导光板在不同的温度与湿度其在长度方向的差异可能高达0.5毫米。导光板在不同的环境条件下可能会膨胀或是收缩,前者会导致导光板挠曲而使表面不平整,后者则是会有漏光的可能性。
因此,如何解决导光板因环境不同的形变所带来的问题,便成为一个重要的课题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种可解决导光板因环境不同的形变所带来的问题的背光模块。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种背光模块,包含支架、光源、导光板及外框。支架具有支架侧壁。光源设置于支架上。导光板的一端固定于支架上。外框具有外框侧壁,支架组合于外框,其中支架侧壁与外框侧壁的间具有间隔,以作为导光板形变的缓冲。
导光板包含多个突起,支架包含多个开口与突起卡合。光源包含多个发光二极管,开口与发光二极管交错排列。背光模块还包含设置于光源与支架之间的电路板,电路板包含对应于开口的多个破孔。光源可与导光板接触。外框可为前框或后框。导光板的另一端固定于外框。间隔的宽度较佳为导光板两端之间的宽度的0.23%至0.29%。其中外框夹住支架。
本发明的技术效果在于:导光板固定于支架上,支架可以相对于外框滑移,而支架与外框之间具有间隔作为导光板形变时的缓冲空间,使得导光板因环境不同而膨胀时,导光板的表面仍可维持平整。此外,导光板与光源均固定于支架上,因此,当导光板因环境不同而收缩的时候,不会有漏光的现象发生。
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细描述,但不作为对本发明的限定。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的结构原理和工作原理作具体的描述:
参照图1,其为本发明的背光模块第一实施例的局部示意图。背光模块100包含有支架110、光源120、导光板130、外框140及电路板150。光源120设置在支架110上,更具体而言,该支架110为型支架,且在其

型相对于开口的另一侧为支架侧壁112,前述的光源120即设置在支架110所形成

型的空间中。导光板130的一端132为固定在支架110上,换言之,导光板130的一端132自支架110的

型开口中伸入并抵接于光源120。电路板150则是设置于光源120与支架110之间。在导光板130、电路板150与支架110组配后,再组合于外框140上。该外框140的一侧形成有

型的外框侧壁142,而支架110组合于该外框侧壁142中,支架侧壁112与外框侧壁142之间具有间隔160。支架110可以相对于外框140滑移,间隔160可以作为导光板130形变的缓冲空间。
导光板130上具有突起134,支架110具有开口114,当组装导光板130与支架110时,导光板130上的突起134可以与支架110上的开口114卡合,以将导光板130的一端132固定在支架110上。
外框140可以为显示器前框或是显示器后框。外框140可以为金属框架,外框140具有C形挟持结构,以挟持支架110使支架110定位。外框140与支架110之间仅透过外框140的挟持弹力固定,因此,当导光板130膨胀或是收缩的时候,支架110与其中的导光板130可以相对于外框140滑移,间隔160便是作为当导光板130形变时,支架110与导光板130滑移所需要的缓冲空间。导光板130可以沿着预留的间隔160膨胀,因此不会有挠曲的情形发生,其表面可以维持平整。
由于光源120是固定在支架110上,且导光板130也是固定在支架110上,因此,无论导光板130是收缩或是膨胀,导光板130与光源120之间的相对位置均不会改变,如此一来,也不会有漏光的问题产生。
参照图2,其为本发明的背光模块第一实施例的剖面图。背光模块100包含有支架110、光源120、导光板130、外框140及电路板150。光源120设置在支架110上。导光板130的一端132为固定在支架110上。支架110与外框140组合。电路板150则是设置于光源120与支架110之间。其中支架110具有支架侧壁112,外框140具有外框侧壁142,支架侧壁112与外框侧壁142之间具有间隔160。支架110可以相对于外框140滑移,间隔160可以作为导光板130形变的缓冲空间。
光源120的发光面可以与导光板130的一端132紧密接触。导光板130的另一端136可以透过双面胶带170粘贴而固定在外框140上。
其中间隔160的宽度d1较佳地为导光板130的一端132至另一端136的宽度d2的0.23%至0.29%。
参照图3,其为本发明中导光板与支架组装的示意图。本图中,为了清楚显示技术特征,一部分的支架110在此隐藏,特此说明。光源120可包含有多个发光二极管122,支架110上的开口114与发光二极管122交错排列,即开口114的位置会避开发光二极管122的位置,以减少发光二极管122的光线由开口114漏出的可能。导光板130上的突起134也对应于开口114设置,而与发光二极管122错开。突起134可以设置于导光板130的相对两面上。
参照图4,其为本发明中背光模块的导光板与支架组装另一视角的示意图。导光板130的上表面131与下表面133分别具有多个突起134a、134b。突起134a、134b的位置会错开发光二极管122的位置。电路板150位于支架110与导光板130之间。电路板150上具有多个对应于位于导光板130下表面133的突起134b的破孔152。位于导光板130的下表面133的突起134b则是穿过破孔152与支架110的开口114卡合。
参照图5,其为本发明的背光模块第二实施例的剖面图。背光模块200包含有支架210、光源220、导光板230、外框240及电路板250。光源220设置在支架210上。导光板230的一端232固定在支架210上,导光板230的另一端236则是透过双面胶带270粘贴于外框240上。支架210与外框240组合。电路板250则是设置于光源220与支架210之间。其中支架210具有支架侧壁212,外框240具有外框侧壁242,支架侧壁212与外框侧壁242之间具有间隔260。支架210由外框240挟持定位而可相对于外框240滑移,间隔260可以作为导光板230形变的缓冲空间。外框240可以为显示器前框或是显示器后框。外框240可以包含金属件244以及设置于金属件244上的胶框246。其中导光板230与支架210的组装方式可以参照图3及图4的说明。
由上述本发明较佳实施例可知,应用本发明具有下列优点。导光板固定于支架上,支架可以相对于外框滑移,而支架与外框之间具有间隔作为导光板形变时的缓冲空间,使得导光板因环境不同而膨胀时,导光板的表面仍可维持平整。此外,导光板与光源均固定于支架上,因此,当导光板因环境不同而收缩的时候,不会有漏光的现象发生。
当然,本发明还可有其它多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (8)

1.一种背光模块,其特征在于,包含:
一支架,具有一支架侧壁;
一光源,设置于该支架上;
一导光板,该导光板的一端固定于该支架上;以及
一外框,具有一外框侧壁,该支架组合于该外框,其中该支架侧壁与该外框侧壁之间具有一间隔,以作为该导光板形变的缓冲空间,该导光板的另一端固定于该外框。
2.如权利要求1所述的背光模块,其特征在于,该导光板包含多个突起,该支架包含多个开口与该些突起卡合。
3.如权利要求2所述的背光模块,其特征在于,该光源包含多个发光二极管,该些开口与该些发光二极管交错排列。
4.如权利要求2所述的背光模块,其特征在于,还包含一电路板,设置于该光源与该支架之间,该电路板包含对应于该些开口的多个破孔。
5.如权利要求1所述的背光模块,其特征在于,该光源与该导光板接触。
6.如权利要求1所述的背光模块,其特征在于,该外框为一前框或一后框。
7.如权利要求1所述的背光模块,其特征在于,该间隔的宽度为该导光板该端与该另一端之间的宽度的0.23%至0.29%。
8.如权利要求1所述的背光模块,其特征在于,该外框夹住该支架。
