Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种便携式燃料传送单元。
背景技术
已知一些便携式单元,其适于传送从固定存储罐中抽出的燃料并且将该燃料运送至大多数完全不同的部门,例如建筑场地、水上运动、乃至在农业,中所使用的移动装置的燃料箱。
这些单元包括电泵,其在进口和出口处设有柔性软管:在连接至进口的软管端部具有设计用以插入到固定存储罐中的包括过滤器和单向阀的装置,并且在连接至出口的软管端部具有用于将燃料分配至移动装置的燃料箱的喷嘴。
常规传送单元具有多个缺点,比如根本不能以理想模式操作,此外,存在残留在所述单元内的燃料残余物泄漏到环境中的可能性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种便携式单元,其提供了最大了管理便利性,并能够确保不存在环境污染的任何可能性的可靠性。
将在下文中变得更为显而易见的该目的和其它目的通过根据本发明的便携式燃料传送单元来实现,该便携式燃料传送单元的特征在于它包括如所附权利要求所述的特征。

具体实施方式
参照视图,附图标记1总体指代由两个部分2和3形成的容纳壳体,当将这些部分连接在一起以提供如图1所示的关闭的壳体状态时,该容纳壳体能够容置将在下文中进行描述的、如图2中所示进行设置的所有功能元件。
该单元的这些功能元件包括电泵4,所述电泵4借助于连接至终端线夹4a、4b的线路予以馈电,所述电泵4固定于壳体的第一部分2并且其进口与柔性软管5直接连接,软管5的端部设置有装置5a,该装置5a包括过滤器和单向阀并设计成插入到固定储存罐中。
此外,刚性管6固定于电泵4的出口,用于连接至过滤器头7,该过滤器头7固定于壳体的第一部分2,并且从该过滤器头7延伸出柔性软管8,在软管8的一端利用联接器9a支撑喷嘴9,喷嘴9用于将燃料分配至移动装置的燃料罐。
在壳体1关闭以容置所有的功能元件的情况下,提供了极易运输该单元的状态,此外,避免了环境污染的可能性以及功能元件与可能损坏它们的诸如灰尘或污垢的杂质相接触的可能性。
在需要传送燃料时,将用作盖子的第二部分3与壳体的第一部分2分开就足够了,并且功能元件的管理是非常容易的,如图3中所示。
在本发明的可行实施方式中,所有的细节均可用其它技术上等同的元件予以替换。
Claims (2)
1.一种便携式燃料传送单元,包括多个功能元件,例如电泵(4),所述电泵(4)的进口连接有柔性软管(5),所述柔性软管(5)的端部设置有过滤器(5a)和单向阀,所述电泵(4)的出口连接有柔性软管(8),所述柔性软管(8)的端部设置有分配喷嘴(9),其特征在于,所述便携式燃料传送单元包括壳体(1),所述壳体(1)分成以可拆卸的方式连接的第一部分(2)和第二部分(3),所述电泵(4)固定于所述壳体(1)的所述第一部分(2),并且所述壳体(1)适于在所述第一部分(2)和第二部分(3)组装在一起时容置所有的功能元件。
2.如权利要求1所述的便携式燃料传送单元,其特征在于,所述便携式燃料传送单元包括过滤器头(7),所述过滤器头(7)固定于所述壳体(1)的第一部分(2),并借助于管道(6)连接至所述电泵(4)的出口,端部设置有所述分配喷嘴(9)的所述柔性软管(8)从所述过滤器头(7)伸出。
