技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于机动车座椅的操纵单元,其具有:a)操纵元件;b)基件;c)枢转轴,所述枢转轴设置在基件和操纵元件之间,并且允许操纵元件相对于基件的枢转运动;d)弹簧,所述弹簧设置在操纵元件和基件之间,并且使操纵元件在静止位置上相对于基件的弹性预张紧。
背景技术
例如从US 2,285,616中已知一种这样的机动车座椅操纵单元。在此,基件构成为与座椅导轨(22)刚性地连接的梁(35)。操纵元件为具有锁定元件的锁定杆,所述锁定元件接合在连接在底部导轨(20)内的闭锁板条内。枢转轴平行于导轨的纵向调节方向设置,其伸过基件和操纵元件的支承孔口。最后设有弹簧,所述弹簧插在枢转轴上,一方面支撑在基件上,并且另一方面支撑在操纵元件上,并且使操纵元件在静止位置上相对于基件的弹性预张紧,其中该静止位置为在闭锁板条内的接合位置。

发明内容

根据本发明,迄今为止总是分开地构成的构件,即枢转轴和弹簧,现在结合成一体的弹簧元件。该弹簧元件连同其轴件共同构成枢转轴。该轴件也如现有技术的枢转轴一样相应地装配。但是,轴件不必通过例如在现有技术中使用的止动元件的附加的机构轴向卡紧,相反,轴件自身不与自己的止动元件相关联。轴件通过将弹簧元件的至少一个剩余的部分区域保持在至少一个位置上轴向卡紧。为此有利的是,在基件或操纵元件上设有固定弹簧的两个端部区域的保持装置。
弹簧元件的轴件最好也起到用于弹簧元件的弹性效果的支撑作用。因此,例如用于钩住如现有技术的弹簧的单独的支座变得多余。根据本发明的操纵单元弹簧件最好不再构成为螺旋形弹簧或蝶形弹簧,而是最好具有足够长的弹簧支腿,所述弹簧支腿提供用于枢转运动所必须的弹簧变形量。
弹簧元件最好具有与操纵元件弹性接触的支撑件。需要时在操纵元件的枢转操纵中能够进行相对于操纵元件的相对运动。
总体上,本发明允许以在现有技术中单独用于弹簧的装配所需的装配耗费来装配完整的组合构件,即弹簧元件。省去用于单独的枢转轴的装配和其轴向固定的装配耗费。
弹簧元件最好由具有圆形的横截面的杆状材料制造。横截面具有足够的尺寸,以便轴件具有在支承区域内的足够的横截面,例如横截面的直径最好大于1.5mm。

具体实施方式
如头三个实施例的根据本发明的操纵单元,即用于第一实施例的图1和图2的,用于第二实施例的图3至图5的,以及用于第三实施例的图6和图7的根据本发明的操纵单元分别设有用于纵向调节装置的导轨对。所述导轨对具有底部导轨20和座椅导轨22。在座椅导轨22内构成有弹簧24。底部导轨20形成闭锁板条26。在座椅导轨22上,横向于导轨20、22的纵向方向突起有两个支承块28,所述支承块构成基件29并且分别具有支承孔口。
在下面,尤其说明第一实施例:其设有操纵元件30,所述操纵元件穿过窗口24插入座椅导轨22内。操纵元件30具有止动臂32,所述止动臂伸过座椅导轨22的剪切孔口34,并且与闭锁板条26接合。止动臂的自由端紧挨着座椅22的自由支腿。自由端能够与该自由支腿接触或不接触。操纵单元30具有向上弯曲的支承件36,在所述支承件中分别存在支承孔口。
基件29与座椅导轨22固定地连接。基件29由两个支承块28构成,两个支承块28由座椅导轨22的材料自由切割而成,并且从座椅导轨中弯曲出来,两个支承块分别具有支承孔口。

其特征在于,所述枢转轴和所述弹簧结合成一体,并且连接成具有轴件(38)和弹簧区域(46)的弹簧元件(40)。
2.如权利要求1所述的操纵单元,其特征在于,所述弹簧元件(40)具有第一端部区域,所述第一端部区域为直线的并且构成轴件(38)。
3.如权利要求2所述的操纵单元,其特征在于,所述轴件(38)在装配时插入支承孔口内,所述支承孔口构成在基件(29)上,并且在所述操纵元件(30)上或者同样构成有支承孔口,或者设有用于所述轴件(38)的接触区域,所述轴件(38)弹性地紧靠在所述接触区域上。
