本发明涉及一种机床,尤其涉及一种数控金属带锯床。
背景技术
目前使用的数控金属带锯床包括底座,底座上方设计有锯弓部分,锯弓部分是不能自动旋转,必须通过手推动锯弓使其同回转体一起回转,回转到需要的角度,再通过人扳动扳手调动锁紧定盘和锁紧动盘的相对位置,从而进行锁紧放松,这种方式即浪费劳动力又达不到精确的角度定位,使用效果差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可自动旋转角度后并自动被锁紧放松的数控金属带锯床。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种数控金属带锯床,包括底座,底座上方设计有锯弓部分和下钳体,下钳体一端通过支板与底座相连接,下钳体的另一端通过法兰连接有连接轴,连接轴上套有回转体,回转体安装在底座的上表面,回转体与底座相对旋转连接,回转体与锯弓部分通过轴相连接,回转体下方的连接轴上套有回转套筒,回转套筒与回转体固定连接,回转套筒通过中间衬套与连接轴相连接,连接轴的下部套有锁紧定盘、锁紧动盘和螺母,锁紧定盘和锁紧动盘通过螺旋曲面连接,其特征是:所述的回转套筒上通过键连接有摆动缸。
此结构中,回转体的左侧安装数字显示控制装置。
此结构中,数字显示控制装置包括齿环,齿环相对中心45°的位置带有齿条,齿条上连接数字编码器,齿条与数字编码器内的小齿轮啮合,数字编码器下连接数字编码支架,数字编码支架固定在底座上,齿环与回转体固定连接。

本发明的优点效果在于:由于本发明的这种结构,锯床的锯弓部分在一个摆动缸的控制下,可与回转体一起在摆动缸控制的范围内有一定角度的摆动,摆动的角度通过数字编码器显示出来,数字编码器的小齿轮与齿环咬合,齿环拨动数字编码器的小齿轮使其显示所旋转的角度值;锯弓部分摆动到要求的角度时,通过液压缸推动锁紧动盘将其锁紧,液压缸复位时拉回锁紧动盘,实现锯弓部分旋转锁紧放松。在摆动缸和液压缸的控制下,实现锯弓的自动旋转和旋转锁紧放松功能,释放双手,降低劳动力;数字编码器的加入,使其角度定位准确,提高加工精度,所以使用本发明方便快捷,加工精度高,使用效果好。

本发明如图1、2、3所示,一种数控金属带锯床,包括底座1,底座1上方设计有锯弓部分13和下钳体3,下钳体3一端通过支板2与底座1相连接,下钳体3的另一端通过法兰连接有连接轴11,连接轴11上套有回转体12,回转体12安装在底座1的上表面,回转体12与底座1相对旋转连接,回转体12与锯弓部分13通过轴相连接,回转体12下方的连接轴11上套有回转套筒10,回转套筒10与回转体12固定连接,回转套筒10通过中间衬套9与连接轴11相连接,连接轴11的下部套有锁紧定盘5、锁紧动盘6和螺母7,锁紧定盘5和锁紧动盘6通过螺旋曲面连接,其特征是:所述的回转套筒10上通过键连接有摆动缸4。
在本实施例中,回转体12的左侧安装数字显示控制装置22。
在本实施例中,数字显示控制装置22包括齿环17,齿环17相对中心45°的位置带有齿条,齿条上连接数字编码器15,齿条与数字编码器15内的小齿轮16啮合,数字编码器15下连接数字编码支架14,数字编码支架14固定在底座1上,齿环17与回转体12固定连接。
在本实施例中,锁紧动盘6上连接有旋转锁紧放松的动力单元8。
在本实施例中,旋转锁紧放松的动力单元8包括液压缸21,液压缸21上连接有关节轴承20,关节轴承20通过接头销19连接有接头18,接头18与所述的锁紧动盘6相连接。
使用时,摆动缸4有两个进油口,摆动缸既可以正方向摆动,也可以反方向摆动,摆动缸带动回转套筒10转动,回转套筒10带动回转体12转动,从而带动锯弓部分13动作,同时回转体12带动齿环17动作,齿环17带动齿条动作,齿条拨动数字编码器15内的小齿轮16,从而锯弓部分13转动的角度就显示在数字编码器15上,实现准确定位,当锯弓部分13旋转到需要的角度时,锯弓部分13必须紧固,防止加工时锯弓部分转动,则启动液压缸21,液压缸21带动关节轴承20动作,通过接头带动锁紧动盘旋转,当锁紧动盘与锁紧定盘5之间的间隙变小即锁紧,当锁紧动盘与锁紧定盘5之间的间隙变大即放松,从而控制锯弓部分13的锁紧和放松。
本发明是一种锯弓部分在摆动缸的控制下可以实现自动旋转,旋转的角度可以通过数字编码器显示,并且旋转到的位置可通过旋转锁紧放松的动力单元8被锁紧或放松的一种数控金属带锯床。

1.一种数控金属带锯床,包括底座(1),底座(1)上方设计有锯弓部分(13)和下钳体(3),下钳体(3)一端通过支板(2)与底座(1)相连接,下钳体(3)的另一端通过法兰连接有连接轴(11),连接轴(11)上套有回转体(12),回转体(12)安装在底座(1)的上表面,回转体(12)与底座(1)相对旋转连接,回转体(12)与锯弓部分(13)通过轴相连接,回转体(12)下方的连接轴(11)上套有回转套筒(10),回转套筒(10)与回转体(12)固定连接,回转套筒(10)通过中间衬套(9)与连接轴(11)相连接,连接轴(11)的下部套有锁紧定盘(5)、锁紧动盘(6)和螺母(7),锁紧定盘(5)和锁紧动盘(6)通过螺旋曲面连接,其特征是:所述的回转套筒(10)上通过键连接有摆动缸(4)。
