本发明涉及一种利用发电厂的工业废料粉煤灰生产水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料的应用技术。解决水泥砂浆、混凝土的防渗漏以及微细裂纹的自修复功能。具体实施方式:1、粉煤灰用100目筛通过后,称量40kg;普通硅酸盐水泥42.5级,称量39kg;灰钙用320目筛通过后,称量6kg;无水氯化钙用200目筛通过后,称量3kg;无水碳酸钠用100目筛通过后,称量4.8kg;BNF-119纤维素醚用100目筛通过后,称量4kg;酒石酸用100目筛通过后,称量3.2kg;2、按粉煤灰、普通硅酸盐水泥、灰钙、无水氯化钙、无水碳酸钠、BNE-纤维素醚、酒石酸的顺序加入干粉搅拌机中搅拌30分钟。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种利用发电厂的工业废料粉煤灰变废为宝生产水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料的应用技术。
背景技术:
粉煤灰是发电厂的工业废料,粉煤灰被利用的仅仅很少一部分,因为堆积如山的粉煤灰易造成环境污染,大量粉煤灰填入了大海。我对粉煤灰的物理性质和化学成分做过一系列研究、实验证明,用粉煤灰为原料生产的水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料其质量符合中华人民共和国国家标准GB 18445-2001各项技术指标,施工性等都非常好,均优于不使用粉煤灰的同类产品。
发明内容:
本发明是利用粉煤灰生产的水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料,以解决水泥砂浆、混凝土的防渗漏问题,同时还解决了微细裂纹的自修复功能。使用的原材料及配方如下:

按以上配方生产的水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料是环保型、无任何污染。适用于储水池、游泳池、厨卫间、地下室、地铁等防水工程,做的工程实例效果良好。对该产品在国家建筑材料测试的报告指标如下:

具体实施方式:
1、粉煤灰用100目筛通过后,称量40kg;普通硅酸盐水泥42.5级,称量39kg;灰钙用320目筛通过后,称量6kg;无水氯化钙用200目筛通过后,称量3kg;
无水碳酸钠用100目筛通过后,称量4.8kg;BNE-119纤维素醚用100目筛通过后,称量4kg;酒石酸用100目筛通过后,称量3.2kg;
2、按粉煤灰、普通硅酸盐水泥、灰钙、无水氯化钙、无水碳酸钠、BNE-纤维素醚、酒石酸的顺序加入干粉搅拌机中搅拌30分钟;
3、在搅拌机出料口出料装袋、计量、封口,成品入库。
