Abstract

一种带蜗杆减速器的微电机,包括一个有电机轴的微电机,轴的直径相当小,按预定长度伸展,至少三个轴承支承电机轴,一个蜗杆上有一个轴孔,其中插电机轴。由于微电机和蜗杆减速器分别制造,然后靠压紧配合将电机轴在蜗杆孔中组装大一起,因此组装工作较为方便。使用直径小于蜗杆直径的电机轴,有助于减小带蜗杆减速器的微电机的尺寸及重量。

Description

本发明一般涉及带有蜗杆减速器的微型电机,尤其涉及一种带有蜗杆减速器并通过该蜗杆减速器输出电机功率的微型电机。其中微电机轴有预定的长度,蜗杆减速器的蜗杆上有一个轴孔,供电机轴插入,蜗杆靠将电机轴压配到蜗杆轴孔内而和电机轴固定,从而可减小电机轴直径,和带有蜗杆减速器的微电机的尺寸及重量。
一个公知的带有蜗杆减速器的微型电机,在电机轴一端上制成了一个蜗杆,和蜗轮啮合,这种电机,例如可用于在自动电器部件中作驱动装置。
图1显示带蜗杆减速器的传统型微电机的一例。在图示的带蜗杆减速器的传统微电机中,为便利制造及组装,在电机轴伸长部上制成一个蜗杆。图1显示一种带蜗杆减速器传统型微电机的剖面,标号1表示电机部分;2为减速器部分;3为转子;4为电机轴;6为蜗杆部分;7为蜗轮;8为输出轴;9为钢球;10为止推支承板;11为磁铁;12为整流子;13为电刷;14及15为轴承;16为电机壳;17为减速器壳。符号A为止推螺丝;B为螺母。
在带蜗杆减速器的微电机中,蜗杆外径一般根据要求的输出功率和减速器速比设定成预定数值。在图1所示的实例中,由于蜗杆部分6在电机轴延长部4上制成,并且轴承14装在减速器壳17上,为考虑组装,轴承14的内径必须至少大于蜗杆部分的外径。因此,电机轴4的直径须至少大于蜗杆部分6的外径,转子3的外径也必须有该增大量。这就会 使电机部分的尺寸和重量的减小很困难,造成难以降低成本的问题。
本发明的目的,是提供一种带有蜗杆减速器的微电机,因适当减小微电机本身的电机轴直径,而可减小电机的尺寸及重量。
本发明的另一目的,是提供一种带有蜗杆减速器的微电机,微电机的制造和电机部分及蜗杆减速器部分的组装方便,并由于微电机轴及蜗杆分别制造,可使电机部分的尺寸及重量减小。
本发明还有一个目的,是提供一种带蜗杆减速器的微电机,微电机轴及轴承间的某些不对中偏差,可通过减小直径电机轴的变形而得到补偿,而毋须对支承电机轴的轴承位置的精确性非常注意。
根据本发明一种微型电机和蜗杆减速器装置,包括:一个减速器壳;一个电机壳,一个配置在所述电机壳内的微电机,与一根电机轴相连,在所述电机壳第一端上有第一电机轴轴承,在所述电机壳第二端上有第二电机轴轴承,所述第一和第二电机轴轴承可转动地支承所述电机轴;一个由所述减速器壳支承的第三电机轴轴承,用以可转动地支承所述电机轴;一个具有轴孔的蜗杆,所述电机轴插入该轴孔中,所述蜗杆通过将所述电机轴压配在所述蜗杆的所述轴孔中而与所述电机轴牢固固定,所述蜗杆配置在所述减速器壳内;一个配置在所述减速器壳内与所述蜗杆相啮合的蜗轮;所述电机轴的直径为φ,其特征在于所述减速器壳用螺丝紧固件与所述电机壳相连接,所述蜗杆的配置,将在所述蜗杆和所述第二电机轴轴承之间限定了一个距离L,所述距离L为L>6φ。
本发明的上述和其他的目的、特点及优点,可从下文参照附图的叙述中更清楚地了解。
图1为有助于解说先有技术领域中的带减速器的微电机的简图。
图2A为实施本发明的带减速器的微电机的放大剖视图。

图2A显示本发明的带蜗杆减速器的微电机。图中标号1表示电机部 分;2为减速器部分;3为转子;4为电机轴;5为金属材料制的端板;7为蜗轮;8为输出轴;9为钢球;11为磁铁;12为整流子;13为电刷;14,15及21为轴承;16为电机壳;17为减速器壳;18为具有通孔的蜗杆;22为支承电刷的合成树脂板;符号A为止推螺丝;B为螺母。
本发明的带蜗杆减速器的微电机有直径减小的伸长电机轴4,其电机部分1,当端板5与电机壳16固定时形成单个电机组件。电机部分1的电机轴4在蜗杆18的通孔中压紧配合,和蜗杆减速器部分2连接后,由三个轴承14,15及21支承。图2B为蜗杆的放大剖视图。图中标号18为蜗杆;19为轴孔;20为滚花部分;21为轴承。
在图2A中,电机部分1的构造为电机轴4有预定轴长,由两个轴承14及15支承。蜗杆18有一个轴孔19,供电机轴4插入。蜗杆18靠将电机轴4在其轴孔19中插入和压配而固紧。电机轴4的一部分上形成滚花部分20,蜗杆18就固定在其上。因此,当将蜗杆18在电机轴4上压紧配合时,没有损坏电机轴4尖部(轴4的插入轴承21的部分)表面的顾虑。
在图2A所示的实施方案中,有一个带蜗杆减速器的微电机,其电机部分1在蜗杆18和电机轴4伸长部固定配合的状态下,与减速器部分2连接,然后将电机轴4的尖部插入轴承21中,同时使蜗杆18和减速器部分2的蜗轮7啮合,上文中已经提及。
如上所述,由于在图2A所示实施方案中,其构造为将蜗杆18和电机轴4压紧配合,因此制造电机轴4时,其直径只要求可承受蜗杆的推力,并传递转子3的扭矩,即其直径可比蜗杆18的直径小很多。因此,电机部分1的尺寸及重量可以减小。在本发明的带蜗杆减速器的微电机中,例如,当蜗杆18的直径约为8mm时,电机轴4的直径可约为3至5mm。
在图2A所示的实施方案中,电机轴4由三个轴承14,15及21支承,使电机轴4具有较大的柔性,或至少使电机轴4的如图2A中箭头所示部分的长度L,比电机轴4的直径大六倍以上,则轴承14,15及21的某些 不对中偏差不会造成任何实际问题。此之所以可能是因为可使电机轴4具有承受蜗杆18推力和传递转子3扭矩所要求的最小直径。由于轴承14,15及21的位置的准确性不要求严格控制,乃方便电机部分1及减速器部分2的组装。此外,当将蜗杆18在电机轴4上压紧配合时,在电机轴4的滚花部分20和蜗杆18的轴孔19之间涂粘合剂(例如厌氧粘合剂),可将蜗杆18和电机轴4牢固固定住。
从关于本发明一个实施方案的上文叙述中可见,本发明可通过将蜗杆和伸长的电机轴压紧配合来减小电机轴的直径。这样导致电机部分的尺寸和重量减小,有助于降低带蜗杆减速器微电机的制造费用。
由于电机部分和减速器部分可分别制造,然后将电机轴和蜗杆通孔压紧配合,使带蜗杆减速器电机的制造及组装方便。
虽然本发明已就其理想实施方案作叙述,但应理解,所用语汇为叙述性语汇,而非用以限定,在文后的权利要求范围内可作各种变化和修改,而不超出本发明广泛含义的实际范围和精神。

Claims (3)

1、一种微型电机和蜗杆减速器装置,包括:一个减速器壳;一个电机壳,一个配置在所述电机壳内的微电机,与一根电机轴相连,在所述电机壳第一端上有第一电机轴轴承,在所述电机壳第二端上有第二电机轴轴承,所述第一和第二电机轴轴承可转动地支承所述电机轴;一个由所述减速器壳支承的第三电机轴轴承,用以可转动地支承所述电机轴;一个具有轴孔的蜗杆,所述电机轴插入该轴孔中,所述蜗杆通过将所述电机轴压配在所述蜗杆的所述轴孔中而与所述电机轴牢固固定,所述蜗杆配置在所述减速器壳内;一个配置在所述减速器壳内与所述蜗杆相啮合的蜗轮;所述电机轴的直径为φ,其特征在于所述减速器壳用螺丝紧固件与所述电机壳相连接,所述蜗杆的配置,在所述蜗杆和所述第二电机轴轴承之间限定了一个距离L,所述距离L为L>6φ。
2、根据权利要求1所述的微型电机和蜗杆减速器装置,其特征在于当所述电机轴的直径约为3至5mm时,所述蜗杆直径约为8mm。
3、根据权利要求1所述的微型电机和蜗杆减速器装置,其特征在于在所述电机轴的安装所述蜗杆的很大面积上设滚花部分。
