本发明公开了一种带有反射作用的烘干设备的烘箱或烘道，它包括保温壳体(1)，在保温壳体(1)的一侧设有侧盖(2)，所述的保温壳体(1)的顶部内壁、侧面内壁以及侧盖(2)的内壁上都设有热能反射板(3)。本发明不但提高了烘干效率，有效减少了热能外泄，避免了机壳过热造成的车间环境温度的上升，而且延长了烘干机使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明为一种带有反射作用的烘干设备的烘箱或烘道。
背景技术
传统烘干机烘箱或烘道烘干区内壁大部分是用普通铁板喷涂耐温涂料，或是用镀锌雪花板做为烘干区保温罩壳内壁。这样的结构存在着以下缺点：1、以上两种板材对热辐射反射能力差，甚至吸收热辐射，使烘干机外壳温度升高，车间环境温度升高；烘箱内热能利用率降低；2、拒腐能力差。被烘物体浆料所挥发出来的不是溶剂就是含酸或碱的水蒸气，这会对烘箱内壁造成腐蚀，被腐蚀的烘箱内壁在烘箱不用时会生锈，严重影响了烘箱的使用寿命，最致命是这些锈蚀铁渣会飘落到被烘物体上，造成被烘物成废品。
发明内容
本发明为一种带有反射作用的烘干设备的烘箱或烘道，它不但提高了烘干效率，有效减少了热能外泄，避免了机壳过热造成的车间环境温度的上升，而且延长了烘干机使用寿命。
本发明采用了以下技术方案：一种带有反射作用的烘干设备的烘箱或烘道，它包括保温壳体，在保温壳体的一侧设有侧盖，所述的保温壳体的顶部内壁、侧面内壁以及侧盖的内壁上都设有热能反射板。
所述的热能反射板为阳极氧化镜面铝板。所述的热能反射板为镜面不锈钢板材。
本发明具有以下有益效果：本发明的保温壳体和侧盖的内壁上设有阳极氧化镜面铝板或镜面不锈钢板材，可以通过阳极氧化镜面铝板或镜面不锈钢板材有效的将衍射到内壁上的辐射热能反射到被烘物上或烘箱内部，这样使热能得到充分利用，提高了烘干效率，有效减少了热能外泄，避免了机壳过热造成的车间环境温度的上升，国家节能增效、低碳环保政策，而且也可以有效避免了有害气体对烘箱内壁的腐蚀，延长了烘干机使用寿命，避免了由于烘道内壁锈蚀粉末飘落对被烘物的污染。

在图1中，本发明为一种带有反射作用的烘干设备的烘箱或烘道，它包括保温壳体1，在保温壳体1的一侧设有侧盖2，保温壳体1的顶部内壁、侧面内壁以及侧盖2的内壁上都设有热能反射板3，热能反射板3为阳极氧化镜面铝板或镜面不锈钢板材。

1.一种带有反射作用的烘干设备的烘箱或烘道，它包括保温壳体(1)，在保温壳体(1)的一侧设有侧盖(2)，其特征是所述的保温壳体(1)的顶部内壁、侧面内壁以及侧盖(2)的内壁上都设有热能反射板(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带有反射作用的烘干设备的烘箱或烘道，其特征是所述的热能反射板(3)为阳极氧化镜面铝板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带有反射作用的烘干设备的烘箱或烘道，其特征是所述的热能反射板(3)为镜面不锈钢板材。
