技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种垃圾焚烧炉,具体说是一种具有高隔热性能的垃圾焚烧炉炉体。
背景技术
目前,在垃圾处理行业中,大量的生活垃圾和工业垃圾都需要被运送到垃圾回收站回收,并最终由垃圾焚烧炉进行焚烧处理。由于垃圾在焚烧炉内焚烧时,其温度较高,为确保该温度不会对周围环境造成影响,垃圾焚烧炉的炉体都需要设置隔热层。传统的垃圾焚烧炉炉体都是由耐火砖堆砌成圆筒状的墙体,并在其外侧包覆有钢板,且墙体与钢板之间填充有耐高温填料,从而实现隔热的效果。然而,由于受到耐高温填料本身性能的限制,炉体的表面温度通常都在65℃以上,使得炉体附近温度较高,其隔热性能较差。

本实用新型要解决的问题是提供一种具有高隔热性能的垃圾焚烧炉炉体,采用该炉体,具有良好的隔热性能。

本实用新型的具有高隔热性能的垃圾焚烧炉炉体包括本体,该本体为圆筒状且呈立式布置,本体由金属外壳和金属外壳内侧的耐火砖层构成,金属外壳和耐火砖层间有耐高温填料。其特点是所述金属外壳的外侧有保温棉,保温棉外侧有彩钢板。所述彩钢板与金属外壳间有冲孔角钢,所述冲孔角钢沿周向均匀布置。
采取上述方案,具有以下优点:
由于本实用新型的具有高隔热性能的垃圾焚烧炉炉体在具有耐高温填料的基础上,在金属外壳和彩钢板间还有保温棉和冲孔角钢,耐高温填料和保温棉都具有隔热效果,且冲孔角钢上的冲孔使得其自身的传热性能降低,也具有一定的隔热效果,因此,垃圾在焚烧过程中产生的高温经过耐高温填料、保温棉和冲孔角钢三个隔热层后才传递至彩钢板上,使得炉体外表面的温度在65℃以下,具有良好的隔热性能。

具体实施方式
    如图1和图2所示,本实用新型的具有高隔热性能的垃圾焚烧炉炉体包括本体,该本体为圆筒状且呈立式布置,本体由金属外壳3和金属外壳内侧的耐火砖层1构成,金属外壳3和耐火砖层1间有耐高温填料2。所述本体的中部沿周向向外凸起,使得本体中部内腔的横截面大于上下部。所述金属外壳3的外侧有保温棉4,保温棉4外侧有彩钢板6。所述彩钢板6与金属外壳3间有冲孔角钢5,所述冲孔角钢5沿周向均匀布置。冲孔角钢5的内侧和外侧分别焊接在金属外壳3的外壁和彩钢板6的内壁上。

1. 具有高隔热性能的垃圾焚烧炉炉体,包括本体,该本体为圆筒状且呈立式布置,本体由金属外壳(3)和金属外壳内侧的耐火砖层(1)构成,金属外壳(3)和耐火砖层(1)间有耐高温填料(2);其特征在于所述金属外壳(3)的外侧有保温棉(4),保温棉(4)外侧有彩钢板(6);所述彩钢板(6)与金属外壳(3)间有冲孔角钢(5),所述冲孔角钢(5)沿周向均匀布置。
