本发明具体涉及一种储存金蝉的方法。
背景技术
金蝉在最近几年，已经非常迅速的发展成为了一个产业，也成为了很多人的美味佳肴，在全国很多地方都形成了大规模的养殖基地。由于金蝉的存活时间非常有限，如何进行有效的保存，现在成为了一个大的问题。目前通用的一种储存方法，是非常简单、非常传统的冷冻储存，缺乏更加科学的储存方法，而这种储存方法成本高，储存的时间短。
发明内容
本发明是提供一种储存成本低、储存时间更长的方法。
本发明采用的方法是：一种储存金蝉的方法，包括以下步骤：
(1)、用常温水浸泡活着的金蝉8小时；
(2)、捞出金蝉存活12个小时后，再用常温水冲洗3-4遍；
(3)、撒盐，每1斤的金蝉撒盐1两；
(4)、10小时候后用盐密封；
(5)、食用时，先用100度水浸泡40分钟后，再用常温水浸泡5天5夜，每天要更换3次水，味道即恢复正常。
本发明的有益效果是：采用本方法来储存金蝉，更加便于储存，而且储存成本低，储存的时间也比较长。
具体实施方式
用常温水浸泡活着的金蝉8小时后，捞出金蝉存活12个小时后，再用常温水冲洗3-4遍，然后每1斤的金蝉撒盐1两，10小时候后用盐密封；在食用时，先用100度水浸泡40分钟后，再用常温水浸泡5天5夜，每天要更换3次水，味道即恢复正常，这样更加便于储存，而且储存成本低，储存的时间也比较长，是一种较为理想的储存方法。

1.一种储存金蝉的方法，其特征在于包括以下步骤：
(1)、用常温水浸泡活着的金蝉8小时；
(2)、捞出金蝉存活12个小时后，再用常温水冲洗3-4遍；
(3)、撒盐，每1斤的金蝉撒盐1两；
(4)、10小时候后用盐密封；
(5)、食用时，先用100度水浸泡40分钟后，再用常温水浸泡5天5夜，每天要更换3次水，味道即恢复正常。
