本发明涉及火龙果栽培技术领域,具体涉及一种促进根系生长的火龙果生根液。
背景技术
生产上,火龙果主要采用扦插苗或嫁接法繁殖。嫁接毓需要较长的苗木培育期,加大了育苗成本;扦插繁殖技术简单、繁殖数量多、速度快、成本低,是苗木生产者和花卉爱好采用最广泛、使用最普遍的繁殖方法。但扦插繁殖,靠火龙果自身的生根能力,生根效果不好,成活率低。
生根液是一种诱导植物快速生根,提高植物成活率的营养药剂。富含多种生根活性因子和微量元素,能迅速调节植物体内生物酶的活性,促使植物快生根、多生根,可提高大树移栽成活率。
发明内容
本发明提供一种火龙果生根液,其具有诱导火龙果扦插苗生根,促进根系生长,提高扦插成活率的效果。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种火龙果生根液,所述生根液每升溶液中包括如下重量份的组分:吲哚丁酸15-20份、生物素3-5份、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯6-8份、ABT生根粉5-9份和赤霉素3-7份。
进一步地,所述生根液每升溶液中包括如下重量份的组分:吲哚丁酸15份、生物素3份、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯6份、ABT生根粉5份和赤霉素3份。
进一步地,所述生根液每升溶液中包括如下重量份的组分:吲哚丁酸20份、生物素5份、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯8份、ABT生根粉9份和赤霉素7份。

实施例1:
本发明火龙果生根液,所述生根液每升溶液中包括如下重量份的组分:吲哚丁酸15份、生物素3份、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯6份、ABT生根粉5份和赤霉素3份。
将火龙果扦插苗的基部在实施例1的生根液中浸泡15分钟,扦插后,每天早晚和清水灌溉、浇透,可以得到扦插成活率在86%以上的火龙果苗。
实施例2:
本发明火龙果生根液,所述生根液每升溶液中包括如下重量份的组分:吲哚丁酸20份、生物素5份、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯8份、ABT生根粉9份和赤霉素7份。
将火龙果扦插苗的基部在实施例1的生根液中浸泡15分钟,扦插后,每天早晚和清水灌溉、浇透,可以得到扦插成活率在90%以上的火龙果苗。
实施例3:
所述生根液每升溶液中包括如下重量份的组分:吲哚丁酸18份、生物素4份、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯7份、ABT生根粉7份和赤霉素4份。
将火龙果扦插苗的基部在实施例1的生根液中浸泡15分钟,扦插后,每天早晚和清水灌溉、浇透,可以得到扦插成活率在93%以上的火龙果苗。
综上所述,本发明可以促进火龙果扦插生根,缩短生根时间,显著提高扦插成活率。
