本发明涉及一种立体油雾分离器,其特征是它包括有顶盖(2)与本体(3)之间形成的负压腔(1),本体(3)与隔板(6)之间形成迷宫(7),本体(3)上的挡板(11)和隔板(6)上的挡板(12)互相交错穿插使迷宫(7)的内部空腔在立体空间上转折,本体(3)上设有上吸口(10)和下吸油口(9),负压腔(1)与迷宫(7)通过上吸口(10)和下吸油口(9)实现连通。本发明解决了常规油雾分离器油雾分离效果不好,发动机倒置运转时通过油雾分离器分离出来的油不能快速回流至储油室的问题,使发动机无论是正置运转还是倒置运转,油雾分离器均能良好地工作。

立体油雾分离器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种立体结构的迷宫式油雾分离器。
背景技术
四冲程发动机缸体上通常设置有呼吸装置,该呼吸装置一般通过迷宫式油雾分离器把润滑油从润滑油雾中分离出来并将分离出来的液态润滑油返回至储油室。常规的油雾分离器往往起不到很好的油雾分离效果,特别是当发动机倒置运转时,从油雾中分离出来的润滑油不能迅速回流到储油室,影响发动机的工作性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种结构紧凑,发动机倒置时油雾分离效果也很好的立体油雾分离器。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种立体油雾分离器,其特征是它包括有顶盖与本体之间形成的负压腔,本体与隔板之间形成迷宫,本体上的挡板和隔板上的挡板互相交错穿插使迷宫的内部空腔在立体空间上转折,本体上设有上吸口和下吸油口,负压腔与迷宫通过上吸口和下吸油口实现连通。
其中,隔板上设有与下吸油口位置对应的凹槽,下吸油口的端口位于该凹槽内。
本发明的有益效果有:
解决了常规油雾分离器油雾分离效果不好,发动机倒置运转时通过油雾分离器分离出来的油不能快速回流至储油室的问题,使发动机无论是正置运转还是倒置运转,油雾分离器均能良好地工作。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步地说明:
如图1-8所示,本发明的顶盖2与本体3之间形成的负压腔1,本体3与隔板6之间形成迷宫7,本体3上的挡板11和隔板6上的挡板12互相交错穿插使迷宫7的内部空腔在立体空间上转折,本体3上设有上吸口10和下吸油口9,负压腔1与迷宫7通过上吸口10和下吸油口9实现连通。隔板6上设有与下吸油口9位置对应的凹槽,下吸油口9的端口位于该凹槽内。
本发明在使用时,由于重力的作用,粘附在迷宫7壁面的润滑油总是向下流动,高出底面的挡板将润滑油挡住。由于发动机的结构所形成的功能之一使得回油管8以及与回油管相通的负压腔1内的压力总是低于迷宫7和凸轮室5内的压力,被吸附而积存下来的润滑油被本体3上的上吸口10或下吸口9吸入负压腔1并通过回油管8返回发动机的储油室。当缸头朝上时,油滴积存在迷宫7的下部,靠近隔板6处,此时被下吸油口9吸入负压腔;当缸头朝下时,油滴积存在迷宫7的下部,远离隔板6,被上吸口10吸入负压腔1。从而实现发动机无论是正置运转还是倒置运转,油雾分离器均能良好地工作,使油雾的分离效果很好。
本发明涉及的其它未说明部分与现有技术相同。

Claims (2)

1.一种立体油雾分离器,其特征是它包括有顶盖(2)与本体(3)之间形成的负压腔(1),本体(3)与隔板(6)之间形成迷宫(7),本体(3)上的挡板(11)和隔板(6)上的挡板(12)互相交错穿插使迷宫(7)的内部空腔在立体空间上转折,本体(3)上设有上吸口(10)和下吸油口(9),负压腔(1)与迷宫(7)通过上吸口(10)和下吸油口(9)实现连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的立体油雾分离器,其特征是所述隔板(6)上设有与下吸油口(9)位置对应的凹槽,下吸油口(9)的端口位于该凹槽内。
