本发明涉及密封组件,尤其涉及旋转密封组件。
背景技术

旋转密封件通常包括用于密封接合一结构以防止污染物进入到轴承组件内的橡胶密封件唇部。在密封件唇部和由该密封件唇部接合的结构之间的相对旋转期间,摩擦导致热的产生,其可以导致密封失效。当旋转速度增加时,摩擦力也增加。另外,球面滚子轴承的使用可以导致在旋转的密封件所固定到的结构和旋转密封件所密封接合的结构之间的轴线和/或旋转的不对准(misalignment)。目前的密封件设计没有方法允许这种不对准同时维持密封的关系,并且不增加在旋转的密封件和被密封的结构之间的摩擦力。
发明内容
根据本发明,密封组件可包括第一构件、第二构件、和周向延伸的密封件。第一构件可以包括倾斜布置的工作表面。第二构件可以相对于第一构件围绕旋转轴线旋转。周向延伸的密封件可以连接到第二构件。密封件可以包括具有固定到第二构件的第一端和大体上自由的第二端的唇部。第一端可以形成铰链,在所述第二构件旋转时大体用于所述第二端相对于所述旋转轴线的径向向外移动。所述第二端偏压靠在所述工作表面上。

如同在图1中看到的那样,轴承组件10可以包括壳体12、外圈14、内圈16、轴承18、和锁定销20。壳体12可以围绕外圈14的外周延伸并且大体上邻接外圈14的外周。壳体12可以围绕内圈16的外周延伸。壳体12和内圈16可以彼此径向地间隔开。轴承18可以布置在外圈14的内表面22和内圈16的外表面24之间。
壳体12可以包括穿过其中的孔26。孔26可以包括上部螺纹部分28和下部无螺纹部分30。壳体12可以进一步包括一对凹口32和34,该一对凹口32和34容纳卡环36、38,且外圈14定位在其间。

锁定销20可以包括其直径大体上小于壳体12内的孔26和外圈14中的第二部分50的直径的圆柱形本体。锁定销20的直径可以大于外圈14中的第一部分48的直径。结果,锁定销20可以延伸到孔26和第二部分50中并且邻接环形座52。锁定销20可以在第二部分50内轴向地移动,补偿由在轴承组件10的部件之间的间隙和其热膨胀产生的变化。锁定销20可以通过与孔26的上部螺纹部分28的螺纹相啮合的润滑油嘴106而保持在合适的位置。

Claims (20)

1.一种密封组件,包括:
